@santanderuk I didn’t realise they had such a big problem. Having narrowly missed being scammed a few days ago it would have helped if it hadn’t taken over 16 hours to be able to report it. The Live Chat option online is useless.

Just when I was preparing to switch everything over to @chase_uk as my main bank there seem to be constant issues. I now may not be able to pay my rent due tomorrow as no outgoing payments possible. Luckily I still have my @santanderuk account to fall back on. Sort it out Chase!

@santanderuk walk into a branch today to see about a mortgage. Was told it’s only done online 😞 would prefer a sit down one to one. Times are changing
