    @sharrond62 I just had to tussle with @santanderuk when my 74 year cousin had huge problems downloading their app. After hours and hours of trying and battling AI for him, he was told to go to branch (50mile roundtrip)😬eventually got £200 compensation but I still had to take him 🤬🤬🤬

    @santanderuk message sent, but not holding out much hope as you have managed to ignore all recent emails ever since you offered compensation following your errors.

    Mum is regretting changing bank account to @santanderuk The app crashes every time she tries to verify her ID. The AI chat can't help. Over 50 mins on hold to speak to the call centre then they hung up 🤬 Of course the nearest branch only opens once a week when Mum is at work.

    @santanderuk I have tried phoning and have sent a few emails and still no response. Please please can someone give me a message. My account is locked and I need to be able to access it asap

    @chaosprimeZ @santanderuk I can imagine! Their customer service for me was non existant. On the other hand, although I havent suffered fraud since, Nationwides branch staff have virtually fell over themselves to help with other queries.

    My husband died. The administration is difficult at the best of times (and these are my worst of time) but @santanderuk has been superb and @HSBC_UK absolutely awful - they could learn so much from Santander.

    @santanderuk my wife who has been with you for years is getting notifications to update her details. We have tried on the unresponsive app to do this eventually ringing the 0330 number for help.. the guy was hopeless… 🎵time to say goodbye🎵perhaps
