Sarah (@MsSC1986) reportedDear @santanderuk please fix your mortgage arrears emails. Iโve made a payment plan, so donโt send me an email asking me to either pay in full or call to make an arrangement. Itโs not too hard to set the system to check whether Iโm sticking to the plan or not.

"Oh just ignore that, the system sends letter it's not supposed to. It's a known bug". Well ******* fix it then! Piss poor and a very poor advert for yourselves
