So @santanderuk @NatWest_Help @HalifaxBank all your cash points are out of service in Barkingside High St!!!!!! Truly awful service and no reason as to why this is happened unless of course you don’t want people to have cash!!!

@santanderuk worst bank ever. I'm closing my account. Set up account. Account blocked trying to set up online banking. 3 failed calls to customer service. Can't be done on phone, visit a branch. Waited in in Byres Rd branch today Told its sorted, access still blocked. Outrageous

hey @santanderuk your bereavement service is awful. very by the numbers do just the necessary and non-communicative. if i have to communicate all the same things with the mortgage team anyway, might as well just save me the time

My credit card just stopped working again... no indication on the app; probably another fraud flag. (3rd time in 6 months.) Or does @santanderuk just have opinions about how many flat whites I'm drinking on a sunday?
