    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk I am really frustrated. I tried to make an appointment to meet someone for help in my branch. It said the appointment would be on the phone. No information. No call. No number to ring. No email. No help. No-one available on online chat.

    @santanderuk I've been waiting on the phone for more than 40 mins. The assistant told me my account is going to be closed down if I don't talk to the relevant team. I asked if the team could call me when they're free, rather than me waiting for ages. Got a rude no... 1/2

    @Mike_FT @santanderuk tell them to go to Southport Ormskirk or Chester branches where vulnerable people exempt according to govt rules can be guaranteed to be abused by rude aggressive staff provided: they are white they look inoffensive are not likely to bite back don't ask @santanderukhelp for help

    @santanderuk such a shame to hear that #shawlands branch in Glasgow is closing soon. Was in branch this morning and service is always tremendous (thanks to heather this morning for getting card back to me 👍)
