    @santanderuk ok, I've been more than patient with this. I have called more times than I can remember. I've been into the branch twice to get this resolved and after 3 weeks I still can't access online banking. I can't use cards as I need online banking to get PIN number. HELP ME

    @santanderuk I have called your number regarding a credit card query 4 times. I have now waited a total of 3 HOURS listening to an automated message telling me to wait. This is appalling ‘customer service’. Your online chat is useless. Give me a proper number to call.PLEASE!

    Take your money out of @santanderuk asap and move to another bank. They block your account for holding too much money and give you no reason for it. Even after passing security numerous times they still blocked all transactions. Scammers.
