@santanderuk Why does the "Add, remove or rename an account" feature of your online banking not actually let me add an existing account? I have current accounts and a mortgage with you, and only the current accounts are listed. It's impossible to find or add my mortgage.

@santanderuk you're blocking payments to @zapier again. I raised this last time & was told this was an issue with 3d authentication as a result of new regulation. Can I suggest you speak to each other to resolve this issue that will be affecting thousands of UK businesses?

@santanderuk Why does it take >4 weeks to convert from a simple current account to a Student account for a customer of >5 years standing? Please help
