    @santanderuk Can anyone recommend a bank that this doesn't happen to? I'm left hanging trying to verify a payment. My customers won't be happy if I can't get their parcels out to them in the morning. It's almost midnight and I'm still working because your app has crashed!!

    @santanderuk how about you stop paying Ant & Dec to do ****** adverts & put the money into sorting your online banking feature so we’re not always unable to access our money! #priorities

    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk I’m meant to of been payed today and I need to pay for my online food shop, I can’t access my account to see if my payment has gone through nor pay for anything????
