@santanderuk Im abroad in Turkey, I've been trying to make an online payment which prompts i confirm on the app, when i open the app it give me an error message and doesn't load anything. This is just ridiculous i even told Santander that I'll be going abroad!!!!

@santanderuk App apologising it's not working telling me online banking is working. Trying to log on to online banking and it's asking me to use the app to verify my attempted login - which isn't working.

@santanderuk @santanderukhelp Mobile Banking app (iOS) no longer working: unable to log in. Keep getting error saying "try again later". Having your official app not working, doesn't really help and exposes your customers to fraud.

@santanderuk mobile banking on app down but says can log in online but when you try it needs you to go on app the authorise the log in. So actually both are down or out of use. Comical.

So @santanderuk your app is down, fine. I go to use the internet on my phone and it needs the login to be authenticated by the app, so I still can’t access my accounts- so no we still can’t use online banking! Like it says! What a joke…

@santanderuk Is your institution having problems? Why are you putting bank holds on transfers , it has been over 10 days! I have been making transfers for the past 6 years and NOW you put a hold on a 2000 euro transfer? What is happening there?
