No reply so posted a formal complaint as they don't seem to do online for this type of issue. Phoning is hopeless. No reply. Seems they are dealing with it by simply ignoring me. I've been in branch . Nothing to do with them . Gave me an email . Emailed no reply . How can I sort this out ?
