  @santanderuk @TSB Why AI is really dangerous for all it’s clients esp Banks is first AI companies will ask clients to fire their employees and then 5yrs down the line AI companies will ask Clients huge huge forcefully COST for Maintaining it as AI code is very complex !   @santanderuk clearly in either a cyber attack or major infrastructure issues! What is it? Your customers NEED to know - especially when one of your junior fraud callers said YES you are undergoing a cyber incident! Want me to post more of the call?

  This is torture for old people. It is cruel inhumane and frankly a hate crime upon the elderly. @santanderuk made it impossible for my older cousin to download an app due to his dexterity issues. As for talking to a human instead of AI..he was traumatised. Pure evil

  @santanderuk This is more than frustration. I had ONE text asking me to confirm my details were correct, I went on the app, my details are correct, there was NOTHING to confirm & NO warning that you’d block my account & prevent me from getting MY money.

  @Eamon_ @santanderuk @santanderukhelp Good luck happened to me santander no help at all , even went in branch had bailiffs sending letters account opened in London, im Leeds wouldn't listen good luck to u , affected credit rating was a nightmare

  @santanderuk Still awaiting meaningful contact or resolution from Santander regarding my fraud case after 13 calls in one week and repeated requests for vulnerable customer support while stranded in Hungary without access to funds. Despite being told somebody would contact me.

  @santanderuk when are you going to Reinstate your Online Customer Alerts for when a new Credit arrives in our ac? I asked this Q two years ago and all I got was ‘yes we’re working on it’. The ‘you’re overdrawn’ alerts still come through unfailingly. Really poor from Santander 👎
