    Morning, beautiful and ugly Associates all. Yesterday I sacked @santanderuk for absolute cuntery and they may never, never return. Excellent bankers, awful computer. Today it’s @LloydsBankBiz to choose between Profit and Redundancy. Wish them Luck. Haha.

    @santanderuk Bet365 said unable to make payment with this card.. when contacted their customer services they said there were problems with Santander card payments yesterday afternoon and issue was Santanders.

    @JohnHann0404 Can't speak for NatWest but @santanderuk also have this in their app: Select 'Menu' in the top right at login, then 'My Money Manager' and there it is 'Carbon footprint'. Can't screenshot due to app restrictions.

    @santanderuk @TSB First experience of using the new payment screens in the Santander Connect account to import a file with multiple payments. You have taken something that was world class and replaced it with something terrible whilst attempting to tell your customers that this is an improvement.

    @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.
