Why can I not get into my online banking app @santanderuk it just keeps freezing on the login page after I enter my pin. There doesn’t appear to be any way to close down or log out!

Though I think the problem is with @santanderuk. My debit card plays up frequently with online purchases. Not happy. I see there is a PayPal option but I have to wait to get home to try that.

@santanderuk great customer service. Didn’t hold on my first call as I was signposted to website, can’t do what I wanted. Try to call again to be told the office has closed…..early it would seem as stated online it’s 7pm it closes.

@santanderuk I’ve been trying to get through to your investments team since Saturday and have been on hold for 20 mins at a time each day. Is there any other way to close a help to buy ISA because I cannot go into a branch as I work and they are closed when I am not working
