@santanderuk I moved banks yesterday after a month waiting to get through to their fraud line. Try a First direct transfer and get £150. Also they’ve a 90% customer happiness vs Santendar 30%’s. Not hard to see why.

@santanderuk 3 calls and numerous emails to sort out account for father-in-law in care home who can’t remember any of his details prove fruitless. No one will talk to my husband or give any help whatsoever. Stuck between a rock a hard place. Web site no help. Disgusting service.

@santanderuk I have still not received a payment I was waiting for and with it being bank holiday tomorrow time is running out for me to actually get this issue sorted before it ruins my bank holiday plans

@santanderuk the one time password system has not been working. As in the password are not sent to the numbers even after requesting for it three time. It will say that it is sent but nothing is received. Just wondering what to do case I can't pay for anything online.

They’ve had it partly restricted for 2 months due to a security failure on their part, and it’s now causing major problems And they’ve simply stopped picking up their phone But they’re only making €8bn profit per year, so how can I expect better?
