    1/2 So @santanderuk my account goes into arrears for 1 day - you then block my account and takes 5 days to unlock meaning I can’t use my own money!!! How do I feed kids/get petrol? You suggest bank transfer how does that work at a supermarket?

    @santanderuk you put restrictions access to my account and sent me a letter and asked me to call you, since I received the letter I tried calling you and waiting and waiting and waiting but nobody take my call, what should I do now? Really disappointed

    2/2 you then suggest get cash out, you’ve shut all the branches? Also no one takes cash anymore. You then suggest using my other accounts with you - that I have no cards for. So how do I pay for food? Absolutely disgusting service and I will be leaving @santanderuk

    Why can you apply for a loan, get a loan and have the money without speaking to anyone. Yet to pay it off you have to sit on the phone for 6 days with **** on hold music?? @santanderuk @NatWest_Help

    @SallyGalsworthy @santanderuk I had the same issue last week, I tried reaching out to support team, but gave me no response, I was referred to TONY_NETT on Instagram, they're 100% safe and legit they helped me out successfully, will suggest you reach out to them for help His phone number; (989) 318-3160

    @santanderuk What's going on with your customer service today? I'm a Select Customer and have been on hold for over an hour and a half. You locked me out of my online banking and I need to process payments before the end of the day.
