@santanderuk I am nearly 25 minutes in hold in a phone customer service call and the service is appalling. I guess executives save money on staff and spend it on other things like lines of......disgusting service.

You go through the stress of someone stealing from your account and this is how @santanderukhelp @santanderuk handle it. They have no care about you as a customer. I have never been treated so badly. Totally shaken by the fraud and now I am being treated so badly @BBCNews

@santanderuk I’ve been on hold waiting to speak to someone (I was put through by one operative) for over an hour. Your website can’t help me. My card isn’t working and no-one knows why. This is really poor.

@santanderuk 27 minutes and still in the telephone queue, crap service. And the reason for calling is nothing about me you have just simply frozen some transactions without notifying me. I have a purchase frozen thanks to your crap service.

@santanderuk just had the phone put down on me whilst trying to ask for a replacement letter for my 13 year old daughters mini account! Was on hold for 40 mins before getting through! This is very poor customer service, when only need letter 1 of 1 reissuing! NOT GOOD Santander!

@santanderuk do not put ur savings in santander when you go to withdraw they will block your account and call the police on you.
