@santanderuk Hello. Your online banking sign up page is not working. Tells me all fields marked '*' must be completed, and they are. Various browsers across desktop and mobile tried. You'd think an automated smoke test pack would pick this up. Not a great new user experience.

I have been kept waiting for 40 minutes by @santanderuk's call centre. Such delays are caused by underinvestment in the service. The solution is to employ more call handlers, If they can't recruit enough here they can go abroad,

@santanderuk credit cards are an absolute disgrace. Overseas and card blocked - no one answering on customer services. Spent 45 mins on hold and the line went dead… terrible service

Went to @NatWest_Help bank-teller, not working, went to @HSBC, bank-teller not working, went to @santanderuk, bank-teller only lets me draw £20 at a time. 🤔 what is going on? #SmellsFishy
