@santanderuk I'm struggling to get the app to work, keeps crashing when I open it. I'm on a Samsung s21 ultra on the latest update, other banking apps are working fine, but no luck with yours, anything I'm missing, or anyone else having this problem

i genuinely have never gone over 6 months without @santanderuk allowing some **** to take hundreds of pounds out of my bank account without my consent. How is a company this terrible at security still allowed to function.

@santanderuk absolutely fuming. Over an hour waiting h to make a payment. Lady takes my details then puts me on hold for another 30 mins and I get cut off at 8pm because you close. Awful awful customer service 😡

Can’t get through to Santander. Waiting over 40 mins some days before I’m forced to hang up & head back to work. Online chat can’t help. How am I supposed to pay for anything with a suspended card? Unsuspend my card @santanderuk #PoorService #santander
