@santanderuk I think you seriously need to look at your accessibility in relation to your support services. Your chat bot is horrendous. Where’s the email option for support like any other company! 😡

  • NexusUKOrg Steve Hill (@steve@mastodon.nexusuk.org) 🇪🇺 (@NexusUKOrg) reported

@omnomis @VirginMoney do and have been fairly quick to respond. @santanderuk do, but not for customers who have business accounts. This is actually about a personal account, but because I also have a business account I have to use their crappy business website even for my personal account

  • DrVxD Andy (A2002980) #FETCHFAM (@DrVxD) reported

Hey @santanderuk. Do you realise that when you force people to type (rather than paste) passwords into your website, you're encouraging them to use simple, easily cracked passwords?

  • lpimages_luke Lukey P (@lpimages_luke) reported

@santanderuk You have notified my you are closing my business account without giving any reason, when I called and requested to keep ot open until the new financial year (as I have invoices pending) The op just repeated the date it will be closed! Awful customer service!

  • 3909on 3909 on (@3909on) reported

@santanderuk Any chance you can be of more help than the awful Sandi and get me the £20 back that the ATM didn't give me?

  • elgoldave dave (@elgoldave) reported

@ImOliverWright @santanderuk Try working with them when elderly or disabled Ollie or little computer ability or indeed access. Closing branch in St Andrews (university accounts - madness) was such banter.

  • mas90 Malcolm (@mas90) reported

@santanderukhelp @santanderuk Hi, is this letter that I've received genuine? The phone number shown is listed as suspicious on the 'who called me' website. To be clear, I have not applied for a credit card. Thanks.

  • DrVxD Andy (A2002980) #FETCHFAM (@DrVxD) reported

Hey, @santanderuk. Do you realise that when you restrict passwords to 16 alphanumeric characters, you're telling an attacker a LOT about how weak your website security is?

  • Gavin8t Gavin Swinburne (@Gavin8t) reported

@santanderuk @santanderukhelp after apologising and giving me a compensatory pmt for freezing my business accounts in November with no warning or reason, guess what you did last Wednesday? Another day on the phone and broken promises of callbacks. Start again tomorrow.....
