We are on week 3 now, I'm still getting letters chasing me for payment and you still haven't sorted it. That is quite unacceptable and my little business has lost money as well as hindering ability to access credit.

Gillian (@sandygill_) reported@santanderuk @TSB How about sorting out your bug-ridden, slow, clunky, almost always crashing (usually in the middle of setting up a payment), impossible to log-out of (although it randomly and inconvenient logs you out), ap?!

Don Smith (@authordssmith) reported@santanderuk @TSB You now have an even bigger bank with more customers that have to wait 3-5 working days for an email to clear. 2025 and they can’t process an email any quicker than that. Don’t make the mistake of banking with these incompetent people.

Think error in the data they submit as my acc. wasn't open properly for 3 weeks. I have all the agent chat msgs+ call logs
