Second let down of the day. @SantanderUK I requested a contactless disabled card. Was sent a normal one. As I don't have your app (no smartphone) told (via online chat)I have to go to my local branch. Local Branch closed some months ago! Tried phoning hung up after an hour.

@santanderuk why does it say when I go onto my ebanking it says I've no cards on my account an my card not working..I'm.trying to ring but just on hold
