    @santanderuk would have been nice to had a communication about why our replacement debit mastercard cards contactless feature isn't working. Followed correct proceedure to activate card, and still contactless payments get rejected, tut tut very poor

    @santanderuk cancelled all my cards thus preventing me from transferring my account to @AskNationwide . Given that the reason i went into the branch to resolve an issue relating to an account switch. The person i dealt knowingly did that or does not know how to do her job.

    @benjaminhopton @santanderuk @LloydsBank santander in shipley and bradford isnt there? i miss Santander in 5 lane ends,bloody bingley has shut down as well, i dont understand they made like 7bn profit after tax or something last year,im sure they can afford to keep a few more open

    @santanderuk unacceptable service. Take my money, don’t exchange it as agreed and then won’t refund it. Instead @santanderuk refuse responsibility and tell me to contact their 3rd party. I require my money to get married next week and you have stolen it.

    @santanderuk I recently got married and changed my name. Have a new passport. Checked on your website how to change the name on my account. It said to fill in a form and bring it into branch along with my passport. Spent 45 mins coming into branch to be told that (1)
