(@JustGeekingBy) reported@helengrantsays @santanderuk I know it was her card PIN, and you have to go through a lot of security hoops to change a PIN even if you get into the banking app, which you need the login details for. I'm not defending the bank at all, I agree they've screwed up, but some of this doesn't make sense.

Would it be an idea to rally everyone together and write to the CEO directly, ofc CCing the ombudsmen detailing everyone’s problem? And then file individually?

I’ve been a customer of theirs for 20 years+ but will switch in a heartbeat if their systems mean my money and security is compromised.
