@santanderukhelp Apparently sending photo id is not sufficient and I have to attend in person. I am disgusted with the customer service @santanderuk provides. I have been with you for 35 years and this is how one gets treated!!!

@santanderukhelp @santanderuk I'm struggling to get the app to work, keeps crashing when I open it. I'm on a Samsung s21 ultra on the latest update, other banking apps are working fine, but no luck with yours, anything I'm missing, or anyone else having this problem.

i genuinely have never gone over 6 months without @santanderuk allowing some **** to take hundreds of pounds out of my bank account without my consent. How is a company this terrible at security still allowed to function.

Some advice: DO not invest your money with @santanderuk . They block your account when you want to withdraw your OWN money and stop the transactions!!! #criminals
