    @cdud11 @MoneySavingExp @santanderuk from experience traditional banks dont bother telling you when rates change, new versions of accounts, new types of accounts come out so news alerts from Google etc help along with regularly checking MSE pages.

    @AskNationwide you offer online fixed rate Bond which are easy to open but trying to get access to online banking with you after this process is near impossible.I've given up and gone to @santanderuk who have been more than helpful.This process needs addressing for a new customer

    As per the @ICOnews Subject Access Request (SAR) protocols, I require @santanderuk's email to comply with the Requestor's submission of details by return. One month to provide all information held on me with full audit trail, starting now.
