Liane (@Liane0712) reported@santanderuk just been turned away from Aspire lounge terminal 1 Manchester as my Lounge Key wouldn't work and they were saying it's another £20 membership. This has never happened before, very embarrassing. Select customer fed up!

Only bank to treat me like a customer is @monzo hats off to you. I will be closing all other banking services!

Most commonly to prove identity, but also to provide legitimacy of funds

Shut for refurb!.Only that I was able to give him cash myself to tide him over he would be stuck 😡
