If you try to buy something online, send money from savings to current account, answer questions and say you have not seen the item in person, they lock the account. Absolute pain trying to help relatives with this. It took ages

Contacted them and they apologised for THEIR mistake and said it would be in my bank within 3-5 working days… that was 17 days ago and still no refund.
