If you were going to use customers voice as passwords, you should have made provisions for various accents in a diversified UK.

Just managed to see my Santander balance and there's only £90 in there despite the £300 coming out of my Monzo this morning. Thought it'd send the £90 to Monzo so I've got some money to hand.

I've got no access to either of my accounts and can't even withdraw cash from other cash machines as suggested by your employees. It's a joke coming from one of the UK's leading banks.
