@santanderuk on hold to you for ages and then when you finally answer you breach GDPR on another customer! Then when you realised you got the wrong customer you just hung up on me!! Wow. Would appreciate a call back please. Thank you.

@santanderuk Im moving my mortgage. You're no help. I'm waiting on the phone for 30mins. I cannot log online to get any info as i dont have a bank account with you. Useless.

@santanderukhelp @santanderuk Can anyone at Santander tell me how they think a regular 40 minute telephone holding time is acceptable to customers who have to take time out of a working day to rectify their bank’s mistakes?

@santanderuk been trying to get hold of someone who deals with mortgages for ages now 4 calls each time held on for over 30mins! Any other numbers I can try even been in a branch & they couldn’t help me. Terrible service 😡
