    @santanderuk hi, Inhave been on the phone for 29 minutes listening to music and you have just cut me off. I am trying to sort out an account for a 95 year old man. Are you being deliberately unhelpful or is this your normal customer service?

    @David90shaw This is already happening if you use mobile banking apps, with the threat of restricted access to said app if you don't comply and upload photo id, thus forcing you into branches that are closing on a daily basis @santanderuk the latest do this.

    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk I went to Santander high street branch and the customer service person said the only proof of ID accepted is passport or driving licence. Santander is excluding a section of community who do not fly and do not drive. Many pensioners & neurodiversed!

    @uniiqverse @santanderuk Don’t move to nationwide , worst customer service ever , messed my move dates up , just horrible people to deal with if you can get past the bot
