    @santanderuk On line course, you need to go on one or hire someone with IT knowledge first. Preferably used to getting apps and websites working. Poor

    @santanderuk So, can’t pay for my online shopping tonight as I can’t access the app to verify and the OTP is refused (take it that’s due to the issues). Time to move banks had enough of this ‘service’
