    if twitter goes down in flames i literally won't have a way to get in touch with my bank in the uk any more, which is absolutely ridiculous in all kinds of ways @santanderuk

    @santanderuk I'm hugely disappointed with your customer service team. A quantity of 46 refunds were sent to me, from @Googlestadia, overnight and only 4 turned up. The other 42 were on a, now, expired debit card. Why can your CS team not help me? Why can they not explain ANYTHING

    @TechFirth @ArgosHelpers Hi, I was trying to pay with Santander card, tried another Santander card then tried a different bank card and it worked. @santanderuk are you having card payment problems?

    @santanderuk can't fix my problem without going to a bank! Can't visit a bank because the bank closes before I can get there and there aren't any I can just pop out to now most of them have closed. I've now been blocked out of my online account 🤯 great 👍
