    @santanderuk - why do you not have more people working?!?’ 4 offices and only 1 with a trainee. 3 teller desks and only 2 working. Avg queue 8+ people. And wait time of 30 mins plus. #EalingBroadway branch.

    Is @santanderuk the worst bank in the world . Yes Carl their idiot from Liverpool on 01908343925 is either a scam or dumb as ****. Letter from @santanderuk claiming I had applied for Credit arrived. No answer from help line never applied to them and don’t have account with them.

    @santanderuk - great service last week in a branch, now unfortunately awful service on contact centre. I’ve had a payment blocked despite being fully authenticated, spent 57 minutes on hold yesterday, now run back and still on hold- all I want to do is make a payment. V annoying

    I challenge ANYONE in the UK to find worse business banking that @santanderuk - locked out of their sh*tty app again and now locked out of all accounts. Not as if any of us has a business to run rather than deal with their awful IT systems.

    @santanderuk When writing to my husband & I about our new joint account, please address to us both. Not just my husband. This is 2021. New customer not happy 🙄 especially as it was I who initiated the switch not the husband! Can you change this please?!
