If you try to buy something online, send money from savings to current account, answer questions and say you have not seen the item in person, they lock the account. Santander have been non compliant for over 6 months and have now been reported to the FCA by the financial ombudsman service. Finally began actioning the rejection of the vehicle and have not done it properly
