    @santanderuk trying to change my address online, I type in postcode and flat number and click continue but keeps returning to previous page, highlighting house number and house name! I only have a flat number! Help!

    @santanderuk you put restrictions access to my account and sent me a letter and asked me to call you, since I received the letter I tried calling you and waiting and waiting and waiting but nobody take my call, what should I do now? Really disappointed

    @santanderukhelp No I haven’t. @santanderuk clearly use automated systems to evaluate & review mortgage offers. I could have understood it if the problem was real and/or not corrected within days - all for £6. The LTV was also low so your mechanism to evaluation of risk comical.

    Hi, I’m concerned as my savings account balance has been transferred to my current account as I did not make this transfer. No one else has access to my account, passwords or passcodes. @santanderuk

    @LiquidSeventeen @ecommerceshares Exactly what i did, @santanderuk kept stopping crypto transfers to Binance, even after telling them multiple times that i know what I am doing, i had a customer service advisor telling me I shouldnt be moving fiat to crypto. Switched banks now

    @santanderuk your help desk is very unhelpful and can’t think of the other word to use. I understand you a trying to tackle fraud, but I think common sense is lacked here.

    Hey @santanderuk sooo that approved mortgage offer we first spoke about on 7th May... I’m still waiting on confirmation. Yep, still. 35 days later. (You promised 14 days max.) I don’t like complaining, but I’m literally going to lose my house if you don’t fix this tomorrow.
