i genuinely have never gone over 6 months without @santanderuk allowing some **** to take hundreds of pounds out of my bank account without my consent. How is a company this terrible at security still allowed to function.

@santanderuk 45 mins on hold and I understand that you may have significant staffing issues but my goodness that thumps music is very very wearing for that length of time and verbal interjections too frequent! Please - something soothing and varied not stressful!

@santanderuk Hi there. If I pay a check drawn on another bank into my Santander account, when should I get the money? Do you clear checks using cheque imaging? I thought it was by midnight the next working day plus 1 more day as I paid it in at the Post Office.
