    @santanderuk The update is saying cash machines are available.. this is rubbish.. I can't even access my balance via a cash machine.

    @santanderuk Sort this crap out. I’ve got two disabled children that I have to pay for one I have to get to school in a taxi everyday you’ve made bloody impossible today. She’s had to get the bus and you’ve triggered her anxiety. Thanks a lot!

    @santanderuk Why is your website confirming customers can still withdraw cash when that is not the case. Once again you have left your customers high and dry with no access to their money.
