    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp fyi: Your branch profiles still say mortgage advisers are on site, but I was told by an employee that they’re only ever via the phone now. Probably worth changing that so people don’t waste time traveling to a branch just to be told nope 🥶

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp Santander local banks no longer accept foreign cheques; these now have to be sent to their FCD team in Merseyside, thus absolving themselves of any responsibility & costs should a cheque go missing which mine has! Thanks a bunch #Santander #Service?

    @santanderuk why, oh why, is the postal address for cheques so well hidden on your website? I know they aren't used much nowadays, but for some of us it's the way we have to pay in cheques! Please move to a more accessible place on the website. Thank you.

    The customer service person on the phone (after about an hour of calls) couldn’t help me they said they didn’t know what to do. I’ve been with Barclays all my life. Maybe it’s time to change. I wonder if @santanderuk would like my business.
