@santanderukhelp @ThorntonRigg1 No @santanderuk I don’t have access to internet banking with you, because you won’t let me! That’s the problem. That and your inability to accept that I have sent all the documents you asked for and have moved house.

Why can you apply for a loan, get a loan and have the money without speaking to anyone. Yet to pay it off you have to sit on the phone for 6 days with **** on hold music?? @santanderuk @NatWest_Help

@santanderuk @santanderukhelp is anyone working ? I’ve been on the phone for 30mins

@santanderuk You are the worst banking service ever. I am disabled and homebound. I have been on the phone with your teams for 3 days and only after 3 days of calls being assured it would be sorted, I am now told I have to come into a branch. Absolutely pathetic. Customer lost.

@santanderuk “ look, just do it over the phone, that’s what we’d have to do anyway and we’ve got no appointments for three days” Jesus. Thank God I don’t bank there and thank God Mum And Dad in the 80s didn’t have to register the death and deal with this awful behaviour
