    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk the worst banking service ever My card is damaged and ordered a new one, it’s been more then 24 hours and still I cannot access a new card for online transaction. Moreover, no proper response on the help centre as well.

    @santanderuk I have to verify my identity to get back into the app but the scanning ofy passport is terrible. Just won't work. Why have you made it so hard? Surely my email and phone number should be enough to verify myself?

    @santanderuk why is it impossible to report a lost or stolen credit/debit card when you’re abroad & not using your uk mobile phone number so can’t receive code to log onto online banking?

    @santanderuk just spent an incredibly painful 30 mins on chat trying to get answer to simple question- how to set up SO to pay off cc. Seems a tricky question as I just have error my end. Why can’t it be done on the app

    @santanderuk I signed up for new bank acc. with £100 Amazon reward in Nov. Haven't received voucher, despite confirming with Santander support that fulfilled t&C's. Appears error on initial sign up so acc. wasn't active until dec. Error code bi_0023. Please help

    Absolutely SHOCKING service from @santanderuk Don’t bother banking with them. They can’t manage a simple request, tell lies constantly and waste my time. Absolutely livid! 😡
