    @MorganBroadcast @santanderuk How did they reset your online banking, I have the Santander app and it still requires a password to access. Also was your phone not password protected?

    @MorganBroadcast @santanderuk I left #Santander years ago after the most incompetent, mind-numbingly bad service. They are the worst bank I've ever dealt with, if they were the only bank left I'd go back to keeping cash in the house!

    @EwanToo @santanderuk Sounds like @santanderuk seriously sucks here. Banks have a fund for this type of thing. It's essential for banks to maintain trust in the electronic payment ecosystem or their whole model falls down & to do this thefts like this need to be quickly refunded with minimum publicity
