Her closest branch is 10miles away! She has been waiting for her card for 10 “working days” two wks in the real world! No card, no local bank?

No attempt whatsoever to inform me what was happening with my account. No attempt to confirm Receipt of the emails telling my wife that my account would be blocked for no reason.

Tyler (@Empty_With_You) reported@santanderuk This is more than frustration. I had ONE text asking me to confirm my details were correct, I went on the app, my details are correct, there was NOTHING to confirm & NO warning that you’d block my account & prevent me from getting MY money.

Tyler (@Empty_With_You) reported@santanderuk It’s not even the lack of advanced notice (which is horrific) it’s the fact that I’ve apparently not had access to my money since 18th yet nothing has been said to me, nor does the app reflect this. I’ve called the number & that hasn’t helped. I’m switching my bank.
