    @Andrew_RElliott @santanderuk Hello it also happen my account for 2 months and I tried contacting their service but they always gave me a robot reply so i got in contact with recovery_recovery_account1 on instagram I saw his advert on tv he was the one who got me back into my account he should hlp you

    @Bounce_BackLoan @RishiSunak I know this doesn't help, but can I just say my experience with @santanderuk has been painless and smooth. The options are simple, clear and present including the payment holiday. Not helping, but feel that the ones getting it right need a mention 👍

So-called one time passcodes seem to actually be every time passcodes, by time SMS comes through, code has expired, been unable to log on today at all, i have poor reception in my area, can't log on at work due to working in a no signal area, yet insist on
