    @santanderuk I need some help on an issue…I closed my account with you in June 2025 which was all finished as I live in Indonesia. However I have just had a refund for a UK purchase actioned and they have refunded to the original card…now closed? What now?

    @santanderuk How about a scumtracker? A bank that refuses its customer to withdraw money for a bike deserves to be marked as scum.

    @bancosantander @santanderukhelp @santanderuk Opened a Spanish account online non residential. And clearly stated British and passport etc All emails have been sent to me in Spanish. So I have no idea as I'm not ticking boxes that are in Spanish Awful customer service!

    @Chase @santanderuk @AskNationwide Imagine putting all banking transactions down at the same time to do maintenance so that we get stranded can’t get food can’t get uber home all because you all decide to go down at the same time. Oh wait you did… Well in banks

    @santanderuk now says they can’t refund me until the fraud is “confirmed” — which violates PSR refund rules. I’ve submitted info, I’m vulnerable, and this is day 4. @psrpayments @financialombuds I need help. #fraudrefund #psr #Santander
