  @santanderuk @TSB Why AI is really dangerous for all it’s clients esp Banks is first AI companies will ask clients to fire their employees and then 5yrs down the line AI companies will ask Clients huge huge forcefully COST for Maintaining it as AI code is very complex !   @santanderuk @TSB I certainly won't be banking with Santander. Your customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I had an absolutely appalling experience with your organisation when my late wife died. Your CEO comes across as hopelessly out of touch!

  @Eamon_ @santanderuk @santanderukhelp Good luck happened to me santander no help at all , even went in branch had bailiffs sending letters account opened in London, im Leeds wouldn't listen good luck to u , affected credit rating was a nightmare

  @santanderuk every time I go through your tweets I am more disgusted because I see there is more things that you were doing that it’s just absolutely outrageous from cancer treatment to no disability access to people not being access their funds and not be able to get treatment

  @santanderuk thanks for hanging up on me TWICE while I'm trying to submit a complaint about your customer service. What has this world come to where I have to wait 20 minutes just to talk to someone and they immediately hang up on you!

  I have written "GBP Sterling Only" after the amount on every cheque I have ever written in the UK, and for the first time today, since first having a current account (Chequebook) aged 16 to now, I am 60, the @DVLAgovuk has rejected a cheque saying I have "it is competed incorrectly" stating that wording is not permitted and prevents them from accepting it as a valid form of payment. I have checked with @santanderuk and they said it is completely fine. In 44 years, it has not been an issue, and I think rather than the DVLA being so judgmental and making accusations that are false, they should be honest and say our preference is....
