Come on @santanderuk ! Treat your customers fairly by not making us wait for over an hour on the phone, cutting us off, having no call-back service, then making it impossible to book an appointment in a branch! #badcustomerservice

Getting increasingly frustrated with @santanderuk - unable perform transactions online and no chat or phone customer service agents available, nor can they help me in branch. A global financial institution should have ways of actually performing financial transactions!

@robert32500998 @santanderuk Someone else posted about similar problems the other day. Maybe you should transfer the whole lot to another bank. Who do these people think they are? It's your money
