    Why can you apply for a loan, get a loan and have the money without speaking to anyone. Yet to pay it off you have to sit on the phone for 6 days with **** on hold music?? @santanderuk @NatWest_Help

    @santanderuk our accents are all different and we can't sound like the automated voice in the telephone banking service. If you were going to use customers voice as passwords, you should have made provisions for various accents in a diversified UK.

    Well @santanderuk @santanderukhelp please, please pass on my thanks to Melissa in your contact centre. She was absolutely brilliant, after four times of not getting a proper answer from your chat service (I talked to humans not the bot) she was brilliant and has made my day.

    @santanderuk my partner is trying to sign up to online banking. it says he has already done it and has a personal ID but when he tries to log in it doesn’t work at all, how do we access it?

    I remain confused as to why a human being working for @santanderuk @santanderukhelp has no wish to engage in a person to person conversation. It would be lovely to hear from ‘a real person’ as soon as one can be persuaded to pick up the phone. With all good wishes. Thanks 🙏🏻

    @santanderuk - great service last week in a branch, now unfortunately awful service on contact centre. I’ve had a payment blocked despite being fully authenticated, spent 57 minutes on hold yesterday, now run back and still on hold- all I want to do is make a payment. V annoying

    @CharlieRobery @santanderuk @santanderukhelp Yes. Same problem. Spoke to digital services. Said they had had a couple of calls the same. Advice was to wait 10 minutes and try again. Said it had happened before. Seems to be a wider problem.

    I challenge ANYONE in the UK to find worse business banking that @santanderuk - locked out of their sh*tty app again and now locked out of all accounts. Not as if any of us has a business to run rather than deal with their awful IT systems.
