Why can I not get into my online banking app @santanderuk it just keeps freezing on the login page after I enter my pin. There doesn’t appear to be any way to close down or log out!

@santanderuk how can a child provide proof of address for a bank account if they don’t receive any mail and either parent doesn’t bank with yourselves? Why do you make these things impossible?

@santanderuk hi, is there a problem with the app? Ive tried to log in a few times now , i enter my security number and it doesn’t do anything after that .. it just stays on that screen

@santanderuk I knew your service wasn't great, but didn't realise how shockingly bad it was until today. My parents attempted a high value transaction which got suspended for fraud checks (absolutely fine), got through to an agent on the phone who suspended the account (1)

@santanderuk I had an account with you for near 30 years, 100s of thousands pounds went through my account, because I was away from the uk for 5 years you closed it. I'm now having difficulty in trying to reopen another account. I don't have any current DDs to show address. Help.

@AskNationwide Presumably will be wasting my time - please send paperwork to close all of my accounts - it’s not the £12 it’s the principle & the way I have been treated @santanderuk @HSBC_UK - can any of you guys help I have 4 Nationwide savings, 3 Current & credit card to move.
