@santanderuk How do i get to contact Mike regnier please , my sons complaint has been handled appallingly from a lost letter that was signed for and didn’t make it to fraud team to lack of communication via letter and then a letter arriving on the 4/8/ 22 dated 17/7 just terrible .

@santanderuk Was advised letter was sent did not receive one. Was asked for I’D and did not have this and unable to get home and back due to your short opening hours- no customer service

Jesus..just spoke to the most patronising bloke on @santanderuk customer service line. Idk if hes having a bad day or just thinks im stupid for not knowing something but christ..what ******** was his problem...

@santanderuk I have given my evidence to be photocopied several times as well as emailing it and yet it’s not on the system every time I phone to check the progress of this happening. You have let me down as a customer with 4 promises to get this done being left unfulfilled
