    Appalling service from @santanderuk Wigston. told to wait for cust servs. Waited 40+mins. A lady who has literally walked in got sorted. When we advised the man of this he basically said ‘no one told me’ & to wait & carried on with lady who just walked in! #awfulservice

    @santanderuk disgusting customer services with regards to car insurance. New car delayed and no option to suspend the policy until it arrives, yet £50 charge to cancel, when not what we wanted to do!

    Thank you very much @santanderukhelp @santanderuk twice cutting me off when I'm waiting for over 30 minutes to speak to someone! Why are you the only bank so busy you must be the richest bank in the UK! It's a NIGHTMARE ever trying to get any customer help 😭😭😭 Time to switch

    Hi @santanderuk @santanderukhelp Still waiting after 45 mins for someone to discuss the mishandling of a complaint. It appears you’re all too shy to speak to me & a very junior customer service advisor is having no luck in encouraging someone senior to take the call. Oh dear.

    @santanderuk Great when you spend 3 hours trying to speak to someone. Called up numerous times, call has been ended/hung up. On 2 occasions i asked for the advisor to call me back should it happen again,nothing.Great when your online bankings blocked and cant access your money!

    @Jewelisgold @HalifaxBank @santanderuk I know you dont like going out but if you can get on a train to the hospital for an xray it would help. It is not I dont like to go out I am sick of being indoors 6 years of the same 4 walls. I have a panic attack as soon as i step off the driveway 😡 I am sick of assumptions
