    @santanderuk Why is your website so unreliable? My 82 yo mother is at her wits end trying to access her accounts. After the usual overcomplicated rigmarole logging in, she has now been locked out of her accounts & has spent 20 minutes so far in a phone queue trying to sort it!

    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk Your customer service is awful. I,need to pay a bill urgently and your app is down. I,then go to the web page and I can't log in without the app. Your customer service number doesn't work on the weekend. Just bad service #service #CustomerService

    @santanderuk Your online chat is a robot! What chance have we of getting any customer service. I have just given up with your robot and spending 28 minutes on the phone from Thailand. Thanks for nothing, well, you charge me every month so its less than nothing.

    Dear @santanderuk your service is terrible. I make a payment, no issues or messages. The retailer says no funds received. I go online to chat with you, they tell me the payment has been held up by fraud, gave me a number and then left the chat. 35 mins on hold later!!
