    @bancosantander @santanderuk @santanderukhelp ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES. Tried to pay for a car that a friend is selling us 24 hours ago and you’ve frozen our account and say it can be 3 days before it’s resolved. Customer service and management is a TOTAL DISGRACE

    @santanderuk Mortgage statements ordered 3 times but didn’t get delivered. We need these urgently to declare Swiss taxes. Can you please help? Long queues on the phone, when I was in London they refused to fax/email it to one of your local branches.

    @santanderuk you keep sending letters and notifications on apps and emails to get in touch about mortgage fix rate ending... impossible to get in touch with you..I have spent 4hrs on hold one day and another 2 over the past week. Absolutely pathetic.

    @santanderuk Why is your telephone service so abysmal? After a 25 minute wait listening to the usual patronising messages and nauseating muzak, I’m answered by someone so rude and disinterested that I realise I’ve completely wasted my time. Do you hate your customers that much?

    @MartinSLewis Funny how you always promote these bribes but then never mention nor question the woeful customer service of the bank in question eg. @santanderuk the bank promoted by your ITV colleagues Ant and Dec and your ITV bosses!

    @santanderuk how do I get through to you to pay our mortgage? We have been on hold for at least 2 hours a day for the last 4 days - been into local branch and they can’t help - this is madness please someone help - I need to give you money!

    @santanderuk absolutely disgusted that I am left without access to MY funds. A block placed on my account on 2nd September as they wanted proof of residency etc. Papers requested were provided and block lifted. Further paperwork required and another block placed with no notice

    @viagogo @Tesco I will do so - although I have now ordered tickets using my @santanderuk account, so not much for you to do. Unless maybe you have trouble with Tesco, or they with you, but for a customer, either way, that experience sucks!
