    @santanderuk so from going into the store and you telling me that I can do everything I need over the phone, to organising a call, and for you to not actually call me. Which service does actually ******* work?

    @santanderuk your customer service is atrocious. My DD cancelled despite setting it up 4 times. When I try and complain your agent hangs up

    @santanderuk I’m at my wits end with your technical support desk. A transation was sent to the ‘back office’ 7days ago for a 48hour investigation. Since then I’ve travelled to a branch made lots of phone calls and I still am locked out of my accounts. #CustomerService #terrible

    Anyone else having a problem with @santanderuk? I can use my card for contractless no problem. But every online payment I've tried to make in the last 3 days has failed. I keep having to transfer money to another bank and pay from the other bank. Getting on my nerves now.
