@santanderuk @santanderukhelp I have received an email from Santander regarding fraud activity on a previous card. However, I closed my account with santander in Nov.2022. Helplines ask for a 5 digit number which I no longer remember as I no longer use the account. Please help

@santanderuk your "boosts" app is awful. Banking used to mean decent interest rates and be treated like a valued human. Now it's a 1% chance to win a Costa coffee every month. Really? Really??

@santanderuk just received back my property Deeds (Includes legal docs , share certs etc etc.) all left in a ***** envelope on the doorstep. How DARE you return these documents in such a contemptible manner #apalled #santander #terrible
