    Still waiting for @santanderuk to help me with a couple of simple questions I sent them 5days ago. Live chat asks you to leave your questions but never reply Wasted many lunch breaks on hold. They still view me as a nuisance for having the audacity not to know everything

    @santanderuk customer comes first so it’s always right not at this company. They’ll just take your money and block your bank and do nothing about it for a week so if you’re thinking about opening the account for convenience, please don’t because all it’s gonna do is cause agro

    Morning, beautiful and ugly Associates all. Yesterday I sacked @santanderuk for absolute cuntery and they may never, never return. Excellent bankers, awful computer. Today it’s @LloydsBankBiz to choose between Profit and Redundancy. Wish them Luck. Haha.

    @santanderuk bank with them if you want your health to suffer. People have missed treatments can’t get medication, cause this company can’t do their job. SHUT THEM DOWN.

    @PolitlcsUK Hey @bankofengland - time to lower the base rates so my @santanderuk stop ripping me off. Inflation at 2.8% but the banks are offering a 5.5% mortgage. The profiteering off working people in this country is abysmal.

    @santanderuk I’ve been emailing customer relations and the ombudsman has been emailing the FOS inbox for the last 6 months for us both to be ignored! I would suggest somebody calls my wife tomorrow before she takes legal advice to go to small claims court
