Already a @santanderuk customer yet to open a bus account I have to speak to someone on the phone then make an appointment for another phone call then make another appointment to see business manager in person miles away because you closed my branch Out of date and out of touch

@santanderuk I've always defended Santander as a bank because they do offer a good service, but you should really update your customers to why your branches ain't opening on a Saturday & why your cash machines are switched off, a bit poor really, Leeds City Centre Branch

@santanderuk I've been waiting on the phone for more than 40 mins. The assistant told me my account is going to be closed down if I don't talk to the relevant team. I asked if the team could call me when they're free, rather than me waiting for ages. Got a rude no... 1/2

@ICooper @santanderuk @BankofScotland What. ********. Most of my banking is with Starling these days, and it's great. Especially with international stuff. I'm glad I avoid high street banks for this. I'm not looking forward to signing up for a mortgage with clowns like these.

@santanderukhelp Absolute rubbish, this isn’t about protecting me, this is all about @santanderuk desire for control. I interact with the bank monthly and have banked with you for 15 years. I have complained but zero action from you to help, just holding my money to ransom. #scambank #bankcrime
