Friend just found lady’s purse, containing cards, d/licence 200 miles from her home. He called @santanderuk to ask them to call their customer, and pass on his no. so she can confirm current address (hotel?), and he will recorded delivery. “Can’t do that Sir, data protection”.

@RifuRose @santanderukhelp From my own personal experiences...@santanderuk are the WORST for this..of ALL the public service companies I've rung in recent years, which says loads as a lot of them ARE bad
