@santanderuk having one member of staff working the counter every day is insane. There is a queue of 7 people and this isn’t just a one off. It’s every time I’ve come in here. Such a terrible bank.

@santanderuk Just spent 20 mins on the phone to your NON answering call centre, all lines are busy, any reason why you font have sufficent staff to answer the phones, seems to be a things lately with banks, abysmall service.

@santanderuk you close at 3pm on a weekday, not opened on a Saturday and then of top of that we can't use the ATM. I'm starting to lose my ****. So what happens now, you tell me?

I doubt I will see any back because when I left this morning the owner said it would be too difficult for him to send it back and it had caused him a lot of problems. He still hasn’t got notification of the ZAR10k…+/-£500 Thanks @santanderuk for being so utterly useless

@santanderuk are your call centre’s working from home , ive rang afew times now and 1 they dont listen to why ive rang and 2 i was on for over 15 mins on hold . Seems to me people need to get back into offices or have cameras on to see people are actually working

I just can’t understand who thinks those awful @santanderuk ads are a good idea. Making jokes about people borrowing money or being scammed …????? How is any of that funny ???
