@santanderuk @santanderukhelp After 4 hours of rude, sarcastic and patronising service (or frankly, lack of) and being kept on hold, I was asked to hold EVEN LONGER at which point your COLLEAGUE HUNG UP ON ME. Have they called me back? No! 1/2

@santanderuk Disgusting treatment of my son by Santander. He is a customer and yet you have not helped him over a perfectly reasonable SAR and now he risks failing a security screening for his new job because you have not given him the info he needs! Shame on you!

@santanderuk you are causing me a lot of stress today. had a problem with app. called to fix. now the lady has accidentally locked me out of all online banking. now transferred me to complain and now on hold for 10 minutes after confirming security... 90 minutes in. hel

Great professional customer service this week @DirectLine & @LordsCricketGr1 👍 however can’t say the same of @santanderuk shockingly rude, in accurate & during office hours, THE COMPLAINT DEPARTMENT were not taking calls #Shocking #poorcustomerservice
