@santanderuk every time I use my card online to do multiply purchases you block my card, this is the 3rd time in 2 days. I’ve told you I’m doing so and no again you’ve block me. Spending 30 minutes on hold each time to get this sorted. #Jokers

@santanderukhelp @santanderuk Thanks to the hard work (credit where due) of @PremPropLawyers we should have been able to exchange. You have delayed things due to incompetence. It has also taken over an 1 to talk to anyone. We need you to confirm funds to exchange. Please help
