  @santanderuk @TSB Letting elderly customers down badly..My dad's local branch was shut down so I drove 10miles to the next so he could withdraw cash while waiting for a new card. Shut for refurb!.Only that I was able to give him cash myself to tide him over he would be stuck 😡

  @santanderuk - why ask me to call your fraud line and block my account when you don’t have enough operators available to take my call. I have tried twice and been on hold for 15 minutes each time.

  I was told yesterday that it takes upto three working days for someone to get back to you from @santanderuk regards a complaint on my account caused by a member of staff making a mistake. What great service

  @santanderuk I have to verify my identity to get back into the app but the scanning ofy passport is terrible. Just won't work. Why have you made it so hard? Surely my email and phone number should be enough to verify myself?

  @santanderuk thanks for hanging up on me TWICE while I'm trying to submit a complaint about your customer service. What has this world come to where I have to wait 20 minutes just to talk to someone and they immediately hang up on you!
