@santanderuk have been trying to buy premium bonds with my MasterCard debit but my card keeps being declined. Why might this be ? I’ve tried calling but the cue time is hours long. I’ve tried twice with different amounts and had no luck . Please help

@Jewelisgold @HalifaxBank @santanderuk I know you dont like going out but if you can get on a train to the hospital for an xray it would help. It is not I dont like to go out I am sick of being indoors 6 years of the same 4 walls. I have a panic attack as soon as i step off the driveway 😡 I am sick of assumptions

@santanderukhelp Although I've been told it is under review and unable to accept or send money, my wage has entered the account but I am not allowed to access it? This is simply no good enough, no access to my own money and given no reason why this is the case. Awful customer service @santanderuk
