    @santanderuk I seriously hope you customer service team read the comments here : Account and customer loyalty is key. You are not offering any positive rewards to loyal customers and those who should be benefitting from this account, think about your current customers and reward them first

    @santanderuk High street banks appear to be on the way out so to attract and keep customers they need to go 100% on telephone customer service, recent experience, (45min wait), prove to me Santander aren't bothering with this.

    @santanderuk hi , I’ve been disconnected twice re an enquiry earlier today, tried to find the live chat line on website, its well hidden, any chance of talking to somebody?
