    @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.

    @santanderuk when an elderly disabled housebound person needs help to get logged into your app and the nearest branch is 20 miles away, why do you not provide support to visit at home?

    @santanderuk @TSB Letting elderly customers down badly..My dad's local branch was shut down so I drove 10miles to the next so he could withdraw cash while waiting for a new card. Shut for refurb!.Only that I was able to give him cash myself to tide him over he would be stuck 😑

    @santanderuk Why AI is really dangerous for all it’s clients esp Banks is first AI companies will ask clients to fire their employees and then 5yrs down the line AI companies will ask Clients huge huge forcefully COST for Maintaining it as AI code is very complex ! Bcoz of job cuts economy πŸ‘Ž

    @santanderuk @TSB Is Santander down at the moment? I can't log on to online banking and my card won't work on the chip or with the pin. Either in a shop or at a cash machine.

    @santanderuk Can I get confirmation that there was an error with the account being opened and the date it was resolved please? Then use that date as account opening.
