    @dazzgedd73 @santanderuk We've been with them since the Abbey National days too and unfortunately I have to agree with the poor service. Currently trying to move an ISA which should be easy. Customer service has been dreadful

    The ******* crooks @santanderuk have put a block on my bank account without ANY warning because I didn’t change my contact details due to them already being correct. Absolute ******* scumbags.

    @hnjsamuels @santanderuk I can't deal with them on the phone until I create a "voice password" Tried 10 times and it didn't like my Scottish accent. Closed my account and moved on. **** em.
