    @kevinsamuel Thanks Kevin. It’s not so much financial problems as service problems. I have never had such bad customer service as @santanderuk over last two weeks. And I’ve dealt dozens of banks.

    @santanderuk you’ve allowed fraud on my account a number of times in a short period , I’ve had to change all my details numerous times because of you and I am chasing my new cards , dreadful service

    @santanderuk #fraud #phishing Had a call today from a freephone number ... main Customer Service number: 0800 3281328. Clearly spoofed. Debit card had been cloned and tried to defraud me. Red flag: THEY told me some details, instead of asking ME for security info. Beware !
