How do I feed kids/get petrol? You suggest bank transfer how does that work at a supermarket?

I tried to phone the customer service hundreds of times and wanted to use it online again. But never get worked. Either no body answer the phone(waiting more than 20mins) or no body get it resolved.

Block peoples cards over several days while travelling abroad and solely relying on that card. Been a Select customer for years. Soon as I’m home I’m cancelling all accounts with your bank.
