@santanderukhelp @santanderuk Can you help? The bank has refused to process my pensioner sister’s claim as they say it’s too late since original transaction. Hotel booked for wedding in Mar 21, this moved to Dec 21 due to lockdown. My sister then tested +Covid & couldn’t attend

Well, thanks to @santanderuk, that's 80mins of my life I won't get back. 52mins on hold😫 (seriously, you cannot continue to blame #covid, something we've now lived with for 2 years!) Then 20 mins to diagnose the card problem. Think you need to up your game a little? #Banking

@santanderuk How about spending some of those profits onmore customer service reps on the phone?? As usual, I'm at 35 minutes and counting on hold. Been like this for months.. You're sticking 2 fingers up at your customers. Hopeless!

@santanderuk really disappointing service here, 3 times on the phone, listen to all the announcements for 2 minutes on how busy you are, then security checks to then be cut off. No I can't do what I need on your App or Web chat either.....

@santanderuk I have been waiting since Friday for your complaints team to come back to me or should I say "investigate" Santander deleting and/or selectively not paying DD's AGAIN. 6th time I believe?! Not good enough. Your contact centre can't help. Please contact me ASAP!
