@santanderuk I can’t believe the shocking customer service my husband has had when trying to change his mobile number. Can’t change the number without sending a statement, can’t access the statement without his no longer active mobile number…not sure what we can do 😡

@WEUROTicketing Any opportunity for @WEUROTicketing to partner with @santanderuk bike scheme? Only 8 docking points near the stadium so risk of not being able to dock - but if bike scheme staff can support, be great alternative for fans heading from centre/MK Bowl etc. to free up bus space?

@StuMan21953001 @santanderuk Totally agree. It sucks. I can't even go to a branch because they close at 3pm. You would think it was still 1950. Appalling service
