    @MorganBroadcast @santanderuk If they got into your banking app you can access the pin for your cards via the app. I just checked mine that way yesterday.

    @PeterDbrash @MorganBroadcast Charlotte, so sorry to hear what happened to you. I joined twitter to specifically to complain about Santander. I’ve had compensation in the past due to their terrible security but had no idea its this bad. @santanderuk you need to address this urgently. Meantime, app deleted😡

    @MorganBroadcast @NeilMackay78 @santanderuk TSB take fraud of their customers very seriously. They pay back 93% of all customer frauds. Most other high st banks are under 45%.
