    @MorganBroadcast What an awful thing to happen! @santanderuk and @VirginActiveUK really needs to sort out all of this..you should not be out of pocket! I hope things work out and it’s all sorted for you.

  • ededNeddie Ed (@ededNeddie) reported

    @MorganBroadcast @santanderuk As you state you won’t have section 75 protection and I don’t think chargeback will be of any use, but if it was a Visa debit card, then I believe they have a ‘zero liability’ policy which might help. Sorry for your troubles :(

  • pickersgill_tom Tom Pickersgill (@pickersgill_tom) reported

    @MorganBroadcast @santanderuk Gym employee with the right access might be able to see what bank you use from your direct debit. It seems far fetched but absolutely everything points to this being more than a coincidence. I really hope you get ££ back, fair compensation and find a new gym that cares more

    @MorganBroadcast This is awful. We bank with @santanderuk and recently we have had 2 occasions where they have not authorised an online banking transaction and frustratingly locked our accounts, without checks/calls. It sounds very haphazard rather than a systematic approach. 🤞 it gets sorted.

    @MorganBroadcast @santanderuk Nevermind, I have just read through the thread and noticed many @Barclays shout outs all over the thread with responses from them. I will be going there. 👍 Hope this issue gets sorted for you.

    @MorganBroadcast @santanderuk @VirginActiveUK Holy Christ. How dreadful. Random thought, who is your MP? Can they help with this?

  • saintgatsby Caitlin Riley (@saintgatsby) reported

    @santanderuk I heard you like to help criminals commit fraud and blame the victims!

  • RosamundDakin Rosamund Dakin (nee Bayes) (@RosamundDakin) reported

    @MorganBroadcast I've had terrible experiences with @santanderuk in the past, which is why I no longer bank with them. Come on @santanderuk do the right thing for this innocent victim, reimburse her in full without delay.

  • ManInTheMadness Man in the Moon (@ManInTheMadness) reported

    @santanderuk Please help @MorganBroadcast

  • mcm_home Martin Moore - aka Dad's Taxi Service (@mcm_home) reported

    @MorganBroadcast What!!! The @santanderuk banking app provides access to the PIN code. What a bloody stupid thing to do. I'd get rid of Santander ASAP.
