    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp fyi: Your branch profiles still say mortgage advisers are on site, but I was told by an employee that they’re only ever via the phone now. Probably worth changing that so people don’t waste time traveling to a branch just to be told nope 🥶

    @santanderuk are absolutely shocking don’t ever do finance with this company. Their customer service is a joke owe me over £16k and won’t process the payment even after I won my case. Looks like they’ll now be incurring court fees too

    Appalling service from @santanderuk - 2 hours on the phone trying to justify why I want to move money to my savings account with another bank! Result is I’m now barred out of online banking for 24 hrs until the ‘back office team’ decides if I can transfer my own money 🤬

    @santanderuk The app is working but my debit card is not, cannot mak purchases or withdrawals even from Santander CVS machines. Called customer service and they said the IT department is working on it. So, long story short, it’s not the app now, it’s debit card purchases and ATM withdrawals.

    I have just been informed by 2 separate @santanderuk @santanderukhelp employees that they are all working from home. This was in response to me saying he sounded ******, very laid-back. I’d like to speak to someone in a call centre! Closing account now. Diabolical cust services!

    Just called number on back my @Santanderuk credit card & number doesn't work, Just about sums up #Santander, They are honestly worst bank ever, I had nothing but trouble with them from the beginning (Why I just shut down all my accounts & was calling to cancel my credit card)

    @ShoreProgress UK banks have also recently decided to totally block people from transferring money into Crypto. Recently @santanderuk announced that during sometime in 2023 they will be totally blocking customers out of crypto.... Everything is so suspect. FTX madness, CBDC, Bank blocks....

    if twitter goes down in flames i literally won't have a way to get in touch with my bank in the uk any more, which is absolutely ridiculous in all kinds of ways @santanderuk

    @santanderuk I'm hugely disappointed with your customer service team. A quantity of 46 refunds were sent to me, from @Googlestadia, overnight and only 4 turned up. The other 42 were on a, now, expired debit card. Why can your CS team not help me? Why can they not explain ANYTHING
