@TCymreig @santanderuk They really are awful aren't they. Adding to your stress at this time when they should be being as halpful as possible is not a good look for a bank. Come oh Santander get your act together and help this lovely lady sort this issue out.

@santanderuk I wouldn't switch to bank with you for £130,000. You are a horrible company to deal with as a customer. You are STILL sending post in my name to my sister's address 10 years after I stopped having anything to do with you.

Saga with Santander continues with no way to access my money. Now I've run out of credit on my credit card as unable to top up and an important purchase is stalled. No meaningful action over 24 hours. **** bank of the year @santanderuk

@bethanjenkins @MorganCymraes @santanderuk I honestly feel so terrible having to ask Liz again. She has been phenomenal throughout this since the day it began. Been on the phone holding from my friend’s phone who walked over middle of the night to help me make this call. Going on for over 4 hours so far!

@santanderuk as the contactless payment increases to £100 from Friday as a Santander customer do I have the facility to restrict my contactless payment or is it £100 per se? If it raises to £100 with no facility to restrict it will you instigate a way to allow customers to do it?
