Goodness me @santanderuk @santanderukhelp you really, really don’t want people to call you. New customer here needing to speak to someone. I’m over 30 mins in & most of that was messages telling me not to call 😩😩

@santanderuk you put restrictions access to my account and sent me a letter and asked me to call you, since I received the letter I tried calling you and waiting and waiting and waiting but nobody take my call, what should I do now? Really disappointed

2/2 you then suggest get cash out, you’ve shut all the branches? Also no one takes cash anymore. You then suggest using my other accounts with you - that I have no cards for. So how do I pay for food? Absolutely disgusting service and I will be leaving @santanderuk

1/2 So @santanderuk my account goes into arrears for 1 day - you then block my account and takes 5 days to unlock meaning I can’t use my own money!!! How do I feed kids/get petrol? You suggest bank transfer how does that work at a supermarket?

At least in 1950 there was human interaction and someone would answer with a human response not a script! Fuming!

@santanderuk Ye big issue here I think someone has been withdrawing my money while I withdrawl money from an ATM.. as everywhere in the UK there's 2 atms next to each other then another 2 about 15 meters from each other . Like my account gets blocked for no reason. Money don't add up .

@joriches @Michelle_JML @santanderuk Ridiculous! I can't access my business account the past 5 weeks and I have 60 staff who are on the verge of being unemployed plus can't afford their bills or feed their families But don't worry they said they will look into it for me!!! It's now 5 weeks later.

Joke of a bank I can't access my own money and their is no branch access apparently. You might be waiting a while!

@santanderuk I can’t believe the shocking customer service my husband has had when trying to change his mobile number. Can’t change the number without sending a statement, can’t access the statement without his no longer active mobile number…not sure what we can do 😡

@santanderuk trying to open a 123 mini for my daughter is like the krypton factor. Simply uploading a photo is impossible!! Sat on hold for far to long is not helping 😡
