@santanderuk I'd closed an account with Santander probably around 7-8 years ago, would I be classed as a new customer if I switched? Nationwide didn't classify me as a "new customer" after moving away 5 years earlier 😕

@santanderuk charged me £11 for being on hold for 8 mins to try and get through to customer service who never actually picked up SIGH
