@santanderuk I tried to speak to someone about a potential card security issue today and gave up after my call kept ringing for 1hour and 25 minutes with no human response. Yet you closed down local branches? Very poor customer service.

@santanderuk just had the phone put down on me whilst trying to ask for a replacement letter for my 13 year old daughters mini account! Was on hold for 40 mins before getting through! This is very poor customer service, when only need letter 1 of 1 reissuing! NOT GOOD Santander!

@santanderuk closed at 6pm. So "select customer" actually means nothing anymore. Santander seems to have bought market share, and satisfied with that, now gives the same "bog standard" as any other bank. 👎

@santanderuk Can somebody explain why I keep getting phone calls from Santander on my mobile and home phone number despite already sorting out the issue they keep ringing me about? It's bloody ridiculous!
