Hey @santanderuk why have you blocked my transfers from Wednesday (nothing to do with this mornings issue), and failed to call me back despite promising a 48 hour response? I have wasted hours just trying to get answers but it seems you just couldn't care less about customers. 👎

@santanderuk only way I can do this is through sending secure codes to my phone for the thieves to see or giving them a call whilst having no access to a phone... It's the next day & I get an email from @santanderuk asking if they can call me to sort it out.. Good work guys👏

@santanderuk My phone was robbed out my hand this evening so need to change security details & lock the app. The only way I can login online is 2FA using my phone.. or your bot keeps telling me to call you... How do I go about this without a phone please?
