Hi @santanderuk I went to branch in December before Xmas to change my address and have since had letters to my new address. Today I’ve had a letter (redirected by Royal Mail) that was sent to my old address, it’s dated 10th Jan. Can you help please?

@santanderuk I am nearly 25 minutes in hold in a phone customer service call and the service is appalling. I guess executives save money on staff and spend it on other things like lines of......disgusting service.

@santanderuk 27 minutes and still in the telephone queue, crap service. And the reason for calling is nothing about me you have just simply frozen some transactions without notifying me. I have a purchase frozen thanks to your crap service.

Just love the fact that @SMARTYMobileUK and @santanderuk both blame each other for payments not going through 🙄 no help to me, your customer. Time to look elsewhere on both counts me thinks @santanderukhelp

@santanderuk I’ve been on hold waiting to speak to someone (I was put through by one operative) for over an hour. Your website can’t help me. My card isn’t working and no-one knows why. This is really poor.

@santanderuk just had the phone put down on me whilst trying to ask for a replacement letter for my 13 year old daughters mini account! Was on hold for 40 mins before getting through! This is very poor customer service, when only need letter 1 of 1 reissuing! NOT GOOD Santander!

@santanderuk @santanderukhelp Get this for customer service. Range 1pm re Fraud Case on hold for 1 hour. Range different number then whilst query some details the agent hung up (on a Fraud case!). Then got through to someone helpful but had to pass me to another department. ...1

@santanderuk do not put ur savings in santander when you go to withdraw they will block your account and call the police on you.
