    @santanderuk you put restrictions access to my account and sent me a letter and asked me to call you, since I received the letter I tried calling you and waiting and waiting and waiting but nobody take my call, what should I do now? Really disappointed

    1/2 So @santanderuk my account goes into arrears for 1 day - you then block my account and takes 5 days to unlock meaning I can’t use my own money!!! How do I feed kids/get petrol? You suggest bank transfer how does that work at a supermarket?

    Well, thanks to @santanderuk, that's 80mins of my life I won't get back. 52mins on hold😫 (seriously, you cannot continue to blame #covid, something we've now lived with for 2 years!) Then 20 mins to diagnose the card problem. Think you need to up your game a little? #Banking

    @santanderukhelp Well, yet another 30mins of my life lost with @santanderuk for another problem! It can't be sorted & I have to call back another time, so yet more telephone hold time wasted... Might be time to reconsider using them, or charge them by the hour for my time... #banking

    @santanderuk I have been waiting since Friday for your complaints team to come back to me or should I say "investigate" Santander deleting and/or selectively not paying DD's AGAIN. 6th time I believe?! Not good enough. Your contact centre can't help. Please contact me ASAP!
