How do I feed kids/get petrol? You suggest bank transfer how does that work at a supermarket?

Nicola Craven (@SkyCraven) reported@santanderuk Santander UK, I received this text & an email - Santander A/C ending **** went into Unarranged Overdraft on 2021-10-23. Payments could be refused if you don't pay enough money into your account. There’s no reason it should be is this one of the issues? Or should i be concerned?
