    @santanderuk Shocking customer service experience 1 hr waiting on the phone to get someone working from home that couldn't be bothered to sort my problems pug me back on hold and I had to hang up. Shameful from this bank. Get them lazy employees back into the office.

    @santanderuk I have dialled you and placed on hold for over 1 hour now. No email address. Webpage not user friendly. No other form contact. Very poor customer experience indeed.

    @santanderuk It took hours of waiting on the phone & frustration at being cut off (multiple times) but finally we got the problem with our credit card sorted. Thanks go to the staff member in the Northwich branch who went the extra mile to help.

    @santanderuk @MartinSLewis Just so everyone knows that when you are paid by cheque that it takes 10 working days to even get to your account before it’s cleared next working day. Something Santander forgot to mention if you pay in at a Post Office. Frustrating!

    .@MastercardUK please help! My new @santanderuk bank card was used fraudulently before I even had access to the card details. They are blaming yourselves for allowing the payments to go through, please can you advise
