@santanderukhelp @santanderuk or cut off 4 times trying to call them and then when I get through I get put on hold for 40mins on top of that the lady was giving me attitude I felt abit like I was being told off then I ring back to get cut off again amazing service

Banks expecting people to spend hours on call to get through to speak to ‘specialist’ advisors these days. Service just not good enough @santanderuk
