    Fun fact @santanderuk can flag a €payment in milliseconds but apparently needs a full working day to unflag it. Efficiency clearly only runs one direction when you pay for banking services

    @santanderuk Absolutely shocking customer service. I should not have to be chasing my own money, endless calls, emails and last resort is reaching out here. All I keep being told is to constantly email, and I never get a reply. It’s been 2 weeks and being given the run around

    Why is it so difficult to get past automated bank systems? I want to make a payment which is outside the parameters of the app, but getting out of the doom loop of “did you know you can do this on the app” is almost impossible. Thanks (not) @santanderuk .

    I'm being asked to provide ID via driving licence or passport and a face scan to GET INTO MY EXISTING BANK ACCOUNT. And I have three days to do it or my access to my own money could be restricted. Anyone else? Why? @santanderuk

    The Santander facility for paying in a cheque is terrible. When I use Halifax, it works first time. Sort it out, @santanderuk.

    @sharrond62 I just had to tussle with @santanderuk when my 74 year cousin had huge problems downloading their app. After hours and hours of trying and battling AI for him, he was told to go to branch (50mile roundtrip)😬eventually got £200 compensation but I still had to take him 🤬🤬🤬

    @santanderuk so almost week 3 of trying to get my issue resolved, phone calls, messaging, emails still nothing ! A complaint was raised by one of your colleagues last week and now I have a wall of silence? Somebody please respond ?
