    @santanderuk our accents are all different and we can't sound like the automated voice in the telephone banking service. If you were going to use customers voice as passwords, you should have made provisions for various accents in a diversified UK.

    Why can you apply for a loan, get a loan and have the money without speaking to anyone. Yet to pay it off you have to sit on the phone for 6 days with **** on hold music?? @santanderuk @NatWest_Help

    @santanderuk you put restrictions access to my account and sent me a letter and asked me to call you, since I received the letter I tried calling you and waiting and waiting and waiting but nobody take my call, what should I do now? Really disappointed

    Already a @santanderuk customer yet to open a bus account I have to speak to someone on the phone then make an appointment for another phone call then make another appointment to see business manager in person miles away because you closed my branch Out of date and out of touch

    @santanderuk disappointed with your banking system opened my account 2 times got closed on ots own both times and either nobody in the staff has an idea about what is the problem or they are just not bothered to help out. Disappointed stressed out .

    @santanderuk You are the worst banking service ever. I am disabled and homebound. I have been on the phone with your teams for 3 days and only after 3 days of calls being assured it would be sorted, I am now told I have to come into a branch. Absolutely pathetic. Customer lost.

    @santanderuk you have signed and promised to support the Armed Forces community. However, when we are posted abroad your staff say no charges will occur for withdrawals or transactions. 8 months no charges. However, new card arrives after one expired and charges re applied £100?

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp I still cannot access my account. you have just sent my husbands death certificate back to him. Addressed to him. You sent it to my old address. Is this acceptable? Good customer service?

    @santanderuk no communications or guidence to warn me of these new charges? Being abroad is hard enough, as well as communicating back to UK to resolve these issues, is again time and money for me. Please can I ask that we are fairly treated and diverse as stated on the Covenant.
