Ye Olde Bill (@YeOldeBill1) reportedJust seen an ad with Ant & Dec for @santanderuk saying they take scams seriously. They certainly don't! I had a series of emails, apparently from Santander, except I dont have an account with them. They make it impossible to contact anyone to report the scam.
