I've spent an hour on the phone today, twice cut off and having to jump back through your burning hoops, to no avail. Your data is incorrect and you sent my credit card to the wrong address.

My parents attempted a high value transaction which got suspended for fraud checks (absolutely fine), got through to an agent on the phone who suspended the account (1)
