@santanderuk @santanderukhelp Been on hold for over 2hrs. Get through and give my account number only for the call to cut out. Lucky enough for this to happen to me on Saturday too after being on hold for over an hr then. Received no call back on either occasion. Terrible service

@santanderuk have lost a much needed cheque and after 3 (very long) held calls we are none the wiser. No-one able to help us do something! And no handler knows what to do. Zero customer service. Zero.

@santanderukhelp I rang the telephone number that @santanderuk asked me to call when the block was put on the app and online banking. After an hour today the call was finally answered and the matter resolved quickly.

@santanderuk you won’t allow me to change my address online as your system is so out of date and my postcode doesn’t exist (exists on every online retailer site though) You want me to visit a branch but you closed all the local ones. Any suggestions?
