    @kevinsamuel Thanks Kevin. It’s not so much financial problems as service problems. I have never had such bad customer service as @santanderuk over last two weeks. And I’ve dealt dozens of banks.

    @santanderuk I have provided those documents and my account is still restricted. I need money to pay for essentials for my baby. You are absolutely the worst and most unhelpful group of people I have ever dealt with. Imagine blocking a father access to his money to buy things for his child!

    @Chase @santanderuk @AskNationwide Imagine putting all banking transactions down at the same time to do maintenance so that we get stranded can’t get food can’t get uber home all because you all decide to go down at the same time. Oh wait you did… Well in banks

    Key stats from @santanderuk's Q1 2023 results: Mortgage applications down 37% as it expects house prices to fall back to 2021 levels. Meanwhile customer deposits fell by £5.1bn and while savers have "low average balances", it revealed 16% are NOT covered by the @FSCS scheme

    @AskVirginMoney It didn't. I rang the number, it said to fill in the form online and to wait 30 days. Why are you so terrible with service? @NatWestGroup @santanderuk want a new customer?

    @bancosantander @santanderukhelp @santanderuk Opened a Spanish account online non residential. And clearly stated British and passport etc All emails have been sent to me in Spanish. So I have no idea as I'm not ticking boxes that are in Spanish Awful customer service!

    @santanderuk bank with them if you want your health to suffer. People have missed treatments can’t get medication, cause this company can’t do their job. SHUT THEM DOWN.

    I NEED HELP. @santanderuk has completely locked me out of my bank account and is telling me I need to go back to England to show my ID or get a power of attorney. I need to apply for my lease but I don't have access to my online banking to get a bank statement.

    @santanderuk customer comes first so it’s always right not at this company. They’ll just take your money and block your bank and do nothing about it for a week so if you’re thinking about opening the account for convenience, please don’t because all it’s gonna do is cause agro

    @sailingbikeruk @santanderuk Ofc, KYC = 'Know Your Client' - its a form of checks that that those handling funds (banks, exchanges, legal sector, estate agents etc) are supposed to undertake in order to provide the service legitimately. Most commonly to prove identity, but also to provide legitimacy of funds
