@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk So, a full day before you block a stolen SIM card?

  • ians_robots Sir Lord Pritchard (@ians_robots) reported

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk So sorry to hear your situation I've had a card stolen and they managed to get the PIN somehow. It was definitely NOT written down. My guess is they have machines where they can get the info off the card. Fortunately there was CCTV everywhere the f*ckwit used the card.

@EwanToo @santanderuk Sounds like @santanderuk seriously sucks here. Banks have a fund for this type of thing. It's essential for banks to maintain trust in the electronic payment ecosystem or their whole model falls down & to do this thefts like this need to be quickly refunded with minimum publicity

@MorganBroadcast The sad thing is it shouldn’t take a Twitter storm for @santanderuk to do the right thing. Not everyone is tech literate. They should have done the right thing straightaway for you and for all customers who face this issue. It makes me angry and nervous as another customer.

@MorganBroadcast How absolutely awful! Do not give up your fight with @santanderuk and hopefully the gym have to take some responsibility!! Absolutely disgusting 😡

@DrLindaDykes @santanderuk Makes me grateful I rarely carry Cards on me... it's awful isn't it!

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk @VirginActiveUK How awful, hope you’re OK and that Virgin take some responsibility asap

  • WestieSpurs Westie (@WestieSpurs) reported

@MorganBroadcast I have palpitations just reading this. It’s so awful. I bank with @santanderuk too, and would hope they would back their customer through your general banking transactions. Calling a mobile you have reported as stolen along with your cards is just beyond dumb. Hope it gets sorted

  • saaalliso Stephanie (@saaalliso) reported

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk you should be ******* ashamed of yourselves for putting the blame of this criminality on the VICTIM and for, when you are more than capable of helping, have done absolutely nothing other than show you don't actually care jack **** about your loyal customers 🖕

@MorganBroadcast That sounds terrible I won’t be using @santanderuk in the future. My building society blocked my card when I tried to buy £250 of crypto once, I hope they would do the same if larger amounts of money were spent at any high street shop
