@santanderuk Strange, just tried to log into my Mobile Banking APP, prompted to ring Help Desk, help desk refer me to website. Why did I have to reset up my online banking? with a new ID and password etc, What have you done with my old one? looking forward to your reply

@santanderukhelp @santanderuk I have tried using the so called online re-access service which also does not work!!! This is beyond a joke. 2nd time in as many weeks. I am still on hold to endless on hold music.

@santanderuk is quite possibly the hardest app to log into! Customer number... pin number, pass number.... we text you a number...locked my self out in the end. I'm all for security but it should take an hour just to log in #annoyedcustomer

@santanderuk been trying to get hold of someone who deals with mortgages for ages now 4 calls each time held on for over 30mins! Any other numbers I can try even been in a branch & they couldn’t help me. Terrible service 😡
