    @santanderuk Having terrible problems contacting you. Tried to make an online payment this morning and you kept asking 'Are you sure?/ Are you really really sure? And finally I got blocked. Tried phoning your help number but of course no one answers. Awful service guys.

    @santanderuk Really thinking about moving over to you as @Barclays bank has been terrible there no incentives and customer chat on app is awful also waiting on a case with ombudsman about them.

    @santanderuk is it normal to be kept on hold for over an hour and half to be put through to customer services....exasperated doesn't even get close to how I feel!!!!!

    @santanderuk bank card expires today, still no new one in post. Can you let me know why no card and how I get one ASAP. With a disabled child in the house I do most my shopping online, obviously now a huge issue 🤯
