    @santanderuk hi there , I’m trying to register for online banking with my recently opened account , but I don’t have a 5 digit Registration code ?When I try to reset my log in details it is not recognising my phone number that I used when I opened the account. Help please!

    So my cards been blocked due to an attempted suspicious transaction that I reported. Which is fine if it wasn't for the fact I been waiting in a queue on the phone to @santanderuk for over an hour to get my card working again. Is there an online way to sort this?

    @santanderuk what is going on ? i can not ring u it tells me to do it online yet u blocked my online account last night to protect my account n ur chat bot don't understand that i need to talk to someone. n can not help me on line so what am i suppose to do ? i need to get on.

    @santanderuk need to be spending less on Ant and bloody Dec and sorting out their completely useless customer service and fraud team Just wasted 2.5 hours of my life trying to get through to them. Easier to bin my card off by letter to the CEO than to get my card unblocked. #done

    @santanderuk why do you issue a debit card for a newly opened student account with an expiry date of 14 months time? Most Uni students enrol on a course for at least 3 years?

    I set up an account from my son when he was born with Alliance and Leicester (Now part of @santanderuk) He starts at University this weekend but @Santander say they have no record of the account despite us having the paperwork. Hmm I can’t help feel I’ve been cheated.

    Santander customer service is 💩. Today @santanderuk calls me with recording of urgent need to contact, press any key. Calls from 0808 280 0767. Makes you hold for 28 minutes and than say sorry. No one available to answer. Calls is repeated after an hour. 4Xtoday 120minutes lost

    @santanderuk Neither the website nor my app will allow me to pay my credit card bill. Website sends to app then app sends back to website. I've been holding to speak to somebody for 27 minutes so far. Not good enough @santanderuk
