    @santanderuk you put restrictions access to my account and sent me a letter and asked me to call you, since I received the letter I tried calling you and waiting and waiting and waiting but nobody take my call, what should I do now? Really disappointed

    2/2 you then suggest get cash out, you’ve shut all the branches? Also no one takes cash anymore. You then suggest using my other accounts with you - that I have no cards for. So how do I pay for food? Absolutely disgusting service and I will be leaving @santanderuk

    1/2 So @santanderuk my account goes into arrears for 1 day - you then block my account and takes 5 days to unlock meaning I can’t use my own money!!! How do I feed kids/get petrol? You suggest bank transfer how does that work at a supermarket?

    @santanderuk Account blocked just from making normal, reasonable S/Order amendments. Nobody tells you it's been blocked by security until those S/Orders don't go out and recipients complain. I hope the compensation offer for my two hours is good, or you lost a long term customer.

    @santanderuk Strange, just tried to log into my Mobile Banking APP, prompted to ring Help Desk, help desk refer me to website. Why did I have to reset up my online banking? with a new ID and password etc, What have you done with my old one? looking forward to your reply

    @santanderuk 2 months after being a victim of fraud you have still not given my wife or I access to banking other than having to go to brand with our passports and calling security from a branch. You won't let me close my account either. Why isn't this sorted out. 2 whole months!

    @santanderuk What’s going on with the mobile banking app? Every time I try to authorise payment for an online purchase it’s telling me the session has timed out so I can’t authorise it. Is the app down for maintenance?

    Been waiting for somebody to answer my call from @santanderuk for well over one hour now. When somebody did finally pick up, the call was disconnected (not by me). Very frustrating - is anybody working today there? No branches open locally either any longer.
