Alan (@metalheed) reported@santanderuk I have to verify my identity to get back into the app but the scanning ofy passport is terrible. Just won't work. Why have you made it so hard? Surely my email and phone number should be enough to verify myself?

Alan (@metalheed) reported@santanderuk Tried every day got 20 days and it still won't take a picture of my passport. At this point it's easier to just move to a new bank. It's shameful that your technology is so bad I can't access my own account

Unfortunately I will be pulling her out of this account, which is a shame as I’ve banked with yourselves for over 25yrs.
