@santanderuk I have been calling to speak to someone about my mortgage every day since the 1st September. Wait for over 40 minutes every time to be hung up on or go through to an automated voice telling me I can’t leave a message! Absolute joke! Went in to the branch and couldn’t help either!

@santanderuk HI my account was used in a fraudelnt transaction, I called up the out of hours number, waited 40 mins, finally started ringing just to be greeted with the 'welcome to the 02 messaging service' who do I contact now?

@santanderuk I just can’t believe you managed to do an update yesterday without messing up everyone’s accounts and cards! Loyal customers should be getting £130 just for putting up with the repetitive problems each time you update the app
