@santanderuk you put restrictions access to my account and sent me a letter and asked me to call you, since I received the letter I tried calling you and waiting and waiting and waiting but nobody take my call, what should I do now? Really disappointed

@santanderuk So, *3* hours later, you *haven't* updated your website, ATMs, online, telephone and mobile banking and cards still don't work, but according to your PR team "things are returning to normal"

@KayleighHassall @santanderuk Technical issues require you to have competent IT and multiple technical and systems redundancies to ensure failures like this doesn't happen. All of which Santander have skimped on to benefit the bottom line. Lots of the "open" branches advertised are shut and won't be open Sun.

@santanderuk Thanks for the up date but I think you should of been more up front with your customers I was lucky and I was lucky and my card worked but loads weren’t as lucky trying to ask you and being ignored is not good customer service as I been with you for 30 + years

@santanderukhelp The customer relations around this whole technical issue have been a complete fiasco @santanderuk and @santanderukhelp and I sincerely hope the plonker responsible for destroying thousands of peoples plans today is looking for another job on Monday morning !!

@ThoughtBalanced @santanderuk The whole system is down. No payments, no ATMs, no online, mobile or phone banking, just endless entreaties to "use another ATM", which, of course, doesn't work because their systems are down.

@santanderuk Your systems are still down and there is no one to talk to this is absolutely disgraceful. Do you plan to do another update as nothing has been done since 16:45. You bot on chat is absolutely useless. Please communicate with your customers as their loyalty is running very thin.
