@santanderuk @santanderukhelp Just switched to Santander, didn’t receive temporary password, rang up, placed on call for 15 mins then hung up on. Rang again and told I have to wait potentially 14 days to get letter so I can access my money. Absolute joke. Won’t be recommending

How are you meant to run a business when you bank with @santanderuk - bank card doesn’t work, replaced and still not working. Tried depositing cheques and cash twice this week & machine won’t allow me to. Terrible business bank!

@santanderuk they way you interact with clients can have a long term effect, my mortage runs out in 2 years and I won't be renewing with you. I will wait a few years to change my bank account too as too many swaps is bad for my credit rating. Be mindful of service.
