    @santanderuk customer comes first so it’s always right not at this company. They’ll just take your money and block your bank and do nothing about it for a week so if you’re thinking about opening the account for convenience, please don’t because all it’s gonna do is cause agro

    @DrChrisParry @santanderuk I left them over a year ago now and joined NationWide. Santander are a joke and their staff become derogatory even when you point their errors out or even if you need the slightest bit of help.

    @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.

    @santanderuk Prevent me from getting access to my money. That you’d prevent my DD’a and bills from being paid. No attempt whatsoever to inform me what was happening with my account. No attempt to confirm Receipt of the emails telling my wife that my account would be blocked for no reason.

    @santanderuk I can't seem to do this could you send me an email address please to contact you as in branch can't seem to help . The email sending the voucher is not replying and time is marching on I do not want to lose the voucher
