If you were going to use customers voice as passwords, you should have made provisions for various accents in a diversified UK.

You have prevented me from accessing my wages without ever letting me know anything that’s going on. You’ve essentially stolen from me. I have to wait until she finishes work.

Velvet Twenty (@velvettwenty) reported@santanderuk @bancosantander Absolutely shocking business banking service! A backlog in the back office is NOT an acceptable excuse to block a payment and all online banking. And a simple response “we don’t know how it will take…..”
