    @santanderuk Hi, my grandad keeps receiving phonecalls from an automated service saying its Santander and asking to press any button to hear the message. Is this something Santander would do ?

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp Please help. 4 phonecalls with Justin & Sean, Sandi chats and with Emma+ innumerable security questions + fingerprint authorisations and is now 4th day since Justin said my transfer was authorised but still not done. I can't sleep from stress HELPME

    @santanderuk In the Leeds branch as the Bolton one didn't open until 9.30 .3 counters open and 15 in the queue.Need a bankers draft so counter service is a must.People talking about what doing at weekend making queue take even longer to shorten. 😞

    Dear @santanderuk trying to change my address online. New address is 140years old but you cannot find it. Chat - not working Phones - closed Printable form - no printer. This after freezing my account a couple of weeks ago.
