    @lilypartington_ @santanderukhelp Well it's definitely not a BACS issue, wages went in fine with Barclays. Again @santanderuk failing their customers on a day where people need their money

    @santanderuk possibly the worst website and customer service I’ve ever had from a bank, but shouldn’t be surprised as it’s a bank
