@HalifaxBank if it’s not sorted out asap I will switch to @santanderuk instead. Especially when this is not the first time that your system crashes and I’m not able to get access to my account or money

@AvivaUK why, after I’ve made an enquiry about a @santanderuk insurance policy, do half the “can we help with something else?” links lead to Barclays policy pages. All I want is my current insurance schedule!

@santanderuk I keep getting emails about a current account application that I haven’t initiated. I replied to them email to let you know but apparently you don’t monitor replies. I tried chat but it’s a robot that has no clue what I’m talking about. Help.
