    @santanderuk question, when my credit history is bad you offer me a credit card, now its 97% perfect you turn me down flat???? Wonder why I bother sometimes Working part-time, going full-time soon, just want a 0% purchase card to help get a car

    … I just want a credit card that works & doesn’t get blocked every time I use it!I’ve never had so much hassle with a bank/credit card before. Customer service seem unable to help. Really frustrating. Might just pay it off and switch providers as this is ridiculous. @santanderuk

    Absolutely sick of @santanderuk & their rude staff who pick and chose what policies they do and don’t want to follow, who’s staff on app actively block notifications when they’ve decided a “resolution” has been reached because they don’t want to deal with any errors they’ve made

    @santanderuk tell me the stiff letters I've been getting are a "known system glitch". Also there is no follow up or apology letter that goes post glitch. Service has really had lots of issues the last 3 or 4 months after years of seamless service. Makes people feeling like moving
