    @santanderuk In today’s world of server virtualisation and network simulations, fall over redundancy etc this doesn’t happen IF you fund your IT department correctly. This should never happen. Smells like cost cutting

    @studant47 @santanderuk @santanderukhelp It isn’t routine maintenance - that was last night and they don’t do it all day on a Saturday shutting their entire system. I’m not sure why they added that message. I can access the app and my balance is there thankfully. But the money I’ve transferred today is missing.

    Can anybody recommend a bank you are happy with that has a good online banking app? I’ve been with @santanderuk 18 years. When I needed a mortgage they couldn’t help me. When I needed to balance transfer a credit card balance, couldn’t help me. No more loyalty from me!

    @santanderuk The app is working for me now but I’ve just sent money to my account with NatWest and it’s not showing in either account?! 😬

    @BeccaJ5216 @lisabrackers @santanderuk While this is totally unacceptable from Santander, it’s also foolish not to have many cards as all these providers regularly have issues

    @MrPostman90 @santanderuk Same with @HSBC mate. Held accounts for 20+ years including past mortgages and stocks and shares. Yet won't help with a Buy to Let mortgage. Customer loyalty means zilch.
