@santanderuk wonderful service… tell them I’m travelling abroad well in advance and then have my card declined when I arrive! Call them internationally and hold for 45mins+ and no answer. Wonderful service 😡😡😡

@santanderuk you need to sort your app out not working been trying for an hour even tried on another handset on my mums Wi-Fi - not working. Sort it out all the time recently and starting to grind my nerves - I’ll be switching if this continues

@santanderukhelp trying to close our help to buy ISA. hour and a half on hold spoke briefly to a member of staff only to be hung up on at 17:55 guessing your employee was finishing at 18:00 regardless! We have been trying to get help since 24/06 appalling service. @santanderuk
