    @santanderuk cancelled all my cards thus preventing me from transferring my account to @AskNationwide . Given that the reason i went into the branch to resolve an issue relating to an account switch. The person i dealt knowingly did that or does not know how to do her job.

    @santanderuk I'm trying to Switch to your bank but Saundra Ruttledge sent me an email saying she can't recognise my donor account. Of course there is no reply to this mail or info where to go to rectify. Total useless **** - stop hiding behind a no-reply mail

    @santanderuk Hi, I waited half an hour on your phone line to update my mobile number to allow me to login to your online services on Saturday. My old mobile number is still showing on the website on Sunday. When will this be updated please?

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp As soon as I get this hell hole you have put me in I’m getting a new bank This **** didn’t happen all the years I was with M&S bank and only changed because they were shutting current accounts. Don’t tell me to talk to the kid at Metrocentre

    @santanderuk my mum is trying to request a new PIN for her debit card. She hasn’t updated her phone on her online account and can’t remember the login details. She is 87. She would like to speak to someone if I am able to assist her in the call.

    @santanderuk not impressed with your switching service.Thought I’d be moving to a better bank and get some cash but 10 days later and I still can’t get onto online banking.Didn’t get my login details and you blamed Royal Mail,then I finally get them today I am blocked until 2mrw!

    @santanderuk block my account for ‘security’ reasons and then can’t answer phones. Amazing
