@santanderuk But your not sorry that’s the issue , the app is constantly showing a msg that it’s “updating “ and transfers/payments might be delayed, your one of the biggest banks and absolutely rubbish @h_palmerx what do you think?😡

@santanderuk get on with fixing the issue/issues, I'm meant to have my ESA coming into my account and cant see it there and can do F.A at the moment i have bills to pay and things and cant do that without the money there. bloody sort it and quickly

@santanderuk @santanderukhelp Tried to make a purchase last night through the problems and never went through on the website (no confirmation of goods bought) however this morning I have FOUR pending transactions for said goods. Need those transactions reversing!! @santanderuk

@Dave__Stewart @santanderuk They aren’t I fuelled up earlier not knowing anything about Santander being down I can’t withdraw or make card payment it lets you enter your pin let you choose your action then spits your card out says currently unavailable

@molly85874525 @santanderuk Yeah should do i read the comments from last months same problem and it appears they had a backlog and processed the incomings before outgoings for all affected
