    Still waiting for @santanderuk to help me with a couple of simple questions I sent them 5days ago. Live chat asks you to leave your questions but never reply Wasted many lunch breaks on hold. They still view me as a nuisance for having the audacity not to know everything

    @wideawake_media I had issues with Royal Bank of Scotland so I moved my account. Banks are generally crap. Obviously @santanderuk are a sh!t bank with poor customer services

    Good morning to everyone except @santanderuk who blocks disabled peoples bank for over 6 days with 0 help or escalation for a tax rebate. You’re disgusting, a disgrace and shouldn’t even be allowed to operate as a business. WHOS BANK ARE YOUR PROTECTING?! Cause it ain’t mine!!!

    @Emilia__writes @DefiantLs You don't need to give any explanation for withdrawing £2.500: it's actually the maximum before anti-money laundering checks have to be made. So this is incredibly bad customer service on their end - mental. @Santanderuk - I have an account with you guys: please clarify this.

    @LDNNI2024 @santanderuk @TSB I’ve made 2 complaints. No ref numbers for either of them and coming up for a month of no access to by online banking. They are a **** show

    @santanderuk is it possible for you to permanently block all online/card not present transactions for a debit card if a customer requests it?
