    @santanderuk very disappointing experience today having transferred hubby to you, spent almost 2 hours on hold to speak to someone, admits your staff made an error then rather than deal as she said she would, she puts my call back into the queue. Second thoughts for the transfer

    @santanderuk tried to call as my credit card has gone 2 wrong address. Waited over 10 mins yesterday and 13 mins today before I gave up. I can't get online to tell you as I have no log in.

    @santanderuk Cannot access my accounts as your app fails to open. It hangs after I enter the passcode. Not impressed - you are a grown up bank, not a piggy bank
