    @santanderuk so having put me in severe difficulties with paying stuff late etc now the app isnt working and I can't use mobile banking! Useless!!!!

    @santanderuk @santanderuk The Santander app is down, yet again, honestly I’m not sure why anyone should bother with them, they can’t even communicate with customers. This is very poor and definitely makes me want to change my bank.

    @santanderuk How long did it take you to even acknowledge this. You need to tell people anticipated resolution timescales. Standard customer support & tbh, common decency!

    Hmm, closing branches, shonky IT maintenance... I may need to rethink who I bank with @santanderuk. Very frustrating customer experience. In the meantime, I would be grateful if online banking was fixed asap, Saturday am is the only time I get to catch up with admin.
