    Hello @santanderuk still awaiting an update! £150 compensation doesn’t quite cut it when almost 8 weeks in I still cannot use my card. Regards a very frustrated customer

    If banks really want customers to go paperless, they need to put ALL their statements online, not just those since the customer went paperless. Otherwise customers have to stick to printed statements, or go back and forth from online to print. @CooperativeBank @santanderuk @mbna

    @santanderuk do you really only have 1 mortgage adviser in Edinburgh? And now that he is injured, my application is stalled indefinitely as you can't pass to another adviser at another branch? I move in 4 weeks and your staff won't help!
