Both organisations need to do the right thing and provide the customer service you desperately need to resolve this horrid situation.

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk Contacted bank. After a while told the story from 3 years ago when they didn't intervene. The rep checked. Said thar "couldn't determine whether pin used or not". To this day, I have no explanation how they were able to use my stolen cc. It should be impossible. 4/x

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk I had a similar issue many years ago with @HalifaxBank and Egg bank. Had my money returned by the Halifax but not Egg, now Yorkshire Building Society. Good luck!
