@santanderuk Any idea why your online banking won’t allow me to request my log in details and why it’s taking over 45 minutes for your staff to answer calls when trying to sort it out? Desperately need access and have no way of doing it.

  • yeovil1962 Philip Westlake (@yeovil1962) reported

@santanderuk 3 months to get 130.00 no chance. Had an account with you but you wouldn’t give us a mortgage. Went to another bank and absolutely no problem. Need to look after people better

1/2 So @santanderuk my account goes into arrears for 1 day - you then block my account and takes 5 days to unlock meaning I can’t use my own money!!! How do I feed kids/get petrol? You suggest bank transfer how does that work at a supermarket?

  • Whales0fWallSt WhalesOfWallStreet Channel (@Whales0fWallSt) reported

@walletapps @santanderuk no, but the banks need support because they are about to be replaced by Crypto exchanges...

@santanderuk hi santander how can i get in contact with customer service

  • iamdavidbudd IAMDAVIDBUDD (@iamdavidbudd) reported

@haircarpet @santanderukhelp please note that @santanderuk staff have first to ascertain that the phone caller is wearing a mask before staff member is able to enter safe space to deal with customer enquiry

@mommmy33333 @antanddec @santanderuk What do you want them to do exactly? And why you in particular? Not trying to be rude, genuinely want to know. It’s a very long shot they’ll see your tweets and want to pay for your university. Slightly better chance if you have a really good reason to help

  • golfandgym36 Graham Steele (@golfandgym36) reported

@santanderuk Destroying families and their ability to future proof with their archaic and down right ridiculous lending policies! Their underwriters need an *** kicking!!!

  • radiochelsea Lady Chelsea Norris (@radiochelsea) reported from Stockport, England

2/2 you then suggest get cash out, you’ve shut all the branches? Also no one takes cash anymore. You then suggest using my other accounts with you - that I have no cards for. So how do I pay for food? Absolutely disgusting service and I will be leaving @santanderuk

@santanderuk Do you allow transactions with cryptocurrency exchanges or block them like the other UK high street banks.
