    @santanderuk - why ask me to call your fraud line and block my account when you donโ€™t have enough operators available to take my call. I have tried twice and been on hold for 15 minutes each time.

    @santanderuk @TSB Letting elderly customers down badly..My dad's local branch was shut down so I drove 10miles to the next so he could withdraw cash while waiting for a new card. Shut for refurb!.Only that I was able to give him cash myself to tide him over he would be stuck ๐Ÿ˜ก

    @santanderuk You absolute cowards. Your complaints person just called me and then hung up - on a bank holiday - except I can't call you back - because it's a bank holiday! Disgusting customer service!

    @santanderuk thanks for hanging up on me TWICE while I'm trying to submit a complaint about your customer service. What has this world come to where I have to wait 20 minutes just to talk to someone and they immediately hang up on you!

    @santanderuk Thanks for the apologies, it would be better if management knew we were thinking of leaving because we won't wait 20 mins every time we need to speak to someone with a problem that can't be resolved with a pointless chat bot or automated system.
