    ...@santanderuk took the settlement amount from my bank account. Almost ยฃ10,000. Eight days later, Santander have still not received the @webuyanycar amount. I am out of pocket. I have been trying to speak to someone, but as 'online Co' they do not have a dedicated customer..

    ... Service number. I've tweeted them, DMd them on all social media platforms, but apart from a curt response on FB DM saying amount paid 26 August, with no other details, and no proof of payment, no one has contacted me. The amount has NOT been received by @santanderuk and they

    @santanderuk 7 miles to Corporation Street branch - neither ATMs accepting deposits - 7 miles home - waste of time. Rubbish service as per normal.

    @MartinSLewis @santanderuk offered me a cash Isa with a nice perk of an evoucher. They then don't send out the log in details in their own time limit and then stop the promotion so I don't get the evoucher... Investigate this please

    @dazzgedd73 @santanderuk We've been with them since the Abbey National days too and unfortunately I have to agree with the poor service. Currently trying to move an ISA which should be easy. Customer service has been dreadful

    @santanderuk So, Dad opened his account 8th June (Shipley) 1-3pm. but the clerk failed to enter Dads address correctly. After weeks of frustration and no sight of the money, I'm disgusted this clerk bragged about 'have been doing this all week' Today the error was rectified.

    @santanderuk my wife who has been with you for years is getting notifications to update her details. We have tried on the unresponsive app to do this eventually ringing the 0330 number for help.. the guy was hopelessโ€ฆ ๐ŸŽตtime to say goodbye๐ŸŽตperhaps

    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk I went to Santander high street branch and the customer service person said the only proof of ID accepted is passport or driving licence. Santander is excluding a section of community who do not fly and do not drive. Many pensioners & neurodiversed!

    @santanderuk Well, after authorising an unsanctioned withdrawal, they now cant give me access to my mobile or online banking! Cowboy banking basically. Customer service or security cant do a thing either!!

    @santanderuk Useless Trying to confirm my identity and waiting for an email that never comes so I can access my online banking. Sick of it!!!!!!!
