    @santanderuk can’t get through to anyone. No branches near by and take forever to answer the phones. Online chat tells me to ring… service sucks.

    How about this for a whopper from @santanderuk #mortgage #brokers.... BTL app submitted a month ago, down val, so max loan reduced... requested today to take max available... sorry, that's 'a material change' so new calcs = £140k not £240k 🤯

    @MartinSLewis @MoneySavingExp please when you recommend the new Santander Esaver Easy Access savings account also report the appalling customer service. I was on hold for 2.5 hours this evening to try and speak to someone about my application.@santanderuk
