@santanderuk You are the worst bank. My boyfriend’s card keeps getting duplicated (clearly an inside job!). You left him with no access to cash. You then gave him £200 compensation but have now taken it back! Sickening service.

@santanderuk really disappointed and surprised that you don't allow cheques to be paid in by app since so many UK banks now do. Do you have a date for when this service will be available? If not, I may need to move my bank account.

@santanderuk I’m waiting for an unarranged overdraft to come off my account (taken in error) spoke to CS this morning who said it would come off today. Money has just gone into this account and been taken will this go back in when the overdraft comes off? #ihateamazon.

@parkx19 @santanderuk I have two cards for two different Santander accounts and both were declined yesterday along with Apple Pay. Card machine said ‘referral a’ and me not shopkeeper had ever seen that. He tried his card as I said it must be his machine and it worked. Must be Santander issue

@santanderuk Worst bank ever! Haven’t been able to access my account or use any of my money for 2 days now. Absolutely unacceptable, I’ve won a bit of money from a legit company which could easily be proved through a simple Google or Facebook search! Treating your customers like criminals

@santanderuk been trying since 2.07 to talk to someone. It’s now 3.47, worst customer service ever
