    @MorganBroadcast @santanderuk Oh dear, sorry to hear this. I'd imagine if they have been able to access your mobile banking they have gotten the PIN from there for your card?

    @MorganBroadcast I had terrible issues with the Lincoln branch of @santanderuk a few years ago when a manager went into my account and changed my direct debits without my knowledge. Never did get an apology from said manager. I hope you get things sorted quickly.

    @MorganBroadcast I’m so sorry what a terrible thing to happen to you. don’t give up try every avenue. Have you thought about your local paper or even the bigger newspapers. This is absolutely disgusting of @santanderuk I wish you all the luck in the world in getting your money back

    @EwanToo @santanderuk Sounds like @santanderuk seriously sucks here. Banks have a fund for this type of thing. It's essential for banks to maintain trust in the electronic payment ecosystem or their whole model falls down & to do this thefts like this need to be quickly refunded with minimum publicity
