    @santanderuk is it company policy that branch managers and complaints investigation team ignore customers letters? Written twice to the Tonbridge branch manager and no reply and same big standard reply from complaints. Terrible customer service 😡

    @santanderuk trying to get hold of consumer finance 3 working days in a row, 45mins hold each time and gave up. Please help. I’ve called 0800 085 1759

    @santanderuk Telephone banking hours apparently 8am to 8pm. Phoned at 7.40pm but closed!!! Great service! Had phoned at midday but waited 4 ages then put phone down. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER ! Enough of calls may take longer 2 answer & sorry u are having to wait.

    @santanderuk 3rd time trying to transfer from my account to my @monzo account. 3 times I've advised this is me making the transaction and not to block it. Again I'm being stopped, please have someone contact me to resolve asap. I also need to discuss the return of fees incurred -

    It was (1), I had to hang up on you @santanderuk after a multi-hour marathon of being utterly and completely let down in my desire to use your bank to make an important payment. I am beyond furious.

    @santanderuk A 59 minute wait on the phone to request a copy of a mortgage statement only to be told there’s a charge of £5 for this. Having been with you for 16 years it’s very disappointing to see the days of customer service are gone, and those of arbitrary charges are here.

    @MorganBroadcast Astounded at how Santander have treated you. This is literally my worst nightmare. I've reviewed my own phone and app security this morning on the back of your thread, but as a @santanderuk customer myself may have to move from them in the long run. I hope you get some redress x
