    @HWarlow @santanderuk I`ve heard in the past that Santander is totally RUBBISH (And that`s the polite version) when it comes to dealing with the estates of the dead which really doesn`t help the bereaved

    @MartinSLewis Two emails to @santanderuk via your website contact. No reply so posted a formal complaint as they don't seem to do online for this type of issue. Phoning is hopeless. No reply. Seems they are dealing with it by simply ignoring me. What is my next step please? Ombudsman?

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp So bad for the elderly talked to one lady who was closing her accounts because of the service banks doing everything online dirst heko many it makes life so harder for them 😡

    @mturner1961 @santanderuk My 94 year old grandmother got the exact same thing. She no longer had a driving licence or passport so ultimately had to switch because Santander had restricted access. And she had the account for years and never had she been asked for this.

    Dear @santanderuk please fix your mortgage arrears emails. I’ve made a payment plan, so don’t send me an email asking me to either pay in full or call to make an arrangement. It’s not too hard to set the system to check whether I’m sticking to the plan or not.

    @santanderuk you really need to update your app to a speedy app. It’s too slow to load the login page, and then if we navigate to the stocks

    @santanderuk Also told I can’t do what I need to do over the phone has to be in the bank unable even to talk to someone in the branch My other post on media wow thousands of people got the same problem with that particular branch no one contacts us by end of day we are closing all accounts
