I was frustrated by your appalling service. I've now been told I need to call back on Monday. Santander won't call me! Just how much time do I have to waste?

Still I don’t have access to my account where my wages get paid to and my bills get paid. You have had all my ID. I can’t access anything. I have called numerous times. Avoid Santander people. Customer service skills are awful at best.

Deal with customers clearly and efficiently instead of wasting their time. Don’t treat people like **** because they’re poor and inarticulate.
