    @santanderuk absolute shambles of a company. You spend millions on ads with Ant and Dec making out that you are friendly and wonderful. I have an ongoing issue with you and I’ve never received such poor communication. As a company you do not know what you are doing.

    @santanderuk Changed my name on my mortgage at my local branch a few weeks ago but still getting the wrong name on letters. Can't get through on the phone & no time to visit again atm. This is causing problems with other agencies. Any help..?
