You outsource your customer service to some third world country, where none of the advisors can speak English. Then expect poor elderly people to go to the branch when you mess up. It's shocking and shameful.

As for talking to a human instead of AI..he was traumatised. Pure evil

I’ve called the number & that hasn’t helped. I’m switching my bank.
