@Grassmonster3 @VirginActiveUK @santanderuk Terrible to think that virginactivrUK gyms have not vetted their workers even when clearly it was not an opportunist but someone with access to lockers. In my opinion the whole thing was an inside job.

  • nickiwomble Nicola Pettitt 🇪🇺🇺🇦 (@nickiwomble) reported

@MorganBroadcast I can’t help but I send a virtual hug and implore @santanderuk to do the right thing.

  • Lolisa46 Lisa Hignett (@Lolisa46) reported

I demand as a long standing customer that #Santander remove View Pin from the app. Just saw it and too scared to look at my own pin in case I’m hacked! @santanderuk

  • Argyll68 Seánybhoy 😷 (@Argyll68) reported

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk are a terrible bank. They allowed Crawley Council to take 2 £600 payments for council tax despite never having lived there. The name on the Council tax was a female yet they still allowed it to happen. I had to fight them for the money back. @firstdirect 4 me now👍🏻

  • Micronet1401 Mike. 🇬🇧🇺🇦 (@Micronet1401) reported

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk How did they access your phone assuming it would have been PIN or fingerprint locked ???

  • tickton1969 Donna (@tickton1969) reported from Royston, England

@MorganBroadcast I have no advice to give here, just wanted to say how sorry I am that this has happened to you. And as a long time customer of @santanderuk am utterly appalled at their actions. I hope this works out for you x

  • The_H_Machine The H Machine (@The_H_Machine) reported

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk If they had access to your Santander App, then they can view the card.

  • k_j_hall kate (@k_j_hall) reported

@MorganBroadcast @santanderuk @VirginActiveUK Wow this is horrific. In a cost of living crisis I would have thought that companies would do more to help their customers. I do hope that you are OK and you will be able to cope. Shame on them for their refusal to assist.

@PeterDbrash @MorganBroadcast Ooof! Also - you've got Santander trending on Twitter in the US and I'm sure UK so I'm guessing they will pay attention... @santanderuk you'd better fix this... all of it. This looks really bad for you.

  • BeccaH88 Becca (@BeccaH88) reported

@MorganBroadcast So awful that no one is helping you! @santanderuk as a customer this makes me very concerned about whether I can rely on you to keep my money safe - should I close my 123 account or are you going to help?
