    @santanderuk @TSB I HAVE NOW HAD TO SPEND ALMOST ยฃ100 OF MY MOTHERS MONEY, ON A NEW PHONE, JUST SO THAT WE CAN GET SIGNAL TO GET OUR SHOPPING. SHE HAS ALZHEIMERS AND WITHOUT THIS HAPPENING, WE WOULD NOT EAT. IM HER FULL TIME CARER WHICH IS WHY I HAD TO USE HER MONEY, AS BENEFITS ARE TERRIBLE!!!!

    @santanderuk @TSB I was approved for a credit card, received the physical card and activation info, but itโ€™s now blocked/declining legitimate transactions with no clear explanation. Please fix this urgently and confirm it wonโ€™t affect my credit file. Ref: OLA0107788949

    @santanderuk @TSB How about sorting out your bug-ridden, slow, clunky, almost always crashing (usually in the middle of setting up a payment), impossible to log-out of (although it randomly and inconvenient logs you out), ap?!

    @santanderuk @TSB Why AI is really dangerous for all itโ€™s clients esp Banks is first AI companies will ask clients to fire their employees and then 5yrs down the line AI companies will ask Clients huge huge forcefully COST for Maintaining it as AI code is very complex ! Bcoz of job cuts economy ๐Ÿ‘Ž

    @santanderuk After being defrauded, Santander has blocked my attempts to get my money back. Iโ€™m being bombarded with consistent, slickly-worded AI emails threatening me about my overdraft now.They talk about 'support' in their emails while doing the exact opposite in reality

    @santanderuk @TSB No good changes so far experience by a longterm customer who has spent hours on the phone trying to get an account added to the app due to address format not syncing with my other account address when Santander set up the new account address! Will be moving all my accounts.

    @santanderuk Yes I understand that but Iโ€™ve spoken with 3 different teams and none of them could help or would transfer me to someone who could help.
