Anthony Monks (@thisismrmonks) reported from Preston, EnglandWell @santanderuk @santanderukhelp please, please pass on my thanks to Melissa in your contact centre. She was absolutely brilliant, after four times of not getting a proper answer from your chat service (I talked to humans not the bot) she was brilliant and has made my day.

Blaiseโข๐ฎ๐น๐ณ๐ฌ (@Blaiise1) reported from Westhoughton, England@santanderuk our accents are all different and we can't sound like the automated voice in the telephone banking service. If you were going to use customers voice as passwords, you should have made provisions for various accents in a diversified UK.

Nicole Barlow (@Nicole_Barlow1) reported@santanderuk @TSB You are a throughly incompetent and cheap institution. You outsource your customer service to some third world country, where none of the advisors can speak English. Then expect poor elderly people to go to the branch when you mess up. It's shocking and shameful.

steven jackson (@Archtech_design) reported@santanderuk Unfortunately she has tried that your colleagues offer no solution other than cancel the card she is waiting for and Santander will issue another one!
