How is that ever correct or fair to me the customer? @MartinSLewis the link on your site worked so why is this not being honoured?

But every online payment I've tried to make in the last 3 days has failed. I keep having to transfer money to another bank and pay from the other bank. Getting on my nerves now.

False advertising. @santanderuk you need to do the right thing and increase your compensation to £175 this is your employees error tellinge all was in place
