John Calvey (@JC_Rammy) reported@santanderuk hi, Inhave been on the phone for 29 minutes listening to music and you have just cut me off. I am trying to sort out an account for a 95 year old man. Are you being deliberately unhelpful or is this your normal customer service?
-
AK (@ghatispeaks) reported@santanderuk hey Santander. Why does it take so long for your security dept to reply??? On Friday tried for 40 minutes and now already for 30 minutes. What is the problem???
-
Chezzy Rezzy (@ChezzyRezzy) reported@santanderuk every time I log into your **** app it demands that I verify my identity. I spend 5 minutes doing so and every time get an error message. Sort it out or I'll take my money elsewhere.
-
For Hod,for Harry, for England & St george (@CoulsdonTHFC) reported@santanderuk Then after updating my details I go on the app & you’ve cut off my mobile banking access so I have to do it all again 😡

-
Sohail (@sohailnaeem2) reported@santanderukhelp @santanderuk I went to Santander high street branch and the customer service person said the only proof of ID accepted is passport or driving licence. Santander is excluding a section of community who do not fly and do not drive. Many pensioners & neurodiversed!
-
Alison Beswick (@alison_beswick1) reported@MartinKnight_ I was debanked during covid along with 500,000 others, I don’t have id to open another bank account, I can’t pay for a new id because I don’t have a bank account. My life has been turned upside down by some guttersnipe that didn’t even bother to give me a reason @santanderuk
-
Lee Hayward (@vibedcoder) reported@santanderuk holding my accounts hostage on the mobile banking app. Until I provide them with a bunch of personal information they have no right asking for. It's finally happening. Just as the conspiracy theorists warned. Santander want to know how much money I make, employment status, photo ID, national insurance number etc. Wonder if they'll cut me off from my money if I keep refusing? They already restricted my access to the mobile app. I've been with them for over 20 years, they can see where my money is coming from and going to, they already have my up to date information... So why all of a sudden do they want me to fill out an online form like I'm some kind of suspect? ****.

Tom King (@silentshark) reported@santanderuk any chance you could answer your phone? Appaling service
