    @santanderuk my card has been blocked, without notice, i've been on hold for over 2 hours for the past 2 days, no one is willing to help,can't get access to my money, I need someone to help ASAP, there are no branches near where I live and all close before I finish work

    @NatWest_Help @santanderuk I’m a Santander customer, used a NatWest cash machine and the machine snatched back my money before I could get it. NEITHER ONE OF YOU ARE CAPABLE OF SORTING IT…USELESS. Would be different but f I owed you money😡

    @tomduncalf @santanderuk Whoever you choose, don’t let it be TSB! Had used TSB for personal and business banking and it’s been honestly the worst customer service I’ve ever received!

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp After 4 hours of rude, sarcastic and patronising service (or frankly, lack of) and being kept on hold, I was asked to hold EVEN LONGER at which point your COLLEAGUE HUNG UP ON ME. Have they called me back? No! 1/2

    @santanderukhelp Finally a resolution - found a bank who will talk to me and who will do a switch for me That’s after another 2 working days of long phone calls to Santander Frankly disgusting behaviour from @santanderuk and I would advise companies to stay clear of their online only account

    Nice one @santanderuk , changing the 123 current account to only pay interest if you now have 2 direct debits. How does that help some of your most vulnerable customers that only pay a care home fee by direct debit? #reallynotimpressed

    @JohnJamesDuffy @santanderuk Hope you've managed to get through and sorted? My partner spent hours last week trying to get through to Lloyds. Banking customer service these days is absolutely useless, so much for progress! They just don't seem bothered or interested. It was much better years ago.

    @santanderuk customer satisfaction currently 0/10 account restricted and no resolution date 72 hour callback on complaint logging. Worst experience in 39 years of banking with you.
