    @dazzgedd73 @santanderuk We've been with them since the Abbey National days too and unfortunately I have to agree with the poor service. Currently trying to move an ISA which should be easy. Customer service has been dreadful

    @santanderuk Yes I understand that but I’ve spoken with 3 different teams and none of them could help or would transfer me to someone who could help.

    @hnjsamuels @santanderuk Or… when they freeze your a/c owing to some’activity’ and force you to go into a branch with ID! Try that when you’re on holiday in Scotland or anywhere really since they have shut so many branches. If you don’t drive, have mobility issues etc you’re stuffed!! Terrible bank.

    @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.

    Please don’t bank with @santanderuk. They have currently restricted my account so I can’t access my money. They have asked me for documents which have been provided but now they are not good enough. They asked for a payslip which is Thai and now they want it translated.
