    @santanderuk our accents are all different and we can't sound like the automated voice in the telephone banking service. If you were going to use customers voice as passwords, you should have made provisions for various accents in a diversified UK.

    Why can you apply for a loan, get a loan and have the money without speaking to anyone. Yet to pay it off you have to sit on the phone for 6 days with **** on hold music?? @santanderuk @NatWest_Help

    @santanderukhelp I have tried using different devices and swapping between WI-FI and 4G I either keep being put in a loop of the same pages or an error messages I already have high anxiety @santanderuk

    @santanderuk why are you so obstructive when dealing with customers? The lack of a consistent response from customer services is infuriating!! There is also a significant lack of communication from you with other banks, preventing progress!! I regret being a customer 😤

    The customer service person on the phone (after about an hour of calls) couldn’t help me they said they didn’t know what to do. I’ve been with Barclays all my life. Maybe it’s time to change. I wonder if @santanderuk would like my business.

    Ah the joys of Xmas shopping. OH tried to draw out over £150 from @santanderuk cashpoint using a @Barclaycard the transaction went through, no money came out. Have been trying 3 days now to get this sorted so we can get the money we’re owed. Quick to take it slow to hand back.
