    ...@santanderuk took the settlement amount from my bank account. Almost £10,000. Eight days later, Santander have still not received the @webuyanycar amount. I am out of pocket. I have been trying to speak to someone, but as 'online Co' they do not have a dedicated customer..

    @santanderuk my grandson saves his hard earned cash with you He paid in 450 to a machine in Coventry a member of staff saw him do this. Error message showed only £235. This was queried following day but they insist machine has verified it Remember Post office fiasco Shoddy work

    @santanderuk Shame there isn't something in there about mishandling accounts & being extremely unhelpful & lacking in customer service. As long as Ant & Dec are OK that's the main thing. Wonder if the banking ombudsman will call Ant & Dec as witnesses? More idea then your complaints dept 👎

    @santanderuk Having terrible problems contacting you. Tried to make an online payment this morning and you kept asking 'Are you sure?/ Are you really really sure? And finally I got blocked. Tried phoning your help number but of course no one answers. Awful service guys.

    @santanderuk bank card expires today, still no new one in post. Can you let me know why no card and how I get one ASAP. With a disabled child in the house I do most my shopping online, obviously now a huge issue 🤯
