I was on the phone this mooring {25-04-2022} from 11.30 0r 11.40 to 2.17+++ pm for a transaction. The first customer service front line failed to connect me to fraud office.

After that failure, I had to go trough the whole agonizing process. 3rd customer service front line was exception, she valued my time, she had a pleasant attitude and very helpful.
