    Why, when I call @santanderuk do they put me on hold, then repeat every 20 seconds that they appreciate my time, my patience and respect, then take over 35 minutes to answer the phone. Diabolical service!

    My husband died. The administration is difficult at the best of times (and these are my worst of time) but @santanderuk has been superb and @HSBC_UK absolutely awful - they could learn so much from Santander.

    @santanderuk I have opened an account but never received any account information or card. I am trying to get online but obviously sir have any details. When i go to make a complaint even thatโ€™s next to impossible. Terrible customer experience.
