    @smallholdingsis @santanderuk I had issues with the app. However it seems to be customers mainly using sky broadband. I turned my WiFi connection off and just used mobile data and connected to the app fine

    @santanderuk i have been trying since Thursday 10pm to get on to my online banking and it’s not working. Do you know when it will be up and running please.

    Now been holding over 30 minutes to speak to someone @santanderuk customer services but they are all busy. Perhaps time to improve their service or hire more staff.

    @santanderuk online banking down. Update please. Down detector has 800 reports, all over local newspapers but your website says everything is fine.
