Santander Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Beastier1 Richard Peters (@Beastier1) reported

@santanderuk Do you have a complaints process that can be resolved quicker than your advised 6-8 weeks? I have a critical & time sensitive issue requiring immediate resolution as a result of advice previously provided by yourselves and seems you have no flexibility to help

  • HinaGP Hina Gaglani-Patel (@HinaGP) reported

@santanderuk …how are you able to lose someone’s money, and then not action the support you are offering whilst you try and find it, almost 3 weeks on? Hours and hours, and even more hours spent on the phone to yourselves. No resolution. It’s our money. Please just give it back

  • RWarren1966 RoyWarren1966 (@RWarren1966) reported

@santanderuk Get your customer service telephone lines sorted out instead of wasting money on pathetic unprofessional TV adverts with two overgrown schoolboys.

  • Louplatt2 Louisa (@Louplatt2) reported

To add insult to injury I’ve attempted to call again this morning - several times - and they just continue to put the phone down and cut me off #ridiculous #santander #poorcustomerservice @santanderuk @santanderukhelp @MartinSLewis

  • bigredgaymer Big Red (@bigredgaymer) reported

@santanderuk Hi. Did you know you have phone numbers for customer contact built into the app and on your website that say they don’t exist when you call them?

  • VMildew Victoria Mildew (@VMildew) reported

@santanderuk apparently the block on my account has been removed but then they said that yesterday. Please convey to your mysterious “back office team” that I will be moving to another bank as soon as I can. I would hate to take them by surprise and end up destitute - again.

  • kewcumb3r Emma 🐾 (@kewcumb3r) reported

@santanderuk hi I have locked myself out of online banking but need to make a transfer to someone I have already set up - can I call telephone banking to do this even though I’ve requested new log in details for my online?

  • VMildew Victoria Mildew (@VMildew) reported

@santanderuk what the hell is a back office team and why can’t they be contacted by phone? Also who are you to decide whether or not I can access my money?

  • DuckworthMcNal1 Forest (@DuckworthMcNal1) reported
