    @santanderuk I am not a customer but I went into a Santander branch and asked the cashier if they could give me two fifty pence pieces for a pound coin, I appreciate that there is no profit in this transaction, needless to say I was told no. Now you want me to switch my current account.

    @santanderuk hi there , I’m trying to register for online banking with my recently opened account , but I don’t have a 5 digit Registration code ?When I try to reset my log in details it is not recognising my phone number that I used when I opened the account. Help please!

    @santanderuk Neither the website nor my app will allow me to pay my credit card bill. Website sends to app then app sends back to website. I've been holding to speak to somebody for 27 minutes so far. Not good enough @santanderuk

    @santanderuk @Tesco Hello, Tesco charged me twice for an item and the transaction is still pending. Spoke to Customer Service in Tesco who said bank should not charge me for it as its an error. Situation isn't resolved- please help

    @santanderuk I have just hung up after being on hold for the past 1 hour 23 minutes. You have the very worst history of phone times I have ever known. I wanted to sort my issue online but was unable to as your app is awful. You closed the local branch. You are beyond useless.

    Comedic online purchase from @Screwfix. @santanderuk decided I needed a one-time code. It never came. I phoned them. "Turn your phone on and off and try again." Still no code. Phoned again - Elaine in Liverpool puts me on infinite silent hold. Screwfix site gets bored waiting.

    @santanderuk Once again. Please tell me the point of the physical branch if you can’t access the same services as telephone banking? Close them down and invest the money in enough phone staff to answer sooner than 45mins!!! #endoftraditionalbanking

    @santanderuk Santander has shown little empathy for my situation and although multiple notes have been left on my account I have seen no effort from santander to help me in this situation.
