Absolute joke @santanderuk I’ve been on the phone 53 minutes first time, no response. Second time 43 minutes, connected but no one picked up. I have a issue with my card and currently while out at the shops

@santanderuk is there an issue with card payments at the moment? I had both my debit and credit card declined (more than sufficient funds available on both), it’s not the retailer as another banks card went through. Been waiting 30 mins on tel to get through

@santanderuk problems after problems with this bank card payments not working again this is a regular thing with this bank it’s happened to me at least 4 times in 6 months so monday my account with u shall be closed full stop it’s embarrassing and im not happy
