    @santanderuk if you are going to block me transferring £10k of my own money to my own account at least have the decency to answer the phone when I call your fraud department as requested.. sick of hearing "very sory to keep you waiting" answer the phone!

    @santanderuk @JustEatUK hi guys, Justeat are not responding when I accidentally ordered food to the wrong place and their website didn't let me cancel that order. Can you please tell me what to do? Their customer service is appalling and they have no phone line to contact.

    @faypricey @santanderuk Online banking - OK with that. But she has been on the phone with @santanderuk for 30 mins - person on the line was not competent to solve the problem. Neither were the previous two. Another reason to switch banks. Next available branch appointment, July.

    @faypricey @santanderuk Don’t blame you! I’m thinking of closing all 3 of our accounts. Went to this bank and have stayed with them because of good customer service. It’s no longer the case, why should we stay loyal!?

    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk my cards blocked for some reason I have tried 4 times this week been waiting on call for avg 45mins. Unacceptable service #santander leave this bank so they listen even staff in branch know the issue and powerless #leavestander asap starting movement

    So not only do the odious @santanderuk make it impossible to #deposit cash, I then drove to a @Nationwide and their cash machine wasn’t accepting cash deposits either. All part of the banking cartels corrupt #cashless #society

    OMG @santanderuk your customer service is beyond shocking. 40 mins so far on phone and all I want to do is pay my cc balance as your online banking is not working and despite reporting technical issue with payments noone will help me!!! #movingmybalance elsewhere!!!
