    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp Santander today restricted my account, they have bullied me , put huge stress and pressure on me, and they with no doubt have broken FCA rules , it's utterly disgusting that a bank can do this to someone who had been with the bank 15 years plus. @TheFCA

    @santanderuk Absolutely shocking customer service. I should not have to be chasing my own money, endless calls, emails and last resort is reaching out here. All I keep being told is to constantly email, and I never get a reply. It’s been 2 weeks and being given the run around

    The Santander facility for paying in a cheque is terrible. When I use Halifax, it works first time. Sort it out, @santanderuk.

    @SandraF74372594 @santanderuk I waited for 30 minutes then decided it was pointless. Some of their staff on X have admitted there’s an outage even though their official status page claims not.

    @santanderuk As you can imagine having her stuff stolen in the first place was very distressing then to be let down by her own bank was the final straw !

    @santanderuk your customer service is woeful! Hours on the phone ( mostly on hold ) I thought I had got somewhere two days ago, promised a call back with a resolution but nothing since ! You are putting an 86 year deaf customer at risk , my mother , please help.

    @santanderuk why are you the worse bank ever. Trying sort out a problem and I have supplied everything you have asked for. so far it’s been a month and I am still waiting.
