    @santanderuk my grandson saves his hard earned cash with you He paid in 450 to a machine in Coventry a member of staff saw him do this. Error message showed only £235. This was queried following day but they insist machine has verified it Remember Post office fiasco Shoddy work

    @santanderuk I am trying to register for mobile banking but your statement doesn't show the SC so when I try to complete the registration process. Your live chat is rubbish, the computer cannot deal with my questions so keeps directing me to your Website. What a load of rubbish!

    @santanderuk you called me for an appointment re my mortgage and hung up after one ring. After 20 years with you it has been a difficult and slow process to discuss our mortgage. Generally not impressed

    If anybody banks with @santanderuk I would close that account ASAP, absolute waste of space. Shite opening hours for the working man, takes 45 minutes minimum to get through on the phone. Then when you get through, another 45 mins as they have transfer again!

    @santanderukhelp Is there a customer service department that can deal with expat customers? Trying to get proof of our UK mortgage for US bank and no one on phone will help. @santanderuk say has to be done my mail and will take months. We will lose house if we have to wait.

    @santanderuk Mike regnier sort out your fraud team. Worst service of the lot. Unblocked my cards without telling us so the only ones continuing to use our cards were the fraudsters. Geniuses you must employ.

    @santanderuk How about spending some of those profits onmore customer service reps on the phone?? As usual, I'm at 35 minutes and counting on hold. Been like this for months.. You're sticking 2 fingers up at your customers. Hopeless!

    @santanderuk really disappointing service here, 3 times on the phone, listen to all the announcements for 2 minutes on how busy you are, then security checks to then be cut off. No I can't do what I need on your App or Web chat either.....

    Well I’ll never ignore @MartinSLewis surveys again! @santanderuk repeatedly lowest in customer service and I agree! Trying to pay my credit card, on hold for 3 x 20 mins…. do they not want me to pay?? 😡
