    @santanderuk my grandson saves his hard earned cash with you He paid in 450 to a machine in Coventry a member of staff saw him do this. Error message showed only ยฃ235. This was queried following day but they insist machine has verified it Remember Post office fiasco Shoddy work

    ...@santanderuk took the settlement amount from my bank account. Almost ยฃ10,000. Eight days later, Santander have still not received the @webuyanycar amount. I am out of pocket. I have been trying to speak to someone, but as 'online Co' they do not have a dedicated customer..

    @santanderuk 7 miles to Corporation Street branch - neither ATMs accepting deposits - 7 miles home - waste of time. Rubbish service as per normal.

    @santanderuk I have zero faith or trust that anyone will be in contact, I suspect Iโ€™ll be proven right - for 2 days youโ€™ve blocked all my banking access so that you can do extra checks for a low value payment and not told be whatโ€™s going on - appalling service
