    Spoke to @santanderuk yesterday, having an issue with my banking. Couple of depts later got to the correct one. Said they would call back later on today(yesterday) with an answer to my complaint about misinformation or no comms. 24hrs later still no sign of them. #nosurprisethere

    So @santanderuk chat service can’t get in contact with any branch. At all apparently. To solve my issue all I need is that branch to call me. I can’t get there during opening times and they have no contact number. Mind you they could have called like they said they would

    @santanderuk i need to close an ISA extinct account that has been empty for years but you keep insisting on sending out paperwork for.. Seems impossible to do online.
