...@santanderuk took the settlement amount from my bank account. Almost £10,000. Eight days later, Santander have still not received the @webuyanycar amount. I am out of pocket. I have been trying to speak to someone, but as 'online Co' they do not have a dedicated customer..

Trying to get to work but @TFL @santanderuk cycles have 1. blocked my account without any warning, 2. won't let me log in to fix it, and 3. can't take a new card on the phone due to a bug. They also 4. Can't call me back to fix it when it is fixed....

Disgusted that Santander would not take responsibility when they lose a deposit of cheques. They definitely do not support small businesses like they say they do. @santanderuk @santanderukhelp
