I've had 4-5 bank accounts fraudulently opened in my name in last couple of years. Getting it sorted is like pulling teeth, and banks act as if it's not their problem. It's even happened twice at @santanderuk. And trying to report to police via @actionfrauduk is painful.

Customer service, we have had for the past year has been appalling. Requested new online banking details and kept getting told you should receive them in 10 days. 6 Months gone by. Then decided to close our ac 2 wks ago and have not received anything. @santanderuk

@santanderuk been on hold for over an hour, it cut to a ringing tone but no answer. Tried again same thing happened. Card/pin not working and no help whatsoever
