...@santanderuk took the settlement amount from my bank account. Almost £10,000. Eight days later, Santander have still not received the @webuyanycar amount. I am out of pocket. I have been trying to speak to someone, but as 'online Co' they do not have a dedicated customer..

When I get a cold call from an unknown number I never answer. I look online to see what it says and block if it looks suspicious. So, @santanderuk @santanderukhelp could you please tell your SECURITY TEAM in Milton Keynes I've now unblocked the number they tried calling me on.

@santanderuk I have now been on hold to you for and hour and a quarter. This is after i took the time out to go into town to resolve this issue at the branch but they could not do it and advised me to call. Do you consider this to be an adequate level of support?
