@santanderuk is anyone working in your call centres today? You decided to just block all access to my account and no one will answer the phones at all. Been waiting an hour on hold now to ask you to please let me access my own money

@santanderuk why is your process for fraud checking payments so bad. Sometimes at random (apparently) you block my payments, tell me nothing, don’t communicate with me and then make me sit on hold for 20 minutes to talk to you. I know security is key but this process is terrible

@chocbuttons2 @santanderuk I think there's been a massive text attack from fraudsters on Santander customers. My wife eventually got through; she had texts (which showed real transactions) then phone calls both to landline and mobile. Serious **** here. Don't respond.

@London_Cycling @santanderuk @TfL Why are you presenting the substantial price increase as a reduction? At present the £2 access charge give unlimited rides <30 mins over a 24 hour period. Now every ride <30 mins will cost £1.65. Money may be tight for TfL but its also tight for Londoners who rely on hire bikes
