    Never seen anything quite as rubbish as the Santander mobile banking app chat . They tell you how you can close your account on there but when you go on there they make it impossible to get past the first 2 questions. I want to close my credit card account @santanderuk HELP

    @santanderuk can’t get through on the phone to complain. Not driving miles to my nearest branch and you provide no facility to complain on line. Poor customer service

    @santanderuk my son has been waiting for his railcard for 3 weeks, still no sign of it! Great service for students, we also had to chase for a missing letter, after 2 weeks and several calls later, they gave him the ID on the phone, not a great start!
