    @hnjsamuels @santanderuk I can't deal with them on the phone until I create a "voice password" Tried 10 times and it didn't like my Scottish accent. Closed my account and moved on. **** em.

    @santanderuk I’ve been emailing customer relations and the ombudsman has been emailing the FOS inbox for the last 6 months for us both to be ignored! I would suggest somebody calls my wife tomorrow before she takes legal advice to go to small claims court
