My daughter had a heck of a job to register online, has been waiting over a week for a temporary username and when she calls the number on the website it is manned by a chatbot and she can’t get anywhere!

GH (@Charminister) reported@santanderuk cannot log onto online banking using safari on Mac. Website constantly reloads with errors. this is the only way of reporting it (unless I spend 11 hours on the phone)

Julian (@Mr13alls) reported@santanderuk I am not a customer but I went into a Santander branch and asked the cashier if they could give me two fifty pence pieces for a pound coin, I appreciate that there is no profit in this transaction, needless to say I was told no. Now you want me to switch my current account.
