    @santanderuk just phoned to try and make an overpayment - can’t do it online as I have more than 1 product - when eventually get through I’m told the card payment service is broke and should be fixed in a few days - it’s been broke since Monday !!!!

    DO NOT USE @santanderuk they have the worst customer service especially with disputes, you wait an hour on the phone to get through and then have to wait another hour as they have to put you through to someone else as there is NO separate disputes number!!

    @mdecelis @santanderuk Support services aren’t useful. Had same issue but got no response from them until i came across will_tech02 on Instagram he unlocked my account. You should contact him friend

    @santanderuk Don't be tempted to use this bank, probably the worst Customer service of any bank. Tried to complain and after nearly an hour on the phone the line went dead. This is how they treat their customers.
