    Verily I say, it's easier to plait snot than have a meaningful phone conversation with @santanderuk. Why does call agents answering the phone at home mean it takes longer to answer the phone? Very bored of businesses irrelevantly pointing to C19 as reason for weak service.

    I've had 4-5 bank accounts fraudulently opened in my name in last couple of years. Getting it sorted is like pulling teeth, and banks act as if it's not their problem. It's even happened twice at @santanderuk. And trying to report to police via @actionfrauduk is painful.

    Hi @santanderuk 'chat with us'? What a joke! Where is my daughter's free railcard she was supposed to get with her student account? Awful customer service! Pls DM, contact me offline, or credit her £100 that the 'free railcard' is worth. #unimpressed

    @CookeLouise A lot of companies don't help customers avoid being defrauded. I used to have a @santanderuk credit card. They'd phone me up out of the blue wanting to discuss my account but refused to give me any info to prove they were legit. Then they wonder why customers fall for scams!
