    @santanderuk Your fraud department is shocking. I have called twice to sort and twice no one to take the call after 20 mins on hold both times. Expect a call. Cannot access online either. Going to regulator without adequate response

    @santanderuk I have rang 3 times now on the last 12 hours... no answer at any point! This is shocking service when there is potential fraudulent activity on my account.

    so, @santanderuk, even though "you're sorry to keep me waiting" every fifteen seconds, I've been holding on for over 35 (thiry-five!) minutes, and counting. Hmmm. Not sorry enough to employ more staff to help customers? I'm only glad you don't tell me "you're important to us"

    Bloody Hell. Trying to get a phone reply from @santanderuk is impossible. I've been with them for over 50 years and the service has never been worse
