I remain confused as to why a human being working for @santanderuk @santanderukhelp has no wish to engage in a person to person conversation. It would be lovely to hear from ‘a real person’ as soon as one can be persuaded to pick up the phone. With all good wishes. Thx 2/2

  • BlingWendy Filey (@BlingWendy) reported

@twinklresources @santanderuk Does anyone at Santander ever answer the phone. As disgusting service

  • rachii27 Rachel McGinley (@rachii27) reported

Why is @santanderuk @santanderukhelp so useless. Need to contact my bank yet no way to talk to a person on the online chat and no email address… some people work and can’t sit on the phone for an hour to solve the issue. Why doesn’t anyone have email nowadays?

  • BennyBongoP3fan Benny Bongo (@BennyBongoP3fan) reported

@santanderuk You don't support customers, a pensioner I know has had her account blocked by you (including access to her pension to pay for food and heating), she has a severe illness and cannot travel to a branch as you demanded with ID. One of your managers rudely hung the phone up on her!

  • Neoshappy Colin Paterson (@Neoshappy) reported

@BTC_Archive @santanderuk does this mean that you guys are going to support clients that use crypto aswell now?

  • TheRunningDon Stephen Kerr (@TheRunningDon) reported

Hello again @santanderuk @santanderukhelp Thank you for your email on the mishandling of my complaint, in lieu of the promised (but as yet unmaterialised) phone call. Sadly, it offers no resolution and completely misunderstands the issue 1/2

  • Tatty42 James T (@Tatty42) reported

@santanderuk hello, I am unable to add my debit card to Fitbit Pay, can you help please?

  • grahampinder13 Graham Pinder (@grahampinder13) reported

@santanderuk hi can someone help? I signed up for a 1 2 3 account but haven't received my temporary security number or my card (dispatched 27th October)

  • downtothewood Down to the Wood (@downtothewood) reported

@StarlingBank Looking to switch my business bank account to you from @santanderuk after 28 years, but have a bounce-back loan. Can that be transferred? Would ask @santanderuk but they'd just say phone our help desk and wait an hour

  • Tinkale85 Tina Q-Pel (@Tinkale85) reported

@santanderuk can you please get your customer service sorted and an email address for your customers to reach you? That would be referred to as service. Thank you!
