    @santanderuk You are still having issues and the problems have not been resolved. 2 grand for flights, payment pending in your system, detected as rejected by the airline, tickets issued, but checking booking says I need to pay within 14 hours. What am I supposed to do?

    @santanderuk Boilerplate repetition of the same ambiguous message is not useful. Why is a major bank experiencing such issues with a fundamental aspect of their business for DAYS? It's highly concerning.

    @santanderuk Car payments still unreliable and not working despite saying resolved on your status page. This has been happening intermittently on and off for months. When will you sort this? Will you be offering compensation to those impact?
