    @santanderuk morning. I’ve found one of your customers debit cards whilst on my dog walk. It seems nigh on impossible to speak to someone via your customer service number. What should I do?

    @santanderuk they will block your card for even £10 then need to call to the bank to verify and waste your 30 mins to confirm security check . I tried different bank Barclays which is quick . If you open account with Santander they will cause you inconvenience a lot

    @santanderuk fed up with this bank and decided to close account , they will block your account for transaction, they done 9 times in one year and you need to call to bank again and again . Worst bank service ever

    @santanderuk your customer service is appalling. I demand you telephone me. Why should I spend half my day on hold because you're all WFH because of Covid when I'm working in a hospital!! No email address anywhere on your website either so I can't complain.
