    @Better_UK @santanderuk I have suspended my gym membership however @Better_UK have continued to take money via direct debit I have been to leisure centre who can’t help me and the better help line is no use - can I cancel my direct debit?

    Just wondering after 40, 45, 25, and 40 minutes waiting .... has anyone, ever, got through to @santanderuk? With the threat of restricted access to account because they need more info, it seems a bit risible.

    @santanderuk such a shame to hear that #shawlands branch in Glasgow is closing soon. Was in branch this morning and service is always tremendous (thanks to heather this morning for getting card back to me 👍)

    Wow @santanderuk first impressions are really not impressive for my 13 year old looking to start his current account banking journey.Rejecting his ID when we've followed the advice of your advisors & the email saying so quoting different ID to that provided. Poor service already

    @santanderuk I've been waiting on the phone for more than 40 mins. The assistant told me my account is going to be closed down if I don't talk to the relevant team. I asked if the team could call me when they're free, rather than me waiting for ages. Got a rude no... 1/2

    @Mike_FT @santanderuk tell them to go to Southport Ormskirk or Chester branches where vulnerable people exempt according to govt rules can be guaranteed to be abused by rude aggressive staff provided: they are white they look inoffensive are not likely to bite back don't ask @santanderukhelp for help
