1/2 So @santanderuk my account goes into arrears for 1 day - you then block my account and takes 5 days to unlock meaning I can’t use my own money!!! How do I feed kids/get petrol? You suggest bank transfer how does that work at a supermarket?

@santanderukhelp Not a huge amount of help. @santanderuk perhaps you will do something to correct the unavailable number on the error screen. That might stop vulnerable customers being hijacked on this channel? I will give my business to someone who actually offers some meaningful support.

@santanderuk every time I use my card online to do multiply purchases you block my card, this is the 3rd time in 2 days. I’ve told you I’m doing so and no again you’ve block me. Spending 30 minutes on hold each time to get this sorted. #Jokers
