    I have just been advised by @santanderuk support that I can't use my Santander credit card for my weekly online Asda grocery shop, because I don't have the Santander app on my phone. I'm not sure that's correct.

    @UltraDane @santanderuk and all other banks who do this - you are a joke and should be fined millions. Its HIS money, **** all to do with you. I'd find a bank that does let you do what you want with your own money and ditch these parasites - even for worse benefits

    @santanderuk @TSB I HAVE NOW HAD TO SPEND ALMOST ยฃ100 OF MY MOTHERS MONEY, ON A NEW PHONE, JUST SO THAT WE CAN GET SIGNAL TO GET OUR SHOPPING. SHE HAS ALZHEIMERS AND WITHOUT THIS HAPPENING, WE WOULD NOT EAT. IM HER FULL TIME CARER WHICH IS WHY I HAD TO USE HER MONEY, AS BENEFITS ARE TERRIBLE!!!!

    @santanderuk Unfortunately she has tried that your colleagues offer no solution other than cancel the card she is waiting for and Santander will issue another one! In essence she hasnโ€™t had access to her own money why for 2 weeks now!! Do you think that is acceptable?

    @santanderuk @TSB Sole trader. I've been on chat for ages and it's signed me out and then another time said technical issues. I keep responding and saying I'm still there when the screen comes up. Now been on for 40 minutes and counting.
