    @SamManuel12 @santanderukhelp @santanderuk Just maybe because the system is down they can't access everyone's email or text details and social media is the quickest option. I've been a customer for 20+ years and this is first problem #justsaying

    @santanderuk Card declined, banking online = technical issues! Phoneslines cutting you off after keeping you on loop! Apple Pay down! No information since 14:55 not good customer care @santander 🤨
