    Absolutely sick of @santanderuk & their rude staff who pick and chose what policies they do and don’t want to follow, who’s staff on app actively block notifications when they’ve decided a “resolution” has been reached because they don’t want to deal with any errors they’ve made

    @santanderuk You have blocked me out of my account with no ability to access my money for 3 weeks. This is not just unacceptable, your actions have cost me substantial fines due to lack of access to my money. Is this how you treat all your customers, or just me?

    @santanderuk how on earth can my partner cancel his card when his phone was snatched out of his hands while using? He can't call you because lines aren't open yet and doesn't have access to the app/online banking because his phone was stolen!

    @santanderuk is there a problem with your website? I’m trying to use the website to do something and it keeps kicking me out while I’m using it on my phone. Tried using it on both Google Chrome & Safari.
