    @XMadBabydoll @davidhillfm @santanderuk It does annoy me when people are so snarky, I went on to see if a customer's payment had gone in, my nearest branch closed some years ago, not even sure where the nearest one is now.

    @Saurabh_Sethi25 @santanderuk Turn WiFi off, seems to be an issue with internet providers. I turned off WiFi and connected Mac via phone and both webs and app based worked. Good jobs really as I had 30 lads awaiting wages

    @KayHackett3 @santanderukhelp Honestly ive never had 1 issue with barclays not 1 issue at all now my wife on the other hand @santanderuk are absolutely useless no 24hr number no access to her bank account shell be moving to barclays after this has been sorted

    Now been holding over 30 minutes to speak to someone @santanderuk customer services but they are all busy. Perhaps time to improve their service or hire more staff.

    @santanderuk online banking down. Update please. Down detector has 800 reports, all over local newspapers but your website says everything is fine.
