    @santanderuk usual shambles in the Doncaster branch. Huge queue of people needing the counter, only 2 staff there. At least 5 floor walkers asking if anyone not need the counter. Get behind the till and sort your poor service out numpties

    How are you meant to run a business when you bank with @santanderuk - bank card doesn’t work, replaced and still not working. Tried depositing cheques and cash twice this week & machine won’t allow me to. Terrible business bank!

    @santanderuk Locked out of my account trying to move money to another of my accounts. Apparently that is suspicious. Maybe don't allow the transaction, but block account? I need to do other banking tasks. Suggestions please.

    @santanderuk finding it impossible to get any kinda of mortgage advice from you. Phoned 3 different phone numbers and turns out you can't get mortgage appointment in store and it has to be all done online? It's a mortgage! Why on earth can I not interact with a human being???
