How do I feed kids/get petrol? You suggest bank transfer how does that work at a supermarket?

Neesh (@Neesh_bloggs) reported@santanderuk I've had an ongoing issue with credit card payments being refused for over 3 weeks now. I've made 3 phone calls to you in that time and had 3 promises of callback. Not happened. Now been on hold for 40 minutes to try to get through AGAIN. Not impressed

I had issues with the co op Bank they tried to tell me that I'd brought a TV from Argos because it was verified by my pin but I'd been to the atm at my local co op branch and it took my card

Escalated all the way up to CEO level but their only interest was defending themselves and blaming the customer. Closed every account with them & will never use again.
