@santanderuk absolute shambles of a company. You spend millions on ads with Ant and Dec making out that you are friendly and wonderful. I have an ongoing issue with you and I’ve never received such poor communication. As a company you do not know what you are doing.

  • thepipster64 Cormery (@thepipster64) reported

@santanderuk You'll need a lot longer than a moment - the fastest time my many calls over the last 8 months have been answered was 25 minutes! I have been cut off almost every time your advisers have tried to transfer my calls. All this adds to the stress of trying to deal with the issue.

@santanderukhelp @santanderuk you are sorry !!?? Not good enough…my money…, my account….and it takes you 3 days to decide where I take my money and now we have a BH so I’m without any funds until Tuesday appalling service !

@santanderuk . Hi. I am a customer of yours and have just received a cheque in dollars. Can I cash it at a branch? Thanks

  • GardenmamP Gardenmam Pool (@GardenmamP) reported

Companies, please rephrase your call waiting message from “ you r in a queue, we are busier than normal” to the real reason “ we don’t employ enough people to provide you with the service you pay for “ . @BritishGas @TheRAC_UK @santanderuk for eg 🙄😣

  • dewhirst_paul Paul Dewhirst (@dewhirst_paul) reported

Been trying for over a week to contact @santanderuk on an important matter and can’t get through. 40 minutes today before phone answered then immediately cut off. Branch say can’t help got to be done on phone…useless!

  • maxbluenose Maxine Hussey (@maxbluenose) reported

@santanderuk thank you for blocking me access to my own account for 3 days!! For having the cheek to request a transfer of some of my money to another bank’s fixed saver I’m still waiting for you to get back to me 😡😡

  • amelialetitia1 amelia (@amelialetitia1) reported

@santanderuk I have been waiting (and still waiting) on your customer service helpline for over 2 hours. I am a victim of a scam! this is disgusting service!

  • jipalenzuela Juan Palenzuela (@jipalenzuela) reported

Yet another (unintended) consequence of sanctions: I can't access my @santanderuk account at all while I'm home, even though UK sanctions to Venezuela apply to just a small number of people. The cost of complying is deemed too high, so they block everything and everyone instead.
