    @santanderuk Hi, the waiting times are ridiculous. I’ve been on the line for over an hour with no response. I need urgent help. The bot says I need to call and I CANNOT LOG IN thus why I need phone assistance.

    @santanderuk I can't check out my @Tesco order, as it is saying the bank can't "validate my card" .. never had any problems, and plenty of funds - is this tied to to ongoing problems?

    @santanderuk A key payment I made yesterday hasn't gone through yet, and I will incur charges if that is not paid today. Will Santander reimburse me if you haven't fixed the card issues by then?

    @santanderuk The issue is still there it isn’t working for me, can’t make online payments nor do I have the correct bank balance showing up in the App
