    @debbie14022 @santanderuk Got a someone opening an account using my name and I am trying to tell that to kill the account. Went into the shop explaining all and said can you block n kill the account ? No you have to phone up fraud dept !!!!!!! What a ****** joke of a bank

    @santanderuk You’re not helping Ukrainians or sponsors open accts in Worthing! We have appt on Friday in branch. Ukrainians took ID for scanning today as requested. Just had call that u can’t open their accts without us bringing a translator? WTF?

    @santanderuk Is there a problem with card payments? My son has tried to use his card in 2 different places in the last hour while out with friends and it's been declined, despite him having enough money. I've been in a queue on the phone for 40 mins and counting.

    @santanderuk 1.0 Dear S********, Please, and once more, please.... I am exasperated, furious, heated...... I was on the phone this mooring {25-04-2022} from 11.30 0r 11.40 to 2.17+++ pm for a transaction. The first customer service front line failed to connect me to fraud office.

    @AmySharrocks @santanderuk Left them years ago. Terrible bank. Hope you get it sorted. Presumably there’s a banking ombudsman?

    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk A reminder that Santander backs criminal fraud over theft from a customer proving their phone was legitimately stolen and accounts compromise. Do not bank with this company.

    @santanderuk customer service and competance does not exist, customer services do not know what a UK bank account looks like!!!

    Despite 5 visits to the branch & 2 phone calls, 6 weeks later @santanderuk seem to be still unable to close my savings account and pay my own money back to me. I am hoping that contacting them publicly via twitter will finally prompt some action? Please share widely to help. 1/
