    @santanderuk why do you have Enact conveyancing ltd on your panel???! The most awful customer service award goes to them. I’m yet to complete on my remortgage with @bancosantander @santanderuk. Delayed in this process is now costing me money and time! Who will compensate?

    @santanderuk If you take customer security as seriously as you say, we should be able to reach you quickly by phone. I tried all last night and all this morning and you have disabled my card without discussion.

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp Get this for customer service. Range 1pm re Fraud Case on hold for 1 hour. Range different number then whilst query some details the agent hung up (on a Fraud case!). Then got through to someone helpful but had to pass me to another department. ...1

    @santanderuk Absolute garbage cashback. With all my household bills and interest on my savings, I walk away with less than £2 a month after the account fee. That's why I'm switching.

    @santanderuk 2nd time in a matter of weeks we've had the misfortune of dealing with you with awful service both times. Your staff were turning customers away at the door last time. Glad we've now shut my son's account, @HalifaxBank couldn't have been more helpful to my wife.
