    @santanderuk Car payments still unreliable and not working despite saying resolved on your status page. This has been happening intermittently on and off for months. When will you sort this? Will you be offering compensation to those impact?

    @santanderuk Are there still issues with card payments? Trying to make a hotel booking and both my cards refused despite having more than sufficient funds/credit.

    @santanderuk Boilerplate repetition of the same ambiguous message is not useful. Why is a major bank experiencing such issues with a fundamental aspect of their business for DAYS? It's highly concerning.
