I've been in branch . Nothing to do with them . Gave me an email . Emailed no reply . How can I sort this out ?

linda fraser (@lindafraser13) reported@santanderuk Very disappointed Santander don’t have a email to contact customer service. Had a problem resolved but only after hours on live chat with 5 different agents, being timed out & needed to login again. It’s not good enough .
