    @santanderuk You offer ZERO fraud service - my account has been affected and I am on HOLD again for over 1 hour? It is shameful! I have been a customer of Santander since 1997! Shabby and I'm leaving.

    @SueSuezep @LloydsBank Then in front of the queue demanded my debit card for shredding in front of everyone .. I went to Alliance & Leicester which is now @santanderuk been with them for 13 years and not one single issue, great bank

    Dealing with @santanderukbiz / @santanderuk and losing the will - utterly useless...have been on hold for literally hours without resolution. Anyone else infuriated by their service, or am I just unlucky....tried to book a face-to-face appointment and earliest was September!

    @santanderuk is anyone working in the call centres today? I’ve been waiting for OVER AN HOUR. You’ve left me card and cashless since last Wednesday and I’ve had to keep chasing branches and call centres.. AND IM STILL ON HOLD
