    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp Im trying to set up my online account for new credit card. For some reason your system has automatically assigned outdated email and mobile contacts to this new account. I want to chat online to sort this out but your AI won't let me! Please help

    @santanderuk you moved my branch without telling me at Canary Wharf and the new one has no counter or anyway to pay coins in. Very poor service.

    @santanderuk must be the worst bank to deal with online. Impossible to log on and impossible to contact anyone. False information given online, out of service phone numbers provided and even the AI chat doesn’t know what it’s doing. Unacceptable level of customer service

    Disappointed @santanderuk that you moved my local Canary Wharf branch without telling me. Not good customer service.

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp so after contacting me you still couldn’t help me either - 8 hours blocked accounts for no reason, no support, no customer services - appalling absolutely appalling service

    @santanderuk dreadful service, international payment = a 25 mins phone call, 31 questions, endless ‘let me check’ and now my account is blocked whilst I wait for your ‘back office’ to do some more checks, I’ll just wait for you shall I? Or use another provider………

    @santanderuk We called as the wait is terrible can’t even give us an appointment over the phone got told to come in today but the cue is massive plus only 2 staff again no one on the floor helping staff should have the AVAILABILITY TO HELP IN BRANCH
