  @santanderuk Just at Stansted Airport 2nd time I can't get into the Lounge which I pay for with the World Ellite card. AVOID applying definitely not worth the £15 a month. This is supposed to be the Select service?

  @rjonesplymouth @santanderuk Ah the miracle of the free market, finding by itself the optimum point at which it can torture citizens without too much impact on profits. Ps sorry you're going through this. It's a sign of general malaise when almost every service, public or private, is a headache to endure.

  @santanderuk @santanderukbiz @santanderukbiz I am being told we dont have a Buisnnes manager as this service is no longer available, I go to the branch and they tell me to call, I call and they say the back team only take emails? I ask to speak to complaints and there to busy?
