In essence she hasn’t had access to her own money why for 2 weeks now!! Do you think that is acceptable?

I have no means to replace my broken mobile phone because every online payment method other than debit card uses phone verification! 😡😡

James Hassett (@JamesHassett1) reportedPlease don’t bank with @santanderuk. They have currently restricted my account so I can’t access my money. They have asked me for documents which have been provided but now they are not good enough. They asked for a payslip which is Thai and now they want it translated.
