...@santanderuk took the settlement amount from my bank account. Almost £10,000. Eight days later, Santander have still not received the @webuyanycar amount. I am out of pocket. I have been trying to speak to someone, but as 'online Co' they do not have a dedicated customer..

@santanderuk Account blocked just from making normal, reasonable S/Order amendments. Nobody tells you it's been blocked by security until those S/Orders don't go out and recipients complain. I hope the compensation offer for my two hours is good, or you lost a long term customer.

Avoid banking with @santanderuk . Pathetic bank , poor service and will@hold u to ransom for days to access your own money n then say ‘ we are very busy ‘ poor directionless management to the core
