  @santanderuk @TSB You now have an even bigger bank with more customers that have to wait 3-5 working days for an email to clear. 2025 and they can’t process an email any quicker than that. Don’t make the mistake of banking with these incompetent people.

  @santanderuk @TSB I HAVE NOW HAD TO SPEND ALMOST £100 OF MY MOTHERS MONEY, ON A NEW PHONE, JUST SO THAT WE CAN GET SIGNAL TO GET OUR SHOPPING. SHE HAS ALZHEIMERS AND WITHOUT THIS HAPPENING, WE WOULD NOT EAT. IM HER FULL TIME CARER WHICH IS WHY I HAD TO USE HER MONEY, AS BENEFITS ARE TERRIBLE!!!!

  @santanderuk @TSB Why AI is really dangerous for all it’s clients esp Banks is first AI companies will ask clients to fire their employees and then 5yrs down the line AI companies will ask Clients huge huge forcefully COST for Maintaining it as AI code is very complex !   @chalkey1973 @santanderuk are really bad for stopping transfers. If you try to buy something online, send money from savings to current account, answer questions and say you have not seen the item in person, they lock the account. Absolute pain trying to help relatives with this. It took ages

  @santanderuk I’ve been emailing customer relations and the ombudsman has been emailing the FOS inbox for the last 6 months for us both to be ignored! I would suggest somebody calls my wife tomorrow before she takes legal advice to go to small claims court

  @santanderuk I have told the payers to use my different names for my business account (they vary slightly). I would not disclose here but could in a DM. But the weird part of this Santander issue is this glitch has only been occurring for 12 months. I have had this account for 22 years!
