Why can I not get into my online banking app @santanderuk it just keeps freezing on the login page after I enter my pin. There doesn’t appear to be any way to close down or log out!

@santanderuk No thanks you shut mine down hadn’t used in a while. Still had some money in a account. The staff on the counter were not even interested. You never even had a staff out branch front 😡

@santanderuk @santanderukhelp I have tried multiple times to get through to your call centre, I am running out of time to sort a balance transfer **** up that means I have double the amount I wanted to balance transfer on my Santander card! Impossible to sort out online as well!

@santanderuk Best thing I’ve done is switching off Santander. The worst customer service ever. Booked two appointments at branch to then be told no one is available! Hang up on me and they take monthly fees for literally doing nothing!

@santanderuk I have a business bank account and it really does need to catch up on the tech. App doesn’t allow face recognition, you can’t change references when making a payment from it. Really slow

@santanderuk I have had a Santander account for almost 10 years. The local branch has closed down, the monthly fee has increased and cash back perks dwindled to none. If you pay me £130 its possible I’ll stay with you..?

@santanderuk I’ve been with you for years Santander, please can I claim the £130, why treat new customers with £130 then kick your very loyal customers in the teeth. Also your customer service is disgusting
