Does anyone know why @santanderuk online banking has a massive problem with @ThreeUK mobile Wi-Fi. I've put up with this for 2 years with no explanation. 10 log in attempts just to get thrown out each time when trying to transfer money. And that's on a ****!ng good day.

@santanderuk sat on the phone for the 3rd time this week because you can’t be bothered to call me back and sort out my money transfer… even though i passed all the fraud prevention questions and your service agents can’t even be bothered to update the system. CALL ME BACK

Closed my @santanderuk savings ac and my Zero cc (had it for 11 yrs). Cahoot card next (which I've had for even longer) then kids current ac's. 20 years a customer and it all changed on one call which was recorded for training and quality purposes #irony #poorcustomerservice

@santanderuk worst credit card service. Over one hour on phone again, gave up again. Unable to use card due to this. Chat service couldn’t help other than referring back to the same phone line. Used Nationwide credit card instead
