    @NorthRoadCycles @santanderuk I preferred it when it was Abby national things have gone right down even when you go into the branch to chat with someone @santanderuk just point you to the phone and say call someone

    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk I have tried using the so called online re-access service which also does not work!!! This is beyond a joke. 2nd time in as many weeks. I am still on hold to endless on hold music.

    @santanderuk Please help. I need to change the Direct Debit for my mortgage payments. I've been on hold for over 25 minutes. The chat button on your website doesn't work. I can't find anywhere on the site to set up a new DD. What do I do?
