    WATCH OUT PEOPLE! I have been scammed by someone using a telephone number from @santanderuk. The bank were fast to lock my account down, but the money has gone. Now having to wait 15 days before anything can be looked into. @santanderukhelp @MartinSLewis DON’T TRUST CALLER ID!

    @santanderuk What is your UK email address for customer support? I have been waiting 8 months for a DSAR request response and it's getting ridiculous! I cannot send a letter at the moment so need ot email copies of correspondence.

    @stephenfry If I could afford to eat a C&T sandwich I'd get one right now. But thanks to @santanderuk shutting down my accounts last week - and taking all the money that was in them (£650) I'm skint, haven't eaten for 2 days and f*king miserable until HSBC open new acc and I can get money

    Head up; A scam company have been using @santanderuk to commit fraud. They appear on your phone as if it's the same number as what appears on the website, however Santander says in their policies that no in-person consultant would call you, only an automated voice if necessary.

    @santanderuk THE WORST Bank to get through to......waited 17 minutes to get through to someone. Phones ended up ringing and they NEVER answered. All I wanted to know was whether my Credit Card was still Active so I could deal with a Family emergency - Well Done Guys...Top Service

    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk I am very distressed by the bank's actions. I have been prevented from withdrawing my own money from my account and have been told it could be 24 hours before anyone from the 'back office' is able to explain this further to me and allow me access to my money

    @santanderuk Mastercard is **** and a deal breaker only found out yesterday when my new debit card arrived. Frigging livid that you have changed my cards without my consent. Now looking for a new bank.
