  @santanderuk our accents are all different and we can't sound like the automated voice in the telephone banking service. If you were going to use customers voice as passwords, you should have made provisions for various accents in a diversified UK.

  @santanderuk I am so disappointed in your fraud protocols. I reported a fraud while the transaction were still pending in the hope it would be stopped. 3 days down the line I have no money no card and the case hasn’t even been investigated yet. I just want this over with.

  Head up; A scam company have been using @santanderuk to commit fraud. They appear on your phone as if it's the same number as what appears on the website, however Santander says in their policies that no in-person consultant would call you, only an automated voice if necessary.

  @santanderuk Financial services? More like financial service-us! We can send a paper bank statement through the post but we can’t make the same statement available in your online banking!? (Last statement on there is dated 3/3/21! Ridiculous! Security reasons, Joke! 🤯😡

  @santanderukhelp @santanderukhelp @santanderuk Just updating you. I sent an email, as you suggested. I never received a reply. I chased up with another, still nothing. Just as I said, nothing has been done and I’ve been completely ignored, again. Awful customer service.
