@MorganBroadcast Frankly I do not understand with all of the security that these banks are supposed to have why they keep making such poor decisions where people like us get jammed up like this. Hopefully @Santanderuk realizes this is a MAJOR problem and reverses course

@santanderuk We don't want you, you treat your coustomers like ****.

@drclairetaylor @santanderuk @bancosantander But don't you have to have the mobile Banking pin initially to access the app?

@MorganBroadcast I had terrible issues with the Lincoln branch of @santanderuk a few years ago when a manager went into my account and changed my direct debits without my knowledge. Never did get an apology from said manager. I hope you get things sorted quickly.

@NeilMackay78 @MorganBroadcast @santanderuk Me too. Don't like the lack of security and terrible customer service. So sorry you've gone through this, Charlotte.

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk How did they reset your online banking, I have the Santander app and it still requires a password to access. Also was your phone not password protected?

@MorganBroadcast Charlotte, I suggest you seek the help of @financialombuds to advise you on @santanderuk's decision not to refund.

  • ElleMaisie_x elle (@ElleMaisie_x) reported from Leeds, England

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk @VirginActiveUK And I hope the police can help you and that Santander and Virgin get their acts together & are held accountable. Also, ask for all of the recordings of your phone calls to be passed to the police, then you can prove that they acted negligently with regards to the old number etc
