    Some advice: DO not invest your money with @santanderuk . They block your account when you want to withdraw your OWN money and stop the transactions!!! #criminals

    @santanderuk terrible service. Tried to withdraw cash. Went to 2 branches closed. Customer service appalling. 3 calls due to being cut off. 4 hours later no cash. Adviser could not get an answer from a branch I suggested. “I can’t help you” still ringing in my ears!

    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk I'm struggling to get the app to work, keeps crashing when I open it. I'm on a Samsung s21 ultra on the latest update, other banking apps are working fine, but no luck with yours, anything I'm missing, or anyone else having this problem.

    @santanderuk Sent money to my daughter on 26/12/21 We are both existing customers. I used her maiden name in error. She has recently been married. The money left my account but she has not received it. How do we rectify this ?
