    @AnthonyRoseSnr1 @santanderuk Exactly, too few staff, not trained properly and bad attitude. I never chose to be a customer with this horrible bank in the first place and never will be

    @CharlieRobery @santanderuk @santanderukhelp Yes. Same problem. Spoke to digital services. Said they had had a couple of calls the same. Advice was to wait 10 minutes and try again. Said it had happened before. Seems to be a wider problem.

    @AnthonyRoseSnr1 @santanderuk They will need much more than a refresher training! Santander UK customer service is dysfunctional as is their fraud department refusing to take action in my fraud case

    @santanderuk - great service last week in a branch, now unfortunately awful service on contact centre. I’ve had a payment blocked despite being fully authenticated, spent 57 minutes on hold yesterday, now run back and still on hold- all I want to do is make a payment. V annoying
