    Why can you apply for a loan, get a loan and have the money without speaking to anyone. Yet to pay it off you have to sit on the phone for 6 days with **** on hold music?? @santanderuk @NatWest_Help

    @santanderuk Santander UK bank licence should be reviewed by fin ombudsman mislead business, cont refusal SME’s giving financial or other help in pandemic unless 100% gov backed BBL. Only then swift help, even group companies BBL now causing serious acct freeze disruptions on missed due dil.

    @santanderukhelp Avoid @santanderuk they do not answer the phones, give customers correct or accurate information, send letters. Really is better high st banks. AVOID. AVOID. 2nd rate service. Still chasing @TransUnion to fix incorrect information provided and recorded. WHY AM I DOING YOUR JOBS

    @santanderuk Been on hold for 30 mins to Customer Support. No idea how long it will take for someone to answer, please can you advise. It's a security issue. What is the best time of day to call for short wait times?

    Do you have a @HSBC_UK business account? We bank with @santanderuk with most of our services purchased online via card, but since recent changes to the way card payments are handled (due to regulations) we've had no end of issues. Is it the same with HSBC?
