Why can I not get into my online banking app @santanderuk it just keeps freezing on the login page after I enter my pin. There doesn’t appear to be any way to close down or log out!

@santanderukhelp @santanderuk You should have a service dedicated to elderly people or at the least have someone come out and visit sick elderly people in hospital. I'll be writing to the CEO to improve your services for the elderly which are currently not fit for purpose.
