@santanderuk can't believe how difficult you make it to open an account for my 13 year old son. All he wants is somewhere to keep his savings and it's practically impossible to get help. One of your staff insisted he needs to ring. He's 13! I'm lucky he talks to me on the phone!

@santanderuk @santanderuk got to love Santander Bank..call to make sure a payment online can be made...yeap no problem, make payment....account gets locked...fraud team dont answer...get told to log on to account that is locked. vicious circle of inept security

So very disappointed by slow to no resolution from @santanderuk pushing all the blame onto @DVLAgovuk because the bank doesn’t want to own up to its security breach responsibility 😡 #badcustomerservice #worstexperience
