    @MartinSLewis The auto messages are like a maze to get to speak to a human, options after options which more often than not end up with a message to look for the answer on the website @santanderuk @santanderukhelp are the worst it’s nigh on impossible to speak to anyone

    This is the exact reason why I put my main job's pay onto my @santanderuk and my side jobs pay onto my @Nationwide because this isn't the 1st or 2nd time I or millions are experiencing this same issue with Nationwide. Absolute joke. Sort it out !!! #Nationwide #NationwideDown
