    @smallholdingsis @santanderuk I had issues with the app. However it seems to be customers mainly using sky broadband. I turned my WiFi connection off and just used mobile data and connected to the app fine

    @XMadBabydoll @davidhillfm @santanderuk It does annoy me when people are so snarky, I went on to see if a customer's payment had gone in, my nearest branch closed some years ago, not even sure where the nearest one is now.

    Hi @santanderukhelp @santanderuk why don’t you keep your Google branch listings up to date? They don’t correspond to your website even though Google has your logo against them indicating you have control of the information. Wasted a whole hour trying to visit a branch this week.
