@santanderuk hello. I opened a savings account, I got the number and sort code but I cannot access it online. You sent an email asking for some documents, which I sent already, I never heard back. I'm a bit concerned about putting money in when I can't access it. Can you help?

Also v worrying (if predictable) to see that the cost of living crisis is now “content” for the fraudsters. Purchase scams, fake loans and false energy help texts are rife, says @UKFtweets Great that @NatWestGroup and @santanderuk have made fraud prevention ads - more please!

Hey @santanderuk , can you please stop blocking my banking access because I'm trying to move money into a savings account? This is twice in 2 days, now I won't be able to use my accounts until next week. You shouldn't be flagging every transaction as fraud. Shocking service.

@santanderuk my son has a gov trust fund with you guys. The account is linked to a really old address. The current occupiers have sent me pics of a letter they have opened for him. Stating he can access to his funds. How do we go about it please?! Hes now 18.
