    @santanderuk have been trying to buy premium bonds with my MasterCard debit but my card keeps being declined. Why might this be ? I’ve tried calling but the cue time is hours long. I’ve tried twice with different amounts and had no luck . Please help

    Been on hold with @santanderuk for over 40 mins now. Have to endure this **** every single month, absolute rubbish service to be fair.

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp 2 branch visits and 5 customer care calls later, I'm still being taken round in circles about an application made 4 weeks ago. Nobody wants to advise on exactly what the issue is with an account opening application.
