...@santanderuk took the settlement amount from my bank account. Almost £10,000. Eight days later, Santander have still not received the @webuyanycar amount. I am out of pocket. I have been trying to speak to someone, but as 'online Co' they do not have a dedicated customer..

@santanderuk my grandson saves his hard earned cash with you He paid in 450 to a machine in Coventry a member of staff saw him do this. Error message showed only £235. This was queried following day but they insist machine has verified it Remember Post office fiasco Shoddy work

Can anybody recommend a bank you are happy with that has a good online banking app? I’ve been with @santanderuk 18 years. When I needed a mortgage they couldn’t help me. When I needed to balance transfer a credit card balance, couldn’t help me. No more loyalty from me!

@santanderuk Making money from millions of customers in interest, it's always the poor that suffer Im sure Ant and Dec don't have this problem because they don't bank with you. You've closed down banks this week and are trying too recoup through interest. #shamtander

@MrPostman90 @santanderuk Same with @HSBC mate. Held accounts for 20+ years including past mortgages and stocks and shares. Yet won't help with a Buy to Let mortgage. Customer loyalty means zilch.
