    @santanderuk Just tried to use my 123 debit card and it couldn't be recognised by the card machine. This isn't the first time I've had problems and iim not alone. Luckily had another bank card I could use. This is not an old card. What is the problem?

    @santanderuk I can’t seem to make any online transactions - they keep saying failed as soon as I try to pay. Is this a problem with my bank or a problem with Santander in general?

    @santanderuk has to be the worst online experience I've had for several years. Phones support doesn't work. Literally have no idea how to talk to someone about me account. Hopeless!

    @TfL @santanderuk have spent 40 mins today on two occasions searching for docking stations (7 on total). Very poor logistics and really poor customer experience.

    @santanderuk I have been sent a mortgage offer email but when I try and accept it online it says that it doesn't exist. I'm just a bit aware that the LMS service has to be completed in 48 hours. Can you help please?
