Already a @santanderuk customer yet to open a bus account I have to speak to someone on the phone then make an appointment for another phone call then make another appointment to see business manager in person miles away because you closed my branch Out of date and out of touch

2/2 you then suggest get cash out, you’ve shut all the branches? Also no one takes cash anymore. You then suggest using my other accounts with you - that I have no cards for. So how do I pay for food? Absolutely disgusting service and I will be leaving @santanderuk

1/2 So @santanderuk my account goes into arrears for 1 day - you then block my account and takes 5 days to unlock meaning I can’t use my own money!!! How do I feed kids/get petrol? You suggest bank transfer how does that work at a supermarket?

@santanderuk you put restrictions access to my account and sent me a letter and asked me to call you, since I received the letter I tried calling you and waiting and waiting and waiting but nobody take my call, what should I do now? Really disappointed

Why can you apply for a loan, get a loan and have the money without speaking to anyone. Yet to pay it off you have to sit on the phone for 6 days with **** on hold music?? @santanderuk @NatWest_Help

@santanderuk @bancosantander It’s now 29th Dec, postie pushed mail through our letterbox this afternoon. Still no #DebitCard. Email dated 7th inst,. averred it was en route! A-huh! This is pretty dire #CustomerService. And I have no access to my cash nor purchasing!

Yet another (unintended) consequence of sanctions: I can't access my @santanderuk account at all while I'm home, even though UK sanctions to Venezuela apply to just a small number of people. The cost of complying is deemed too high, so they block everything and everyone instead.

@santanderukhelp @TheFCA @santanderuk I used a complete different computer, an iMac. No good. I tried, as the website suggested, to change the logon details twice. I have no idea if the logon change was successful because there’s no confirmation! Issue is NOT with our computers - the problem is your website design.
