@santanderuk terrible service. Take out a credit card and they don’t offer you what they said you would AND you get charged for the privilege ?! Do not take out a Santander card! Tried to submit a complaint but apparently they don’t want to know !!

@santanderuk We're getting a ton of letters from scammers requesting payment (for non-existent credit card debt) into a Santander account - will you close this account down?

I might also add that I had to spend another half hour or so making sure this is a genuine number. @santanderuk don't list their valid numbers anywhere on their site and don't let anyone calling try to establish two way trust.

@santanderuk Those 2 will do anything for money, as in working on absolutely inane ads such as this and other previous ones. Come on Santander sack them and your idiotic, drug addled advertising team and put out an ad that makes sense. Idiotic...!!!

Made a big mistake opening a @santanderuk savings account a few weeks ago. I still can’t access my account with them online, via mobile or over the phone. Had to raise it as a complaint which is still not resolved. Just waited on the phone for an hour to get through to an idiot.

@santanderuk locked out again from #esaver account. If you can’t fix access to these accounts, you should at least alert prospective customers. You have verified my ID many times now but still get locked out. #customerservice @itvMLshow

@santanderuk Your profits are up but your ethics are down. My friend fell behind her payments after falling victim to domestic violence. She had to leave her home. You knew this, you requested proof from her GP. Heartless. You then pursued her for the full debt anyway. Sickening.
