Why can I not get into my online banking app @santanderuk it just keeps freezing on the login page after I enter my pin. There doesn’t appear to be any way to close down or log out!

@santanderuk we are due to move house on Tuesday. You promised our solicitor yesterday, that they would receive a fax today confirming funds to be released on Monday. No fax. She called and was told, "there's nothing I can do"... Removals booked everyone ready to go, please help!

@santanderuk just thought I would feedback that having your mortgage retention open only on week days from 9 till 6 means those of us who work those hours can’t call you to be retained. So I will be off to another mortgage provider who can talk to me when I am not working.

@santanderuk my mums card has been fraudulently used and payments are still being taken out! She has been on hold for 30 minutes to be told nobody is around to help on any automated message? More money is being taken and there’s nothing she can do about it? This is disgraceful!
