  @santanderuk I've now rang 3 times. I ended the call the 1st time and went to the app as directed. It was no help. Have called back twice now & the call has been terminated by Santander on both occasions before anyone even spoke to me 🤬

  @santanderuk my wife who has been with you for years is getting notifications to update her details. We have tried on the unresponsive app to do this eventually ringing the 0330 number for help.. the guy was hopeless… 🎵time to say goodbye🎵perhaps

  My husband died. The administration is difficult at the best of times (and these are my worst of time) but @santanderuk has been superb and @HSBC_UK absolutely awful - they could learn so much from Santander.

  @sharrond62 I just had to tussle with @santanderuk when my 74 year cousin had huge problems downloading their app. After hours and hours of trying and battling AI for him, he was told to go to branch (50mile roundtrip)😬eventually got £200 compensation but I still had to take him 🤬🤬🤬

  Just contacted @santanderuk by telephone to ask for a replacement card. The customer service was shocking. Every time I asked for a replacement the agent kept wanting me to try other actions, even after explaining what I had experienced.

  @santanderuk Not only have you not opened your Leighton Buzzard branch today (and next weekend), your one outside cash machine is down. Thankfully the @AskNationwide is open and their machines are working.

  @PixelPrincessRG @santanderuk Im just so annoyed ya know, this will impact my next 2 months now. £1k might not be a lot for some but its what im budgeting especially with the schools opening next week. Its hit heavier this month and having that money returned i didnt spend would help a lot.

  @chaosprimeZ @santanderuk I can imagine! Their customer service for me was non existant. On the other hand, although I havent suffered fraud since, Nationwides branch staff have virtually fell over themselves to help with other queries.

  @santanderuk absolutely awful customer service, no one is interested in trying to help track down lost money. Will be putting in a complaint and moving money elsewhere 😤
