    @santanderuk All the details entered in the app are the same as my online banking when I set the app up, so if there was a problem someone would have access to my online banking which they dont. Giving you a digital photo id is useless unless you can also view my face.

    Just contacted @santanderuk by telephone to ask for a replacement card. The customer service was shocking. Every time I asked for a replacement the agent kept wanting me to try other actions, even after explaining what I had experienced.

    @santanderuk I'm sorry I've tried to do that but I keep being told it's not santanders problem . But for me it is Santander . I opened the account to get an additional payment and I haven't got it because the download didn't work .someone must be able to help

    Dear @santanderuk please fix your mortgage arrears emails. Iโ€™ve made a payment plan, so donโ€™t send me an email asking me to either pay in full or call to make an arrangement. Itโ€™s not too hard to set the system to check whether Iโ€™m sticking to the plan or not.
