    @financialombuds please advise. Went into @santanderuk to speak to a lady about a problem with an account switch. She cancelled all my cards,now i cannot transfer to @AskNationwide . Second time they have thrown a roadblock. There is a guarantee that account switch takes 7 days

    @santanderuk WTF! Went in2 #Hammersmithbranch 2send funds 4 house purchase & u mistakingly sent them 2 someone else in error.I came in branch to avoid this sort of thing happening. #ShockingService

    @santanderuk cancelled all my cards thus preventing me from transferring my account to @AskNationwide . Given that the reason i went into the branch to resolve an issue relating to an account switch. The person i dealt knowingly did that or does not know how to do her job.

    @santanderuk we have an elderly friend who is not technically proficient. What is Santander’s policy on supporting this group to ensure they have access to their banking facilities without having to use tech?

    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk The option to easily pay your credit card off from a differnt bank account is still unavailable for over a month now? how long does it take to fix this?

    @santanderuk not impressed with your switching service.Thought I’d be moving to a better bank and get some cash but 10 days later and I still can’t get onto online banking.Didn’t get my login details and you blamed Royal Mail,then I finally get them today I am blocked until 2mrw!

    @santanderuk my mum is trying to request a new PIN for her debit card. She hasn’t updated her phone on her online account and can’t remember the login details. She is 87. She would like to speak to someone if I am able to assist her in the call.

    @santanderuk 6 years since my mum died and Santander are still causing us a headache with the trust. We employed independent financial advisor to help us and Santander are so incompetent things still not dealt with. Numerous complaints have been placed to your company,you don’t even respond.
