If @santanderuk say they are helping in a cost of living crisis - they are lying. All they do is remove overdrafts with no notice (they will lie and say they have sent it) then condascend to you- go to a better bank, because these charlatans are terrible

Unable to access @santanderuk services online. Over an hour on the phone and no joy. Keep being told it's my web browser (yet it's about three web browsers on four different computers tried so far). Every other website used works fine - please can you help? #customerexperience

@santanderuk what’s going on with your annoying website? For weeks now when I use business banking it logs me off constantly. I log in then boots me off. My partner has same problem. What’s that about? It’s tax day for goodness sake.
