  @santanderuk website told me where I could find a branch in Crewe,but when I went there last week to talk to someone the entire building has been knocked down and had disappeared. My query has now turned into a complaint! Is it me?

  Now got a 90 mins round trip walking to Santander Bexleyheath because @santanderuk won't let me put money in via the post office which is 5 mins from my house. Such a poor customer experience banking with @santanderuk now 👎

  @santanderukhelp That does not solve my problem. I have just spoken to a customer service team member who wanted to put me back in a tele queue. The only way to get a member of your mortgage team to contact me is to cancel my direct debt. I was then told a manager could not ring me. santanderuk

  Just spent over 2 hours #onholdwith @santanderuk @santanderukhelp because they incorrectly withdrew our mortgage 2 days before we were due to exchange and they are not responding to our solicitor. As soon as I got through they hung up… Absolutely shocking customer service!
