    But that God for @santanderuk who helped me immediately. It took 10 minutes of my day to open the case and report the issue, and less than 24 hours to get my money back. Money I didn't have to spend in the first place. (4/5)

    @santanderuk I called them to ask for the charge to be rescinded and interest lowered as I have been a trust worthy customer my whole life. But I didn’t even get an off script answer. So I cancelled my overdraft then and there and have just switch banks.

    @Mistywoman1 @santanderuk Commiserations. We had months of problems trying to get our council to change our car details on our parking permit. I thought hubby was going to blow a gasket. A lot of alcohol helped us through.
