I've been in branch . Nothing to do with them . Gave me an email . Emailed no reply . How can I sort this out ?

I asked this Q two years ago and all I got was ‘yes we’re working on it’. The ‘you’re overdrawn’ alerts still come through unfailingly. Really poor from Santander 👎

You have taken my money and not reduced the interest on my car finance because your systems are incapable of making this simple calculation.
