    @santanderuk Well I am waiting for a complaint call back that still hasn’t happened and compensation that also hasn’t been addressed. Your service has seriously gone down hill recently. You’ve become an arrogant bank!!

    @santanderuk Terrible service. Needed bank statement - waited 10 days -still nothing. Went into branch and unbelievably they can’t print one! Do not go paperless as this lot are never going to give you a hard copy should you need it for anything!

    @santanderuk dreadful service, international payment = a 25 mins phone call, 31 questions, endless ‘let me check’ and now my account is blocked whilst I wait for your ‘back office’ to do some more checks, I’ll just wait for you shall I? Or use another provider………
