    @santanderukhelp @santanderuk can you confirm is 0808 280 2007 is legitimate number from your organisation? I've seen numerous things this afternoon claiming this is a scam call pretending from the Fraud department, yet is a different number from what's listed on your website.

    So in the middle of our move and while selling our house @santanderuk blocks our account due to a payment entirely consistent with that move and now it is going to take >2 days to remove that block? Seriously?

    @santanderuk @santanderukhelp why are you guys so unhelpful and confused as a bank? Why block an international student’s account without any explanation, we’ve tried everything to get this sorted yet nothing. Please unblock my kid brothers account.

    @santanderuk Objectively the worst bank in the country and should have been closed down ever since the scandal where they didn't pie out money to the customers of bereaved relatives, one doesn't expect much integrity from a bank but Santander really take the cake.
