    My husband died. The administration is difficult at the best of times (and these are my worst of time) but @santanderuk has been superb and @HSBC_UK absolutely awful - they could learn so much from Santander.

    @santanderuk Now Sandi has completely gone offline with "technical issues". You could not make it up. 40 minutes on hold and now this.

    Why is it so difficult to get past automated bank systems? I want to make a payment which is outside the parameters of the app, but getting out of the doom loop of “did you know you can do this on the app” is almost impossible. Thanks (not) @santanderuk .

    @santanderuk We called as the wait is terrible can’t even give us an appointment over the phone got told to come in today but the cue is massive plus only 2 staff again no one on the floor helping staff should have the AVAILABILITY TO HELP IN BRANCH

    @santanderuk so almost week 3 of trying to get my issue resolved, phone calls, messaging, emails still nothing ! A complaint was raised by one of your colleagues last week and now I have a wall of silence? Somebody please respond ?
