@santanderuk Trying to help an elderly person get a sim. You won’t accept their bank details but will send a one time passcode. Send it where? I’m losing the will to live here. No mobile bank app, no phone until I get this set up !! Been on the phone 30 mins now , waiting …

Shrewd move @santanderuk, update the app, to a version my friend's phone cannot use, and then when she tries to log into the web site, she is asked to verify the log in, via the app she can no longer access.

@santanderuk I have just been into my local branch (Angel, London) to deliver mail for a fake account opened at my address but in a different name. The bloke literally said 'what do you want me to do about it?' and refused to even accept the letters with a PIN code and log in

If anyone has a current account with @santanderuk seriously consider closing it. All funds stolen yesterday no contact, no OTPs. Response from @santanderuk we’ll look into it and you might hear from us in 15 working days! Unbelievably poor response

@santanderuk Hi, could you please send me a link to your corporate social responsibility commitments? Just seen that HSBC are linking with shelter charity to support homeless people, all I ever see on TV re santander is Ant and Dec who wind me up no end, thanks
