    @santanderukhelp trying to close our help to buy ISA. hour and a half on hold spoke briefly to a member of staff only to be hung up on at 17:55 guessing your employee was finishing at 18:00 regardless! We have been trying to get help since 24/06 appalling service. @santanderuk

    @santanderukbiz @santanderuk what a terrible bank, customer service non-existent, local branch don’t want to know, tried so many numbers, got a fraud problem which is their problem, thank god I don’t bank with them!!!

    @santanderuk wonderful service… tell them I’m travelling abroad well in advance and then have my card declined when I arrive! Call them internationally and hold for 45mins+ and no answer. Wonderful service 😡😡😡
