    @Santanderuk I hope you can help,I know there’s a problem with our top up account cards as I’ve been trying to pay a bill & its was declined,but I’ve a supermarket online delivery due tomorrow but if they can’t access the money might my delivery be cancelled?

    @dobbo1878 @santanderuk If its skem asda.....dont use self check out. Not sure why.......they always lockout pins! Good luck. Are other peoples cards working as the other reason is if the card system has gone down

    @santanderuk I am trying to finalise my Tesco order but keep getting the message that my bank cannot verify my details at the moment. When the same thing happened last week, I was told the problem lay with MasterCard and now it's happening again. Come on Santander get this sorted.

    @santanderuk This is getting a bit of a joke now, it’s not a one off event now, how can we be confident our money is even safe with you’re struggling this bad to sort this issue out, an issue you’ve had not too long ago.

    @santanderuk what’s going on with cards beginning in 5356 I’ve been waiting 24 hours for some kind of help can someone answer? I’m waiting on money to be paid in the account but it won’t because of this problem
