@santanderuk is taking 10 days to decide if trey will “grant me” access to my own money. I won’t be able to pay my rent because Santander does not allow to access my account. Great security policy!!!

@santanderuk u advertise 2 help put astop 2scammers but my account got hacked &even though it was from a very dodgy site udidn’t pick up on it!!! I’m on the phone now trying 2sort it currently waiting to speak to a 4th person I have been trying 2 sort it 4 nearly an hour now 😡

@santanderuk Your profits are up but your ethics are down. My friend fell behind her payments after falling victim to domestic violence. She had to leave her home. You knew this, you requested proof from her GP. Heartless. You then pursued her for the full debt anyway. Sickening.

@santanderuk my son has a gov trust fund with you guys. The account is linked to a really old address. The current occupiers have sent me pics of a letter they have opened for him. Stating he can access to his funds. How do we go about it please?! Hes now 18.

@santanderuk hello. I opened a savings account, I got the number and sort code but I cannot access it online. You sent an email asking for some documents, which I sent already, I never heard back. I'm a bit concerned about putting money in when I can't access it. Can you help?
