Why can I not get into my online banking app @santanderuk it just keeps freezing on the login page after I enter my pin. There doesn’t appear to be any way to close down or log out!

@santanderuk fair play! 2 hours on the phone setting up an overseas standing order which never happened just to be told this week “this is not possible”. You’re an overseas bank yet I can’t send money consistently to@my wife and with out problems every flamin week 😳 grrrrrr 🙁

Blimey @santanderuk. I’ve been a customer for more decades than I care to think about. I ask for my business banking details to defer a loan repayment (as is my right under the contract) and find myself relentlessly bullied to detail my private medical business to some random!

Disappointing to see yet another High Street bank cut its service to my area. This time its @santanderuk cutting opening hours claiming it will give staff more time to answer the phone. Can't understand why staff in open branches can't take phone calls when they're not busy
