    . @santanderuk - my account just been randomly blocked for the SECOND time in less than an hour (having just spent 40 minutes on hold to Fraud team then 20 minutes answering questions). Is there a problem with your site today?

    So I’m on the hunt for a new banking account (personal) as @santanderuk have move to Mastercard cards, but I’ve known of 4 occasions this year where Mastercard has gone down and cards won’t work which is a no no for me as I don’t carry cash!

    @bethanjenkins @MorganCymraes @santanderuk I honestly feel so terrible having to ask Liz again. She has been phenomenal throughout this since the day it began. Been on the phone holding from my friend’s phone who walked over middle of the night to help me make this call. Going on for over 4 hours so far!
