Blaise™🇮🇹🇳🇬 (@Blaiise1) reported from Westhoughton, England@santanderuk our accents are all different and we can't sound like the automated voice in the telephone banking service. If you were going to use customers voice as passwords, you should have made provisions for various accents in a diversified UK.

Lee Hayward (@vibedcoder) reported@santanderuk holding my accounts hostage on the mobile banking app. Until I provide them with a bunch of personal information they have no right asking for. It's finally happening. Just as the conspiracy theorists warned. Santander want to know how much money I make, employment status, photo ID, national insurance number etc. Wonder if they'll cut me off from my money if I keep refusing? They already restricted my access to the mobile app. I've been with them for over 20 years, they can see where my money is coming from and going to, they already have my up to date information... So why all of a sudden do they want me to fill out an online form like I'm some kind of suspect? ****.
