@santanderuk I am having issues with logging into the app still. The app says my phone has been rooted but I have never downloaded anything or done anything to tamper with the security of my phone so I do not know why this is saying this 🙃🙃🙃

Unable to speak to anyone at @santanderuk to find out why a Direct Debit wasn't paid. Unacceptable service levels . COVID is no excuse! All too easy!

@santanderuk A further 11 minutes talking to a pleasant but unable to help me member of your helpdesk. Advised I'll have to call the first number again and expect to wait another 30 minutes. BTW, I spoke last week to Santander to make sure the transfer would be straightforward

@santanderuk I called them to ask for the charge to be rescinded and interest lowered as I have been a trust worthy customer my whole life. But I didn’t even get an off script answer. So I cancelled my overdraft then and there and have just switch banks.

@santanderuk Heres an idea for possible discussion, when you hang up on a customer, rather than waiting for them to go through the labyrinth of getting through again, you call them back on the number you have saved? Radical, right?
