    @LydiaHopeTaylor @santanderuk Honestly, think vibepay had issues too, sent 8 people money they all confirmed it was received but no one got notification including myself to say it was sent 🙈 may look at santander, nationwide are awful and that's being polite

    @MartinSLewis @santanderuk can't take payments!The pay feature on the website is down for the 2nd month in a row and now phone banking has failed.Last month I tried to pay with my bank via the app but they sent 1 payment back and want late payment penalty! #Santander-disaster!

    @santanderuk What a bloody joke, been banking with you for over 30 years, absolutely disgraceful now. My card expired 30/9 still no replacement card how am I to pay for things. Horrendous service, been on hold over 43 minutes now no answer still. Might just have to move banks

    Hello @santanderuk, how come I can only dowload transactions in CSV for the last 12 months? It gives me some insight into your antiquated back-end. Do you need help from someone like me? Frankly, it's rubbish.

    @santanderuk an hour of my life waiting for someone to answer a call. how disgusting. time is precious and i certainly dont have any more time to wait for this. i just hope the problem i have is self rectified by the morning, or my anxiety may put me in hospital!

    @santanderuk Appalling customer service. Ask me to call a number saying its staffed 24/7. On line for 30mins and then told noone can pick up. Call the same number again. What is going on??

    @santanderuk All... the FCA suggest that all working with customers in finance should TCF or treat customers fairly. Ask for a formal complaint. Even if you accept compensation you can still progress to the ombudsman.... Santander have been treating customers with disdain for some time now.

    @santanderuk The fact that me losing my phone totally blocks me from using my card online is appalling. Your online OTP service did not allow me to change my number. Had I been in danger with a broken phone I would have been stranded. Severely disappointed.
