.@santanderuk @santanderukhelp You've blocked my account without any prior warning.....and now you're saying that you're unable to contact me or raise it with the relevant team. I'm abroad and unable to access money. Abysmal service. Switching banks the second this is resolved.

@santanderuk thank you for NOT giving me the £175 bank switch money that I signed up for. 2 customer service agents, one in December and one 2 weeks ago said everything was in place & confirmed money would be in my account. Now you say I'm not entitled to it. Appalling

…and mobile banking/app ‘ease’ (40%). I can’t speak for @santanderuk but I can’t believe *anyone* would switch to @HSBC_UK for any of those reasons. Their app is dire, customer service mediocre and online banking bare bones.
