Why can you apply for a loan, get a loan and have the money without speaking to anyone. Yet to pay it off you have to sit on the phone for 6 days with **** on hold music?? @santanderuk @NatWest_Help

Fully done with @santanderuk first thing I’m doing Tuesday closing my accounts with them... can’t be doing with the “technical problems” they seem to be getting every other weekend that stops me from getting to MY money.. looked a right **** with a weeks shopping getting declined

@santanderuk I’ve been on hold with the lost and stolen cards line for over 25 minutes trying to cancel my card. While I wait, I’m watching transactions coming out of my account somewhere along Bond Street. I’m in Wales. The function on the app to cancel the card isn’t working.

@FraserGoodley @santanderuk This has happened to me for the last few wkends as well ever since my debit card was changed to mastercard debit nothing but problems, how am I supposed to get food for my kids this weekend if I can't pay for it??? Any apology for customers or compensation for the stress caused?

with helping re my old car which was broken due to a manufacturing defect which no one assumed liability for!! If you’re thinking of fincane for anything, would definitely stay well away from @santanderuk !!

@Better_UK @santanderuk I have suspended my gym membership however @Better_UK have continued to take money via direct debit I have been to leisure centre who can’t help me and the better help line is no use - can I cancel my direct debit?

Hi @santanderuk @santanderukhelp why is it that since November 2020 anytime I try to make a @Wise transfer you hold it for upto a week ON EVERY SINGLE ONE before November 2020 no issues I am now late for bills and subscriptions every month now. Please don’t say security checks

@NHUB40 I paid for the full amount with my debit card so I thought I had some protection but apparently I don't meet the criteria for a card dispute. so even @santanderuk can't help
