Why can you apply for a loan, get a loan and have the money without speaking to anyone. Yet to pay it off you have to sit on the phone for 6 days with **** on hold music?? @santanderuk @NatWest_Help

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk @VirginActiveUK Sorry to hear about your terrible experience I hope you eventually have some success in finding a satisfactory conclusion with both organisations concerned. Can’t help feeling this has the characteristics of some inside collusion at the gym

@ArtByEmilyHare @santanderuk @VirginActiveUK It is! To be a victim of organised fraud & yet be blamed by the bank when it’s their fault that they make it easy for PIN numbers to be obtained through their app… and for the place where it happened to not give a ****… frightening stuff.

@MorganBroadcast What a terrible thing to happen, I hope you get refunded. I switched from NatWest to @santanderuk this week, this is very concerning, I might switch back.

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk @VirginActiveUK Charlotte DO NOT GIVE UP. This shenanigans from the thief/thieves is exacerbated by the Banks lack of care to You the customer/victim. Check, check & double check. If asked to go to a branch to show I.D take more than you need. Good Luck.

@helengrantsays @santanderuk Bloody hell!! Someone tried to do this to D after his details were stolen online – they attempted to buy 2 Mercedes! – and his bank (@AskNationwide) shut everything down immediately. It was a pain to sort out but we're very grateful they were on the ball!

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk How can someone get into your Apple Pay? Genuine question as the way I know it it’s impossible without faceID or your phone password.
