    @MorganBroadcast @NeilMackay78 @santanderuk I’m so sorry to read this. Santander have been horrific dealing with my mum after she was scammed out of £15,000. Long story but she is now going through citizens advice bureau-if you have no luck, it might be worth talking to them-super helpful, free service. Good luck 🤞🏼

    @MorganBroadcast The now potential loss of earnings for @santanderuk and @VirginActiveUK is probably more than what it would have ‘cost’ them to help you out properly in the first place.

    @MorganBroadcast @santanderuk @VirginActiveUK Charlotte I am so sorry to hear what has happened to you. This is truly awful and such appalling service from Santander and Virgin Active. Both organisations need to do the right thing and provide the customer service you desperately need to resolve this horrid situation.

    @MorganBroadcast This is awful! I know that @santanderuk have a dreadful reputation with regard to customer service. I sincerely hope they can be held to account. As for @VirginActiveUK -my son's working for them at the mo. Shall alert him!

    @MorganBroadcast Oh no how awful for you. @santanderuk should be ashamed of their response !! As for the ignorant kid talking to you he needs reporting for lack of care and customer services communication. I hope you get answers very soon and reimbursed.

    @MorganBroadcast @santanderuk @VirginActiveUK Get a lawyer to take on Virgin Active, they will insurance to cover for theft. Chase up Met Police so they the 1st call to Gym cctv footage. Also call Apple should be able to block remotely products stolen.
