@santanderuk your liverpool lord street branch has some of the most miserable and rude staff i have ever come across. I don’t know how they get away with talking to customers who are simply asking questions about your products so abruptly and like its a huge inconvenience. Awful

Spent over an hour today trying to get hold of a @santanderuk mortgage adviser. As a self-employed person, I can't apply to increase my mortgage online, but it's impossible to get hold of anyone on the phone. What to do? Don't you have a chat service @santanderuk?!

Hey @santanderuk have you considered adding hot crypto wallets to online banking accounts so people can store their fiat and crypto in your infrastructure? you could make money on the transaction fees and it will help crypto be accepted in to the mainstream

@santanderukhelp @santanderuk I am very distressed by the bank's actions. I have been prevented from withdrawing my own money from my account and have been told it could be 24 hours before anyone from the 'back office' is able to explain this further to me and allow me access to my money
