How do I feed kids/get petrol? You suggest bank transfer how does that work at a supermarket?

Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.

You outsource your customer service to some third world country, where none of the advisors can speak English. Then expect poor elderly people to go to the branch when you mess up. Sent 2 types of photo ID, 2 birth certificates, house bills and marriage certificate and apparently ID was wrong, took 3 weeks for them to say they made an error...

They have asked me for documents which have been provided but now they are not good enough. They asked for a payslip which is Thai and now they want it translated.
