Awful difficulties trying to openan account with @santanderuk Endless emails and requests which are duplicated. Timeouts on uploads and ONE hour waits on the phone !

It is not I dont like to go out I am sick of being indoors 6 years of the same 4 walls. I have a panic attack as soon as i step off the driveway 😡 I am sick of assumptions

Appalling service from @santanderuk Wigston. told to wait for cust servs. Waited 40+mins. A lady who has literally walked in got sorted. When we advised the man of this he basically said ‘no one told me’ & to wait & carried on with lady who just walked in! #awfulservice

@santanderuk Great when you spend 3 hours trying to speak to someone. Called up numerous times, call has been ended/hung up. On 2 occasions i asked for the advisor to call me back should it happen again,nothing.Great when your online bankings blocked and cant access your money!

@santanderuk have been trying to buy premium bonds with my MasterCard debit but my card keeps being declined. Why might this be ? I’ve tried calling but the cue time is hours long. I’ve tried twice with different amounts and had no luck . Please help
