If you were going to use customers voice as passwords, you should have made provisions for various accents in a diversified UK.

You outsource your customer service to some third world country, where none of the advisors can speak English. Then expect poor elderly people to go to the branch when you mess up. How can one get justice when the system is broken. They were fined for same failures in 2022 - but they use tactics to destroy me further.

They have asked me for documents which have been provided but now they are not good enough. They asked for a payslip which is Thai and now they want it translated.
