@will_hulse @santanderuk Not untypical for a complicated IT issue. Doesn’t mean it is a malware attack specifically. Could be as simple as a database problem, and they’re doing everything necessary to bring it back. Unless HCL are involved and they’re trying to mobilise knowledge from onshore IT

@KuyaMaxy @santanderuk That's understandable but when you can't access your own money it's beyond a joke... Tried ringing to transfer money to a different account and can't do that either! My card won't even work to buy things!

@santanderuk Let us all switch as of Monday everyone on here we go for a more reliable service and this is not the first time this has happened and it will not be the last on a Sat when everyone is shopping the busiest day of the week …… Really
