@santanderuk has anyone at Santander actually tried calling the call centre? On hold music volume 15 then you talk to someone who is on volume 8 then puts you on hold music at 15 again!! Please help save your customers hearing.

@santanderuk really disappointing service here, 3 times on the phone, listen to all the announcements for 2 minutes on how busy you are, then security checks to then be cut off. No I can't do what I need on your App or Web chat either.....

@santanderuk #walthamstow awful #CustomerService today went to open a savings account Told no more face to face service and insisted I apply online. I don't have broadband. Told to leave my details for an appt. Then got a call demanding I apply online. #discrimination
