How do I feed kids/get petrol? You suggest bank transfer how does that work at a supermarket?

However, I closed my account with santander in Nov.2022. Helplines ask for a 5 digit number which I no longer remember as I no longer use the account. Please help

The scam increased by £1200 before they answered the phone. 'The Bank of Pants and *****'; useless security and appalling customer service.
