    The @santanderuk app is so terrible. Can't even pay off my credit card on it, have to log in to online banking. Literally the most useless app ever.

    @santanderuk your systems are unhelpful, language inconsistent and customer service poor. Setting up online banking should not be this difficult. 0/10 - would not recommend.

    I wonder how long il be tweeting about how awful @santanderukhelp @santanderuk is and how much more theyโ€™re going to lie & do nothing. 4 days in counting. Access blocked, they have information, they are to lazy to review, staff say right to complain. Full of ๐Ÿ’ฉ

    @Factor50JSA @santanderuk Hiya @Factor50JSA Hope you're well. ..and what could have been pension contributions are going into maintaining the freeholder's property asset value: defect-fixing, inflated service charges, commissions, permission and assignment fees, admin charges and mark-ups.

    @santanderuk @TSB Letting elderly customers down badly..My dad's local branch was shut down so I drove 10miles to the next so he could withdraw cash while waiting for a new card. Shut for refurb!.Only that I was able to give him cash myself to tide him over he would be stuck ๐Ÿ˜ก
