    @santanderuk this is the most appropriate quote I've seen, based on yesterdays poor system 'glitch/upgrade' - "This is unforgivable. I work in IT, I know about systems, I know about backups and upgrades. To have this happen, I would get the sack if it happened in my job."

    @santanderukhelp my daughter is trying to open Essentials Current Account for last two weeks (application reference number OLA20553465). @santanderuk is not helping and she is now out of pocket and I am not able to transfer funds. Please help.

    Supporting tearful student daughter who fell victim to bank fraud yesterday-£700 gone from her account. Thankfully she was able to get @santanderuk to block further payments. A hard lesson for her & hard for me as she is away from home. So many scams out there

    @RonnieH88083611 @santanderuk No that would be your problem, all I did to make sure I didn't go overdrawn was keep track of what I spent knowing how much should be in the bank!
