    @santanderuk We're going round in circles & with 6 hours on hold and 2 visits to a branch to get some help with my son opening a student account; still not resolved. Pls can you explain why nowhere in the process are the UCAS bank codes asked for & how to get straightforward help

    @santanderuk hi paid £175 to an emercency plumber on friday morning, he said he d be here in 1 hour then changed it to 5 hours.can you get the refund or do i have to go down different route?

    @santanderuk I’ve had your Mastercard debit card for over a year and Apple Pay still not accepting it. Tried registering the card countless times and been through your customer service… what’s the problem with Mastercard and Apple????
