so, @santanderuk, even though "you're sorry to keep me waiting" every fifteen seconds, I've been holding on for over 35 (thiry-five!) minutes, and counting. Hmmm. Not sorry enough to employ more staff to help customers? I'm only glad you don't tell me "you're important to us"

@santanderuk Does Mike Regnier think it's ok to block someone's online banking solely for making a payment, and then require waiting in a 70 minute call queue to even discuss fixing it?

@santanderuk any known issues? I used my card fine a few hours ago and now Amazon saying there’s an issue with my bank and they can’t fulfil my order. I’ve checked my account and all@is as it should be.

@3dogsallright @santanderuk I’ve thought banks generally are so bad for a long time. You’re literally an unpaid worker now for these businesses! They don’t care how much time you waste doing the leg work. Been a long time since I came across any good customer service! The pits.

@santanderukhelp Credit card in security checks. AGAIN. Second time in a 6 days! Honestly, the WORST service I have ever encountered. Yet again without my card until your security decide to allow me to use it. Appalling @santanderuk

So @santanderuk’s mobile website sucks as every time you switch to something else it requires you to login, including going to get the confirmation number they just sent you in a text, unfortunately when you log back in it then resets your session so you can’t complete any action
