    @santanderuk I have been on the phone for over an hour for a simple transaction but no response. Now I am at the branch and they too have the same problem waiting for someone to answer the phone!

    @santanderuk Perhaps if kids actually saw money? Y’know if parent weren’t working all hours AND having to go to food banks … that sort of thing? “Money habits develop by the age of 7” in which particular parallel but firmly middle-class universe?

    @santanderuk Ye big issue here I think someone has been withdrawing my money while I withdrawl money from an ATM.. as everywhere in the UK there's 2 atms next to each other then another 2 about 15 meters from each other . Like my account gets blocked for no reason. Money don't add up .

    Well @santanderuk I would be satisfied if your stupid pop-up wasn’t blocking me from using the app because it won’t submit. What would really satisfy me would be to never have to fill in another bloomin customer satisfaction survey. Somebody make it stop!

    @santanderuk I have just received a notification to update my Santander app on my iPhone 6, this phone will only operate up to iOS 12. If your new upgrade does not work with any OS below iOS 14 I will need to close my accounts as I will no longer have access to them. Please help

    Dear @santanderuk your service is terrible. I make a payment, no issues or messages. The retailer says no funds received. I go online to chat with you, they tell me the payment has been held up by fraud, gave me a number and then left the chat. 35 mins on hold later!!

    And today's **** you goes out to @santanderuk who happily closed 2 minutes early and left me with single cash machine that should take cheque deposits but didn't.
