    @santanderuk Absolutely shocking customer service. I should not have to be chasing my own money, endless calls, emails and last resort is reaching out here. All I keep being told is to constantly email, and I never get a reply. It’s been 2 weeks and being given the run around

    @santanderuk We called as the wait is terrible can’t even give us an appointment over the phone got told to come in today but the cue is massive plus only 2 staff again no one on the floor helping staff should have the AVAILABILITY TO HELP IN BRANCH

    @santanderuk branch in Oxford. More like a coffee shop than a branch. Directed upstairs to wait and left for ages. This does not add value to the end customer. Wtf have you done? 🤔🙄😔😡

    Terrible terrible service again today @santanderuk @santanderukhelp , lots of ‘I dont’ know, I can’t help you, its in a queue, blah blah blah, the worst service I’ve ever had from a bank in all my life. Consumer Duty clearly of no interest to you. Time to escalate now

    @santanderuk dreadful service, international payment = a 25 mins phone call, 31 questions, endless ‘let me check’ and now my account is blocked whilst I wait for your ‘back office’ to do some more checks, I’ll just wait for you shall I? Or use another provider………
