Hi @santanderukhelp @santanderuk why don’t you keep your Google branch listings up to date? They don’t correspond to your website even though Google has your logo against them indicating you have control of the information. Wasted a whole hour trying to visit a branch this week.

Now been holding over 30 minutes to speak to someone @santanderuk customer services but they are all busy. Perhaps time to improve their service or hire more staff.

@santanderuk guys, COVID is no longer and excuse for poor processes and customer service. I’m literally having to move my house into a storage unit because you guys can’t hit a print button (as emailing isn’t for you yet). Hugely disappointed.
