    @santanderuk my partner has asked that I reach out as she doesn’t have X She reported her card having suspicious activity & blocked! Her closest branch is 10miles away! She has been waiting for her card for 10 “working days” two wks in the real world! No card, no local bank?

    @santanderuk just been turned away from Aspire lounge terminal 1 Manchester as my Lounge Key wouldn't work and they were saying it's another £20 membership. This has never happened before, very embarrassing. Select customer fed up!

    @JohnHann0404 Can't speak for NatWest but @santanderuk also have this in their app: Select 'Menu' in the top right at login, then 'My Money Manager' and there it is 'Carbon footprint'. Can't screenshot due to app restrictions.

    @santanderuk thanks for hanging up on me TWICE while I'm trying to submit a complaint about your customer service. What has this world come to where I have to wait 20 minutes just to talk to someone and they immediately hang up on you!

    @santanderuk - why ask me to call your fraud line and block my account when you don’t have enough operators available to take my call. I have tried twice and been on hold for 15 minutes each time.

    @santanderuk You are USELESS! Saturday on a bank holiday weekend & still no replacement debit card after reporting it lost on Monday morning. I have no means to replace my broken mobile phone because every online payment method other than debit card uses phone verification! 😡😡

    @santanderuk I hope your ******* branches go up in flames I’m not even joking Imagine receiving a payment 3 days ago. Using that money. Then going to use more today for a block to be on my account. Two kids and I can’t access my money for “10 working days” die you bastards.
