    @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.

    @hnjsamuels @santanderuk I can't deal with them on the phone until I create a "voice password" Tried 10 times and it didn't like my Scottish accent. Closed my account and moved on. **** em.

    Before I go full throttle over @santanderuk and the awful service they provide please do not take my word for it all. READ A FEW REVIEWS ON @Trustpilot first.

    @santanderuk @TSB I've been into a branch today to try and close my business account. Can't do it in branch. Can't do it online. Make a call and stay on the line for ages. Poor service. How can I do it?

    @JustEatUK @McDonaldsUK It's quite alright Presumably my @SantanderUK account will be refunded for the missing 🍟chips so all's well that ends well It's worth mentioning that the printed 🧾 receipts attached to the delivered package indicate not insignificant printing 🖨 problems Some information absent

    @santanderuk bank with them if you want your health to suffer. People have missed treatments can’t get medication, cause this company can’t do their job. SHUT THEM DOWN.

    @santanderuk I need some help on an issue…I closed my account with you in June 2025 which was all finished as I live in Indonesia. However I have just had a refund for a UK purchase actioned and they have refunded to the original card…now closed? What now?

    @santanderuk Can I get confirmation that there was an error with the account being opened and the date it was resolved please? Then use that date as account opening.
