    @santanderuk why are you closing so many branches without at least leaving us with a #link ATM to access information or accounts? Then you suggest going to the post office which is a longer process and don't give you all the features. I really feel for the elderly! #inconsiderate

    @gracierosechid1 @santanderuk Disgusting!!! Did you get it back!? I've had 4 accounts WIPED! funny thing is @santanderuk allowed the scammer to do around 80 transactions!! And didn't even flag it!!? Awful!!!

    @santanderuk I'm a Santander 123 customer – what's happening? The rate on the 123 current account dropped from 0.6% to 0.3% for new and existing customers from 12 April. Time to change banks me thinks.
