Oasis (@Oasisrvti) reportedI wonder how long il be tweeting about how awful @santanderukhelp @santanderuk is and how much more they’re going to lie & do nothing. 4 days in counting. Access blocked, they have information, they are to lazy to review, staff say right to complain. Full of 💩

jo (@5arstudent) reported@santanderuk I desperately need access to my current account and then to switch out of your bank as a matter of urgency. I don’t even understand how this is legal.
-
Chris May (@cp_ma24524562) reported@santanderuk #santander can you image a bank with no customer service support? Send messages in the app, but don’t let you upload information. From a customer who went through advanced security for my last transaction 🤯

subconsciouscyclist (@subconsciouscyc) reported@santanderuk I've had a complaint open with you since March. You have admitted liability but still not resolved the issue. You have taken my money and not reduced the interest on my car finance because your systems are incapable of making this simple calculation.

William Poel (@wpoel) reported@claudelittner @santanderuk @cahoot Claude: I just got told in an email from Cahoot "Important Information - 25/05/2026 Dear MR ......... You may need to take action Please log on to your Online Banking as soon as possible. You have an important new document to read....." I haven't had contact with Cahoot for ~20 years and the task of exhuming old contact info (or anything else) is going to be vast. And if I do, 99% it will be spam or an offer to sell me something - not news of an error in my favour for £50k. Banks sending out these types of messages create a lot of hassle - and there needs to be a way of getting a fast track summary to determine if it is worth the effort.
