  @santanderuk our accents are all different and we can't sound like the automated voice in the telephone banking service. If you were going to use customers voice as passwords, you should have made provisions for various accents in a diversified UK.

  @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.

  Find it hard to believe how poor @santanderuk customer service is, been with them since Abbey National days (40+ years) unbelievably poor, certainly not the bank they were
