@santanderuk how can you even be contacted...i.e. a human not a robot. I need to talk to someone. Branch rude and truculent. Issue dragging on for 6 months with lots of lies and bad advice from your end.

Trying to open a new bank account with @santanderuk but there is a problem with documents. We chat can’t help. Not possible to speak to someone on the phone. Very poor service. I will take my custom elsewhere.

Question for @santanderuk - do you only offer an online service now? You don't seem to have a phone number on your website and your chat function says it doesn't understand my question, which I put succinctly and clearly. It then directed me to manage my account online.

These absolute scumbags have stolen my money and refuse to give any info after nearly 2 months!! Left me with no money over Christmas and new year and just refuse to do anything to help when I call 😤😤😞 @santanderuk @santanderukhelp
