    @santanderuk Phone banking still not working automatically ....cash machines still not giving out money ??? Whats going on. I have had no response to my e mail regarding loss of income due to these issues

    @santanderuk are we in STIP again? Payed the water bill and website said payment failed but the money has come off my balance inc pending but doesn't have it in the list of pending transactions

    @santanderuk A further 11 minutes talking to a pleasant but unable to help me member of your helpdesk. Advised I'll have to call the first number again and expect to wait another 30 minutes. BTW, I spoke last week to Santander to make sure the transfer would be straightforward

    @santanderuk I am having issues with logging into the app still. The app says my phone has been rooted but I have never downloaded anything or done anything to tamper with the security of my phone so I do not know why this is saying this 🙃🙃🙃

    @santanderuk Heres an idea for possible discussion, when you hang up on a customer, rather than waiting for them to go through the labyrinth of getting through again, you call them back on the number you have saved? Radical, right?
