@santanderuk how do I find my mortgage sort code number so I can register for online banking? Can’t find on the web site, Sandi tells me to log on to online banking, had my call to the Call Centre dropped 3 times while trying to speak to a person…

@MorganBroadcast Charlotte, I'm so sorry - what a devastating experience. Don't give up - @santanderuk have treated you abominably and they mustn't be allowed to get away with it. I suggest you contact BBC Radio 4 @Moneybox - they have investigated a lot a fraud and might be able to help.

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk Oh dear, sorry to hear this. I'd imagine if they have been able to access your mobile banking they have gotten the PIN from there for your card?
